Blake was a pleasure to work with. Answered all of my questions. He had an unforeseen schedule conflict arise on the day that my rims were to be installed. He went above and beyond to make sure that my rims were installed as promised.Very nice experience!! And my new rims look great!!!!

The only good thing that came out of my purchase with this shop is the good customer service of the spanish guy that sold me the rims. When my car got done all of a sudden my car was shaking tremendously to the point where i was afraid to even drive the car over 45 mph. Went back the next day to see what they could do... the deaf guy and dude with the braids customer service was horrible. It was clear they were aggravated that i came back and the manager made them balance the car again. Then when they got done they made me walk all the way back there to get my car instead of driving it to the front entrance to me. Horrible horrible horrible. Car is still shaking now i have to take it to the dealer to see whats going on. Love the rims but hate i just gave them my money. I will never be back and i will be sure to let everyone i know NOT TO COME HERE !!

I went into the shop 3 weeks ago and ordered a center cap for my truck. Blake told me that it shouldn t take no longer than 7 to 10 days. Long story short, the cap never came. Blake told me that they lost the cap at his delivery shop and can t find it. SMH. Poor customer service and I will not do business again or allow my friends to shop there!

Went in to purchase custom wheels kept my money and tried to put the blame on me because his measurements were off tells me I got to eat the cost and sold the wheels didn't offer me any of my money back. Found out has been sued a lot so he knows how to dodge the system

Ordered Rampart and did not receive all of the equipment needed so I provided what I had and they promised to get the other part and put them on at a later time it was never done, as far as tire prices I'm not really sure if it's the best deal I think the best idea is to look around and make your own judgment about that

BUYER BEWARE...I will not give this place my business any more..they put the wrong tire on my car and when I brought it to the Manager attention..he basically accuse me of lieing and call me unreasonably and unrational.where was the customer service.I. bought two new tires and one of the tires they put on was used..if you are going to give them your business..please check your tires before you leave...the issue was corrected after my husband got involved.but it should have not had to get to that point..I guess since I'm a black female he was trying to get over..I will be reporting this to the BBB..
