I cannot recommend this place enough. Shellee and Ruslan are simply phenomenal. Not only did they return my car to mint condition once but twice. Always super communicative, fairly priced and do a great job. This shop deserves all the business. While I could write a lengthy review why you should trust them with your car; I ll let the before and after pictures do all the talking.

My experience with Georgia Luxury Auto was fantastic from beginning to end. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. The staff went over and above when a few snags occurred and I was sincerely appreciative of their extra efforts. Finally, they brought my damaged brand new car back to pristine condition, for which I am extremely grateful! I would refer them to anyone needing collision work done on their car!

I got into a car accident a few weeks ago and ruined my front driver's side. I dropped off my car with them on March 26th with a proposed fix date of April 17th. However, they called me on April 8th and told me I was all ready. I picked up my car and it looks better than ever. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They did an amazing job on my Benz with great timing the staff is great and very nice and professional they left my car like brand new and they even detailed the inside of my car !!! It was like driving it fresh off the lot thank you for a great service

I hit a deer on my way to work one morning. As you can see in the pictures, the damage to my vehicle was quite extensive. I trusted Georgia Luxury Automotive to repair my vehicle and they did not disappoint!! My vehicle was repaired professionally and expeditiously. I was kept up to date on every step of my repair. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. My vehicle was even detailed inside and out!! I would highly recommend Georgia Luxury Automotive for any collision repair work.Service: Body & Trim

I really appreciate this body shop the customer service is Immaculate and my car was done on the estimated date and the went above and beyond Ms. Shelly and Mr. Russell and giving me their store loaner car even though it was old it was very commendable to offer me transportation due to Enterprise not having me a rental on my drop off date. Very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend others.Service: Body & Trim

Highly recommend coming here for any vehicle body work repairs. They ve fixed my Camaro twice and both times I went to pick it up from them, my baby looks like new. They re my official go to spot now for any body work on my car. Shelley was very sweet and professional and communicated very throughly how the process works. They usually are very accurate with their repair timeframe as well. Another thing I like about this place is that they offer transportation to Enterprise to pick up your rental car. These folks will always be my first pick for body work on my car.

This is a few weeks late but here goes anyway. I chose this place base on the reviews and pictures I saw online. From the 1st phone call with Shelly to my drop off visit they were very professional, kind, and helpful. The gentleman that assist me with paperwork was very nice. He reviewed my car and told me not to worry. They had my car fixed within 3-4 days. Awesome jobs guys. I recommend and will use again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First of all, I want to start off by saying when you walk in the door they absolutely make you feel like family. Shelley greets you automatically with her great big smile and her sassiness and Mr. Russell anytime I pull up and say help he has no problem, he listens you tell him what s going on and boom he takes care of you. I do recommend coming to the Georgia luxury automotive in Norcross they great customer service and good service I took my car up there twice to different accidents, so what does that tell you.

The absolute best Bodyshop in all Metro Atlanta, for 2 very important reasons: the quality of the repairs and color matching is top notch. All backed by a life-time warranty. The second reason is that they are extremely efficient compared with other Bodyshops, and that s because they go above and beyond to find and order parts from dealerships around Georgia and out of state.Family owned, the staff is super friendly and they will answer all your questions.

This was body shop I found through my insurance carrier. They did excellent work on my repairs and my car looks like it just came off the factory line, it would probably take an expert to find anything that would point to body shop repairs. One very small issue with a cosmetic badge but Georgia Luxury fixed it in about 5 minutes once they got the correct badge in.Highly recommend!Service: Painting

I went to GLA for accident repair on my Kia K5. Great experience all around. My main contact during the process was Shelly, who always answered the phone with a good attitude and seemed happy to help which was a good sign to me. While my car was there they sent me text updates on the progress and it was completed just a couple days past their estimated week, which I was more than happy with. Especially as it seemed the shop was super busy. Thank you!

Amazing!! From beginning to end I received updates on what was going on . Also my car was done before estimated time which is always great ! All of the staff is so kind & welcoming , Shellee is an angel so sweet & offers all the help you need (: 100/10 also to add they detailed my whole car ! They did a wonderful job fixing my front bumper and they completed the repair a week ahead of schedule. They never gave me any run around or deceived me on any extra charges. They provided updates in a timely manner via text and provided a list with all the repairs being done for the front bumper area. Thank you!!

The shop manager Russell is beyond incredible! I bounced around multiple body shops and no one would help replace my side view mirror. I finally stopped in here, and Russell instantly came outside and fixed it for me and cleaned up my bumper, free of charge. Highly recommend this place, the customer service and Russell in particular is absolutely amazing!!! I will definitely return here!
