20 STARs***************************************My Camaro needed a a converter, Midas quoted $1038.00, I called around until I found this place, the amount he charge me was so REASONABLE! He was completely upfront, helpful & taught me so much, when most try to get over because I am a female. He even helped me with another issue that he doesn t do but had his friend come help me , so I killed 2 birds with 1 pebble. I ENCOURAGE YOU TO CALL HIM & if he can t help you he will steer you in the right place. We need more Honest ppl in the work like him. I and so greatful for his help, I will definitely tell anyone I know about this shop.

Excellent but really excellent service. Mike is a quality of person, the freaking dealer wanted to change the whole exhaust pipes and muffler to my Sentra 2014 for almost $1,400.00. I spoke to Mike over the phone, and as soon as I got to the shop Mike and the welder started to check my car and Mike said that I did not need the whole thing, just a little piece that needed to be changed. They did an excellent job for not even $200.00 in less than 30 minutes since I got there. Soooo happy with this shop, even 5 stars is way too low to give. Thank you so much Mike you re the best.

My 1994 BMW 840Ci had poor acceleration. They did a great job replacing the stock catalytic converters which were now clogged with aftermarket since it was $1600 a piece from the dealer just for the converter. Now the rpm's are climbing freely and gained the power back. Honest hard working people. I had a great experience.

The absolute worse business I have ever been to. I came in because my car was droning and needed an exhaust. He said a resonator should fix it and he put it on quick and I was on my way. Within a week it sounded like it was not working anymore. I called him and I knew he was going to be difficult because when I said it wasn t working he said that s not possible or true without even hearing or seeing my car. When I came back to the shop he completely denied giving me any money back or assistance for a completely ineffective product. I have a video of the whole thing and I am trying to post it so you can see how rude and not understanding this business is. Terrible work, horrible service, and products that don t last. There s a reason they are cheap and it s because they do poor work and use cheap materials. I wouldn t wish anyone to use this place I m not sure how they are even in businessService: Exhaust

Originally called Haddad for a system code that would prevent emissions inspection passing successfully. I'd had previous repairs to oxygen sensors, but the problem and dash lights returned after driving for a week. Mike invited me out to their shop that same day or the next to look it over.Upon arrival at the shop, Mike immediately had my truck on the lift, identified the problem (catalytic converter) and began working -- I didn't even park?!?Within an hour, I was driving away. I'm still astonished by the quality of speed of installation and delivery.Quick diagnosis, parts in stock, fair pricing, excellent repair, insanely fast and wonderful customer service, fully resolved the issue.As their website mentions, it is NOT the "discount muffler" shop facing Buford Hwy, but further back in the same building.If you have any exhaust needs and are discouraged by repair shop quotes, see a specialist to do the job right the first time and for a reasonable cost.Thanks, Mike and team for such outstanding service!!Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system replacement

If your car is out of warranty and you don t want to pay premium prices for exhaust work. I can wholeheartedly recommend Haddad! Had an exhaust leak on my 2005 CTS. I drove in, I waited 10 minutes he put me on the lift in the car. Found the problem, and fixed it for less than $50. I was in an hour and a half hour. Professional, honest efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much!Service: Exhaust

The owner Mike here is truly a master at what he does. Take your car to him if you're having exhaust issues whether it be a catalytic converter or a muffler, he's fast, honest, reasonable prices and actually really truly and totally knows what he's doing. 11/22 - CEL came on. Thought I needed new cats. Turns out I had two exhaust leaks. In and out in under 45 mins for a ridiculously good price. Got back in my 4runner, no more CEL. Thanks Mike!Mike and his team are fantastic. My stock pipes rusted out. He fixed everything and I added a flowmaster ProFX muffler to replace the stock. Sounds awesome. Was in and out in under an hour. Great welds and their price was more than fair compared to the other quotes I recieved.Service: Exhaust

I came to Mike on yesterday, 10/3 about my car continuing to shut off while I was driving. I explained my situation (check engine light on) and was rushed through my explanation (as it was close to 6PM and he was clearly ready to go). Based off of this I should have followed my first mind, but I was over 30 miles from home, w/ a car that was turning off and on in rush-hour traffic. Rather than hook my car up to a machine to run it, he told me it's my exhaust. Ok, no worries. I ask him to verify that this will fix my current issue as I didn't want to pay for something that wouldn't help with my current issue.I pay him $200 AMERICAN DOLLARS to fix this issue, and 30 mins after leaving him my car does that same thing repeatedly. At this point, they were closed.I call him back this morning hoping as a business owner who FAILED me the day prior, we could come to a resolution. - I thought wrong. Mike overtalked me, took 0 accountability, had 0 referrals or possible ideas of what to do next.. he ended up admitting he is NOT A MECHANIC (his words, not mine) "I just do muffler."Will he get you in and out? Absolutely. He needs your money.Will your problem be fixed? If you have a couple hundred to spare and don't mind rolling the dice to see.. try him out.Service: Exhaust

Found these guys online when needing to fix the rattling that an aftermarket, ill-fitting catalytic converter I put on was causing and Mike was more than helpful. They cut the old pipe, welded on a new one and I was out in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. No way I'd waste time and effort doing my own exhaust work in the future with these guys right down the road. Highly recommended.

