The associate was extremely polite and professional. After my test was complete my battery died she stayed as long as she could to make sure I was ok . She went beyond. Her kindness was appreciated. Thank you for employing such a considered person. After reading a couple of the negative reviews I hope the young lady working the night I was there gets recognition for doing a great job

Be sure to get the $4 off coupon by doing the Google search in advance of going to the location. I searched "emissions check near me", but I guess you could also for a search on "Dekra Emissions". The coupon was immediately linked in the search results. There is also an $8 off option if you replace your windshield wipers when you do the emissions check. I toom this option and got some very fancy Rain-X wipers for a good price. This was super fast. The attendant was a pleasant fellow and the process was very efficient. Highly recommended!

Good place for emissions test...No long waits....If they go down to $20 instead of $25 like testing is a few blocks away, they'd be even better

I went to get an emissions test 12/19 and couldn t believe how incredibly rude this man was!! If you can, go else where. He is not worth earning your hard earned money!

When people said the guy operating was rude, he is RUDE. I live very close and will start telling people not to come here. It s more expensive than others and for what? I was waiting in line but I moved a little to the side because I was blocking the Talpa parking lot. another car came and I signaled I was in line and they moved back. The guy came and waved at me and said to get to the back of the line. (I ve been waiting for 15 minutes) I smiled and told him that I was in line, I just didn t want to block the way to the parking lot. He gave me a rude gesture and told the car behind me to move up, basically forcing me to go back to the end of the line, saying that s not a line, you weren t in the line . That was completely unnecessary and it s more expensive than the other places, it was just close to home. If you want to pay extra money to get trates this way, this is your place. I was ironically reading the reviews before he came to my car, they were right.

Dekra does what they're supposed to. I take off a star because they try to sell you windshield wipers and fuel injector cleaner and there's no place to sit while you wait. The price for each seemed high. The guys that helped me were polite and efficient. The whole process only takes about 5 minutes. They didn't make me wear a mask, so that was a plus.

I m not sure what the deal is but the guy operating at this location doesn t seem to be very customer oriented. There was nobody in line. I was pulling in the station and he stopped me and made me wait. He then took his time to go to his computer. Without looking at my car, he just waved me to pull in. He talk to me like he s giving me instructions. He also wanted me to pay before he finished his inspection. I told him this is the first time I m being asked to pay before the service is completed. He said if your inspection doesn t pass, you will leave without paying. And I don t wanna call the cops and deal with it.You re not gonna see me coming to this location ever again. There s no excuses for having such a bad customer service.

Was quick and easy and employee was efficient. However, the ramp to the testing booth is very steep and causes normal sedans to scrape. The marks on the damp show this is common.Service: Emissions testingService: Emissions testing

Quick place to get emissions close to Arby's on Alphretta highway. Been there for 20+years. $4 coupon on internet brings bill to 21 bucks. Quick and easy!!

Technician was polite, but I wouldn't say friendly, and the process was simple and quick enough. At $25, test was more expensive than other options, but they were the only place I could find that opened at 8am. Overall, fine experience.

Please be very careful using this place. The operator said multiple times for me to stay In the vehicle. Not an issue until he tries to open the gas cap. I roll down the back window and tell him you just need to press the gas cap cover and it will pop open. He struggles with it for a few seconds and says it won t open. I get out the car after I see him pull out a knife to try to open it. Why would someone use a knife to pry open a gas cover is beyond me. When I got out of the car and showed him how to open it I noticed two scratches from his knife he used. After this he acts as if nothing happened. Needless to say I will NEVER go to this place again.Service: Emissions testing

The dude is not friendly. There's only one dude so he's the not friendly one. I parked, he tried to get the OBD device plugged. Then preceded to get in the car and knocked something that the car started rolling. Then preceded to yell AT ME to close the passenger door. So he almost crashes my car, then yells at the customer to close passenger door instead of asking "please" or "would you mind..." Then plugs the tester on the gas cap and lays it on the paint. He's got no regard for your property. Then i ask him a simple question and get a very rude answer.Summary: If you want to get in, get out, scratches on your car, no questions, no talking (i.e. you're the type that listens to music on headphones everywhere and have no interest in asking anyone anything) then this is the place for you.Service: Emissions testing

Quick and friendly! It was a few minutes before 5 on a Friday. The tech kept our conversation going the whole time I waited with friendly, easy topics - the weather and gardening. I have used this emissions inspection stop before, and will in the future.

Use this shop at your own risk!!!!! I visited this emissions testing center last week and I had a horrible experience. In the past five years, I visited and there was an older nice guy that was able to test three of my vehicles no problem. But when I went there was a younger man. He did not greet me, as a matter of fact, he turned his back on me when I arrived. He really does not know what he is doing. For some reason, he reset my check engine light function. He told me that there is nothing wrong with my car, but that in order for me to pass, I would have to drive my car for 150 miles. I explained to the man that I don't drive the car and I did not have the money to spend wasting gas so that my car would pass emissions. I have a well maintained 2018 Equinox that only has 28K miles on it. I don't know what to do. He called is "supervisor" who spoke to me and told me that people have to drive long distances to pass emissions. I asked him why and his responses was, " that is what people have to do." WHAT? I have never, in all my 62 years had to do anything like that, nor have I ever heard of that. I am just saying, use this shop at your own risk. The older guy was really cool and friendly. $25 is a bit steep I see way better deals all around town but I was in a rush so I paid it. The kid working was extraordinarily rude and it was totally unnecessary. The location was great. The employee was by far the rudest I ve ever dealt with anywhere Surely with 22 million people out of work he can be easily replaced

I've gotten my emissions done here 2 years in a row now. And the guy is super nice and very fast, for a good price too. I definitely recommend this place.

I don t recommend going if there s a line. After waiting for the 3 cars on front of me to be tested, the employee I dealt with was very impatient. I had barely put my car in park and he had already jiggled my handle 4 times trying to open my locked door. There was also zero communication other than get out of the car and $##. I had been here last year (2020) and had a great experience with a different employee, but clearly it s a luck of the draw situation - hence the 3 stars.Service: Emissions testing

I have used this emissions station 2-3 times per year for the past 5 years. This year, for the first time I was directed to use the small lane on right side by employee. Lane is barely big enough for a car to fit. Under direct guidance by the employee, Employee did not stop me in time before hitting the curb, causing damage to wheel. When asked to file a report he took my information. Never heard back. They showed no signs of caring. Considering this place cost $10 more than others near by I will not return. I recommend going to a different station.

Drove right up to the attendant,got the test done fast. Attendant is wearing a mask and told me to stand 6 ft a way for social distancing. This is a really good place to go, it is located not that far from the tag office. It is in the Waffle House shopping center on Holcomb Bridge. I would definitely come here again next year.

Guy working there is not very kind to his customers, he should be replaced. He made me feel like I am the worst of all humans and would talk under his breath about me. I don t think he deserves this position any longer please have him removed.

The Hawaiian gentleman providing the service was outstanding. It cost a little more than others nearby but totally worth it!!! Noticed they had other services like wiper replacement but didn't need those and he didn't push it.

The guy on duty was pleasant, efficient--even gave me tips/advice for fixes to my 2003 Isuzu Rodeo. They charge more than other places I've seen ($25 v. $20)...but you get what you pay for--and I got quality service.
