Mark was incredibly kind and professional! I called about getting my car battery tested after going to 3 different stores with no luck. Mark was able to get my battery tested and sent me on my way. Highly recommend this location!

Highly recommend getting your oil change here. Within 10 min of arrival, I was done. No need to get out of your car which is a huge plus. Will be coming back.

Mark was such a great help. I got there early on a Saturday no appointment. He was honest about everything I needed and didn t need. Even showing me that another shop did my oil change wrong. Definitely found my new home for a shop. Lastly it was very affordable already but they honored the coupon I got in the mail.

I needed a oil change really bad and I was able to pull up, with no problems and get it done. I even waited in the car while they did it. The guys were friendly and helpful as well. I will go back my next oil change, I appreciate their service. Thanks guys

The nice gentlemens that's helped me out today were very kind, helpful, and super quick with everything I needed to get done. Not only that, but they were way more thorough with inspecting my car instead of trying to gouge me out of money like a dealership. Very much recommend pulling up to this spot of any car maintenence needs. Preciate the honest work.

Best place to go for the most professional and speedy service. I use the location in Lilburn on Indian Trail rd. All the people, including the Manager are friendly and respectful. Knowing the work is done right is very important. That s why I ll continue to use them wherever I find a location

Alwys quick , friendly and efficient. I been going to this location for over 4 years now ! The owner of this location about a year or 2 ago help me discover an engine issue that i was having with my vehicle and also found out it was under warranty for me to get my vehicle fix . I love this place. They are really close to my house so I took a chance. I called to see if there was a wait they said no, I came in and told them everything I needed. I had a list of services and I also needed a second option on my check engine light.I was able to speak with the same technician the whole time. He assured me I could get everything done in no time but he also checked things I didnt think of and proudly showed me proof of any suggested work. I appreciated that so I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of.Best part the second option I needed was told to me honestly with a computerized print out of the problem unlike the last place that told me it would cost me $700 just for parts!!! Turns out it was a senor which did not cost a tenth of that for the part!I will gladly be back to get my car taken care of here and only here. They are always quick and thorough, they dont push up sales down your throat. Great service everytime.. Mack is the best manager. Everything he does is thorough and he takes his time explaining why you need. Great service again

If I could give zero stars I would. Had I not been watching, they would have put the wrong oil in my car. 45 minutes for a simple oil change. Started draining oil from my car without talking to me first. Find another place.

The service here was not good at all. I pulled in and was not greeted or asked if there was any specific service I wanted or what type of oil I wanted. I was told to pop my hood and they just started working. They still never asked what kind of oil I wanted and they did not verify my identity. They only spoke when they found something they wanted to charge me for, an air filter. The workers were unprofessional in language and manor. Only one man took the time to inform me about what he was doing and why he recommended certain services. When they gave me my print out it was the wrong name and mileage because they still had not verified or properly inspected my car. This was the worst oil change I ve ever encountered and I don t believe many of the workers were very experienced.I ll just continue to use Take 5 or a personal mechanic.

Ty and Mark always make sure I'm taken care of. They make sure to keep me educated about anything to do with my car, and they're both very patient with me. I've been coming here for almost 3 years and haven't had any problems at all!! Go see them!! Great place great service as soon as you pull in they start attending you right away chris helped me out good guy will go above and beyond as well as other employees they run diagnostic on your vehicle show you everything it needs and price it which helps a lot they give you a printed copy for your use.

I had a problem with the location on satellite. When I spoke to them about my problem they were giving me a hard time. I contacted Mark the manager at the location in norcross and he took care the problem. I will never take my car to the satellite location again. I highly recommend you to go to the norcross location for any and all of your oil changes.