They really know what they re doing. I got a muffler delete on my 2015 GTI and it was quick and painless. They did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner. Price was reasonable. They were both extremely friendly and conversational. (Plus they have a strong passion for cars) Strongly recommend!

This place has been excellent twice.First time, when I discovered them - 2008 - muffler leaking, quoted 350 for a new one. He welded it back together for $40. That was at mile 175,000. I am at around 215,500 and still no leak from the muffler.I went to them again in 2009 for a double catalytic converter fail at mile 190,000. He replaced both for $400, and again, in good order to the present day.I will be taking my car there tomorrow for an exhaust manifold leak and would imagine the same great service. He is honest, priced extremely well, and his repairs / replacements have been good ever since. I will report if this is any different after this visit but I doubt it will be.When everyone except one person has a positive review, you have to wonder.

Came to this shop to upgrade my stock muffler to wake up my Silverado a little without being obnoxiously loud. They installed a Flowmaster 40 muffler and tip for a good price...nothing major. in and out in 45 minutes. Truck sounds great just what i wanted. The welds look good.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. Went for a simple estimate on muffler tip misalignment, the owner seemed very annoyed that he is not even interested to hear my concern, he kept asking who worked on the muffler, well, no one did, it is just bare stock , I replied, but he immediately denied the repair by saying that repair is my responsibility and not his? What? I was there to get an estimate, not asking for a free repair!!!It was randomly searching on google reviews but never should've gone there first place.Extremely rude and disrespectful to the potential customer.Stopped by "extreme performance mufflers" on the way back, the owner there was very friendly and accommodating on my needs.

My preferred shop for exhaust related labor. The owner is pretty straight up and reasonable.Update: I went back a couple years later for a quote on work after he moved locations. He wouldn't look at my car because I had a complication with my exhaust setup and I guess he assumed I didn't have the money to get it fixed or it want worth his time. He blew me off. Times change and so does my rating.

I don't ever leave reviews, but I had to create a Google account (and Google+... *grunt*) just to review Haddad.This is the most honest automotive shop I've ever encountered. I called Haddad to ask for a quote on a new muffler (my brackets broke and left my exhaust hanging and banging the ground) on a fairly rare and old car with an atypical exhaust setup. He quoted $170-$200 and I said okay. When I bring in the car, he puts it on the lift and tells me that I need 2 new brackets welded in addition to the muffler, but its a simple operation, and he'll do it for $110. He gives me a bottle of Dasani and I wait in the office. 20 minutes later, he prints my invoice and decides to only charge me $100 since the job was easy. WHO DOES THAT.I get home and find he gave me a free exhaust tip so it looked more similar to the stock exhaust (I told him to just put on whatever muffler looked normal and worked well).Choose this guy. He's awesome.

Catalytic convertor issue, explained and installed in my Lexus quickly at fair price. I had check engine light and other shops were quoting outlandish prices to fix. Mike is a straight shooter and transparent with all costs. Thank you for great service!

I would recommend Haddad Discount Muffler to anyone -- even if it's out of your way its worth the ride!!I took Fast Eddie (my 93 Grand Am) there to get a new catalytic converter for $155. Upon closer inspection, not only was the catalytic converter broken apart, but the resonator was cracked and metal and debris from those were in my Muffler. He replaced it front to back with a brand new resonator, catalytic converter and Muffler for just $250. The next lowest estimate for just the catalytic converter alone had been $235!!He was very courteous and professional. We chatted about his two children, a daughter who had graduated from GA Tech as an electrical engineer and a son who will be graduating from Tech next year as a mechanical engineer.It was an all around great experience, he's been in business for 18yrs and dies work for all the dealerships in the area. He's a half mile south of Jimmy Carter on Buford Hwy.

Please don t go here!!! Horrible customer service they will scam you!!!! When what they did to your car breaks or goes wrong they will not take responsibility. Mike is rude and entitled. On their website it says Providing you with honest and excellent service since 1999! bunch of lies please don t waste your money here you will be very disappointed and unhappy.
