I love love love this place. Amazing people amazing prices and no this is not a fake person and no were not related. I just feel like when you find a honest shop honest people and great quality work and great prices. Than its only right to rate them. Me and my husband was out of a vehicle we were having trouble with electrical problems and other issues under the hood. But these owners of this shop had our car fixed within less than a week. And when we did not have enough money for one of those high rated rental car shop they helped us with a car until our was fixed. They are real genuine people.

Don't Go Here! Hi, My name is Mark, in April of 2014, I took my 2010 KIA SOUL into this shop hoping I had found an honest mechanic.Here I am 2 years almost to the day, and I am replacing the shoddy expensive parts this Shyster put in my vehicle. I have already had a BBB complaint against the manager/owner of this garage over taking the hood off my car and not putting it back on properly, now I have this complaint.Clutches do not go out in 2 years. I have driven a manual for over 30 years. They go out when a greedy, dishonest man sells you crap for an exhorbent price.I paid for the best, at least that is what I was told. The included photos show my bill. I paid $664.46 for the clutch kit, slave cylinder was $49.75, Shift fork was $43.08. In total, I paid $757.29 for a clutch I would replace again in 2 years. My total bill was $1,400.00. I paid less than $200.00 for all the above as well as a Master Cylinder. This guy is a crook.I have included pictures of the cheap throwout bearing this thief installed on my car. It is chewed to pieces. I would think if I am paying for the "Best" I would not have to replace it in such a short period of time.Am I on a campaign? Hell Yes!! If I can keep anyone from using this place, then I have done my job, because this garage will wiggle their way out of every problem while picking your pockets deep.

We had a few kinks to work out with an overzealous office manager but Tim (the owner) was amazing, helpful and reasonable. We had evacuated from Florida for hurricane Irma and became stranded with transmission issues in the area. Tim worked hard to get us back on the road as quickly as possible considering their own setbacks from the storm including closed parts suppliers and electricity loss. He was very fair and compassionate to our situation. If they were closer we would continue to use the shop for future needs.

My husband goes here frequently to have his 1997 Chevrolet truck serviced. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT! They always make sure you are well taken care of. GREAT PRICES! Please check them out DESPITE what this past customer MARK DAVIS has said. Some people are cons and want something for nothing!

Dependable Transmission has been one of best shops I have ever done business with. I live out of state and needed my daughters car repaired so I had is towed to dependable, they took care of her car as if I was there with it. Tim is a Good business man.

Honest, professional, and dependable.Tim and Dependable Transmissions saved me thousands of dollars! I went to buy a Suburban and I brought it time Tim to check for purchase. He uncovered the check engine light that they dealership had somehow deactivated. I didn't but the truck obviously but had I not gotten a diagnostic I would have been replacing an engine.

I would never go back. Can t pay me to go back. The owner Tim is extremely rude. We had a slight misunderstanding about something he verbally agreed to, and when I brought this to his attention he blew up On the phone and told me come get your Damn car and hung up. They act nice and friendly but that s all a smoke screen to get you to spend your money. DONT DO IT! Wasted $1100 here for nothing. Then called my phone threatening to TOW my vehicle because my car was parked on there property for 3 weeks waiting on Autozone to send a transmission which I had paid the shop $800 in advance then paid autozone as well to have them ship the merchandise to the shop. Contacting customers threatening to tow their cars because autozone is taking longer than usual is not a way to keep customers happy and coming back. They gave me some story about how they have 3 other Bussiness they share a parking lot with and how hey need the space. I understand needing space but you don t call someone who s paid you $800 in advance and threaten to TOW there property! You just don t do it! If I ran a Bussiness I wouldn t. Totally rude, all they care about is YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Sorry to hear (what's his name) experience wasn't as great as ours. But, shame on him for going back a second time! We've had the transmission in a Lincoln Navigator and the AC in a Ford Expedition repaired with absolutely NO complaints. So, at least for us, the name says it all. Thanks again for looking out. It's not everyday you find an honest man. Peace

DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! THEY ARE THIEVES. RANDALL IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. THEY JUST CLEANED MY TRANSMISSON HE CHARGED ME .3800 for a torque converter. AN I HAD more problems when I got it back. It was running hot he changed the radiator without my consent. I would not recommend Tim to anyone. Never taking my car there again. Please Dont take your car here.

Had to change my torque converter 5 times. Then he had to REBUILD the transmission a year later. Total rip-off, scam artist! I would not recommend any repair work here.

This place is a rip off. My transmission went out the same day after I got it back. I had other work done to the truck that was never done but I paid to get done.
