Look no further! This is the place to go! Customer service is superb! Everyone kept in communication the entire time. Shop is very professional, fix our truck fast, and not to brag but prices are truly affordable. We truly appreciate all of the Ace associates! Jeremy was great as well. Great company!! Recently I had the opportunity to conduct training with Chris DelPrete , Jamie Cole the owner and Rapheal Prince. Jamie is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Chris Johns knowledge of the HD Commercial Repair industry is exceptional. Overall, they utilize the best practices and systems to get the job done. My confidence in the repair and maintenance process they utilize went through the roof once I was able to review their start to finish process. Great Christian based company.. This is a stellar company to deal and conduct business. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I've had dealings with almost every department. Josh Campbell, Jeremy Prince, Chris Johns, Rapheal Prince, Alan Karnitz, and Jamie Cole are just a few of the exceptional employees. I would definitely recommend this company.

People warned me about this place, kept on saying, you go there and you are going to be slept with an invoice that you didn't expect, and that's exactly what happened, you go to the hospital for scratch and you come out missing a leg and a big bill!!! that's what they do there lure you in with promises and good prices, then they stick it to you and hold your equipment ransom so you have no choice but to pay. Stay away from this shyster of the place!

We took one of our 2015 Volvos to them because the truck would still roll when putting it into parking brake. We told them what the issue was when leaving the truck there and then 2 days later they call stating that the issue was repaired simply by adjusting the brakes. Paid $289 for Diagnostic and brake adjustment. Next day our driver gets in the truck and issue has not been fixed. Driver took the truck back and they tried to blame it on another issue. Owner of the company had to take the truck to Ace because obviously the issue was not fixed since the truck is still rolling. The manager of Ace was not very willing to help solve the problem. So the owner of the company took the truck back to our company lot and got under the truck. All he had to do was ACTUALLY adjust the brakes!!! Ace Truck Body-Trailer charged for diagnostic and brake adjustment but did absolutely nothing to the truck. If they actually got under the truck and adjusted the brakes, like they charged us for, the problem would have been fixed and this would have saved a lot of time and patience.

One of their trucks just hit me by crossing over me when I was very ahead of the driver. Driver was not taking caution of the signs and was very rude as he aggressively moved over my lane. Will never consider this company for moving if all the drivers are bad as the one I saw. Took a picture of the truck and street and wish I could post it.

The place seems to be fairly new in the area. They were pretty prompt at providing an estimate, which shows that their pricing is reasonable. I'll soon be using their service.

$240 bill to tell me my transmission is broke. Really? I already knew it was broke! I told you that! Thats why im here! I need to know whats broke inside.Then two days later i get a call saying my trans is broke with a bill of $240 for "diagnostics" and still no clue what's broke about it. Im pretty sure its not broke from head to toe! Also a $4000 estimate for a rebuild. I really dont wanna replace everything, just the broken stuff.

Quick service at prices that won't break the bank. They are out to lunch 11:30-12:30 so don't go during that time.

Fraud mechanics, don't ever take your truck to these guys... They operates as if they do not have any experience on repairing trucks period, which is probably true because they couldn't get my truck to start...and handed me a $655 repair bill... I just paid them to practice on my truck... Stay away...
