We had an emergency car repair needed and not only did they take me same day, they were super nice and had an extremely fair price. I highly recommend them for any car repairs!

A co-worker recommended Alliance Service just after I relocated to Atlanta. Dexter and Randy have kept my three 10-27 year old cars running great for the past 15 years. I have a good understanding of how cars work under the hood, and they have never suggested repairs my cars did not need. Prices have always been fair with a good parts warranty. I had a new wheel bearing fail on my Honda after 5000 miles, and Dexter replaced the part at no charge.

Excellent service every time from Dexter and Randy. We have been going to them for over 20 years and it is always the same...great service, fair pricing, and honest work. There have been multiple times where they could have taken advantage of me but never did. I had my daughters car towed in there, wouldn't start, thinking the worst, but he just replaced the plug wires and I was out of there at minimal cost! I highly recommend.

My family has taken all our cars to Dexter for many years. We have always been very satisfied with the work done at Alliance Service Center. We have taken different makes and ages of cars. Dexter has been knowledgeable and capable in each job. We have recommended Dexter to many friends and family and they also have been very satisfied with the work done at Alliance Service Center.We appreciate the good work done along with the honesty. integrity, dependability and fair pricing of Dexter and Randy.

The best consistently. If you are looking for a dependable service center, I highly recommend. I have not had to worry about finding a mechanic since going to alliance service center. My husband used them before I met him over 20 years ago. Randy is the best.

I've been bringing my cars to Alliance Service Center since the early 2000's, and after experiencing what it's like to work with honest mechanics, I never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them if you're looking for auto repair in Norcross or anywhere else in the metro-Atlanta area - it's worth an extra drive to know you're getting a straight answer!Dexter and Randy are pleasant and always make me feel like they have my best interests in mind. They give me the information I need to make decisions about whether to make repairs now or wait till I have more budget to work with. Additionally, they have a nice, quiet waiting room.If you're in need of a trustworthy mechanic, look no further!

I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years now. No matter what the issue has been with any car or truck I have owned, they have always been able to fix it and most importantly, I never have to bring the vehicle back because of the same issue. They are always professional and courteous.

Since I was a young girl in college and really as long as I can remember my family has used Alliance Service Center for all our vehicle needs and services. We value their honesty and excellent service. As a young woman in the workforce it truly is a gift to be able to go somewhere and get honest service and assessments of my car. I never feel taken advantage of!!! They are always finding ways to make the price more affordable while keeping my car in top notch running condition. The waiting room is a huge perk! When I have to wait on my car, I can work remotely as the WiFi works fast and the area is very clean. As a healthcare professional I appreciate that they sanitize regularly and have been upholding all CDC guidelines during this COVID-19 pandemic. Thank u for all the years of great service!

were traveling from Florida to North Carolina when ALL of a sudden in heavy traffic on interstate I85, the brake light & ABS light start flashing, dinging - what an attention getter. We had NO Clue what to do. Using google search we found the information for Alliance Service Center. We then read all their positive reviews - made a decision to go to them for help. Dexter & Randy are the GREATEST. Super nice. They were busy, had cars in the bays but they Took the time to let us walk through our problem with them. Then they put the brakes on a system analyzer to help determine what the problem might be. I would not hesitate for a second to bring ANY car problem to them - from the reviews they have 50 yrs experience and 20 yrs in business. They are polite, and are customer service geared. Highly recommend !!

Given that our 3 kids are all in college, we drive what I've come to call our "fleet of used cars". Each one has over 200K miles on it, including one with 300K+. We require honest, reasonable support to help us keep our vehicles roadworthy, and Dexter (& Randy) have helped us do this for ~15 years. The original referral to go to Alliance came from someone in our neighborhood. I must give Dexter credit for his approach, as he understands the pressures of family finances, and always lets us know whether recommended repairs are needed right away (for safety reasons), or can be delayed. The only things not offered by Alliance are tire service and weekend hours, but the shop has a comfortable, private customer waiting area with fast WIFI, so I can work while I wait. I recommend Alliance without hesitation.

Mr Randy is the man and Dexter is my guy Mr Randy knows what he s doing that s all I have to say about that short and sweet, I highly recommend ppl to bring there car here because Mr Randy is going to bless it

A diamond hidden on Buford Hwy. These guys were excellent. They were friendly, fast, and went above and beyond to get my car back in service. Only 5 stars because I can t give them 10

Starting out great. Took car to them for over two years exclusively. Upon their recommendation has car towed by MCCoulough Towing. Held car for two weeks while they 'figured out problem. They bought parts attempted to repair car. Called me stated they could not fix car, Billed me over $600 dollars by phone. no bill presented. Had my carl towed back to McCoulough where it remains.Stole my car. Hiding behind the bible

Dexter and Randy did a fantastic job troubleshooting an intermittent electrical issue with my van and got be back on the road as quickly as possible. Don't hesitate to bring your vehicle here for service.Thanks guys!

This is the best auto repair shop I have ever used. They make you feel like a member of the family. Nothing is done without completely explaining and making sure that you understand and agree. I recommend them highly! !!!

First time bringing my car here after being misdiagnosed and over estimated by 2 other local mechanics, i had my car back same day for a fraction of the cost as other places, also I dont believe my car has ever run better.
