Stripped my lug nuts when rotating my tires, didn t even put all my lug nuts back on after the tire rotation. Told me it s my fault and to go leave without all my lug nuts on the truck. Didn t offer a discount or anything so left had to go buy other temporary, mismatch lug nuts. Also, killed my battery by leaving the lights on after convincing me to let them change a bad headlight bulb. Didn't even recharge my battery just jumpstarted my truck and my truck proceeded to not crack after my next stop.Wouldn t allow this place to do anything more than a basic oil change.Also, terrible customer service. Cocky, rude manager and naive, young workers.

They're in a great location so they can get pretty busy. Today I got in quickly and out even quicker. This is our only place to go for the oil changes and tires rotated. Especially with the coupons that get emailed to me!!

Despite some bad reviews, I decided to give this place a try. Big mistake. They clearly haven't improved, seeing as I had an identical problem as one of the other 1 star reviewers.The tech failed to properly reattach my splash guard which is now damaged from dragging the ground. And it is soaked in oil, so I'm sure I've got a new leak from the drain plug.Stay away.

Worse place I ever visited. Only visit at your own risk!!Got an oil change, first drive on the highway the engine bottom cover came loose. Scrapped on the highway at 70mph, made the car unstable almost got into a crash.Had to the tow the car to a local shop, upon inspection found the drain plug for oil had a leak. Unacceptable level of craftsmanship for basic work, oil change lead to a oil leak, then worse the engine cover was not connected properly and they missed attaching all the screws and bolts. The sheet can not be installed back as it is mangled. Had to get another oil change to fix the leak in the drain plug.I have started a case with them, no response from the shop or corporate office for a week, have called twice regarding this. Awesome experience. I didn't get out of my vehicle, the Valvoline crew worked efficiently and completed the Oil & Filter change in no time. I also received a very decent Veterans discount! I will be back.

Newnan Valvoline is now my go to 10-15min, no wait time Oil Change Station. Friendly, professional and the prices are ECONOMICAL. NO more dealership oil changes for me. This site and STAFF is Top Notch and I trust ANY recommendations they make for services needed. TY guys for All you've done for me

Well I bought a full synthetic oil change on groupon. I'm not from GA so I chose it based on the service I was seeking not even considering distance. And I live in midtown ATL so if I paid attention I wouldn't have bought on so far away...BUT saying all that to say I had a great experience here! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the fact they had several girl technicians. So not only was there #GirlPower but one of the lady's actually walked over to show me the completed dipstick dip showing me I was leaving with a full replacement. And I've never had a technician show me that before. Super pleased, I might even come back wayyyy down here lol

Story time.Last week I went in for an oil change, and after I made it 4.9 miles up the street noticed I had a flat tire. I called a tow company. The young man towed my vehicle said that my tire had been cut. I informed him that I had just left from getting new oil change. He said it looked like my back tire got caught coming over the bay. I called Valvoline customer service. I did a complaint last week and started a claim After calling to get an update because the 48 hours had passed the Manager called today saying they need to do a investigation and have someone come out .. Than 15 minutes later the claim was denied. What happened to the investigation the manager wanted to do . I just paid $425 new tire because the negligence of a tech at that location. After doing over 3 years of business with them I will never again visit. Please be careful when visiting this location.Warmest regard.Service: Oil change

The technicians were unable to remove my oil filter so they destroyed the oil filter without telling me. I went home and was able to remove it myself. Also the technician advised they checked my tires I was sitting in my vehicle and they never even touched my tires. I spoke with the assistant manager and she advised that she wants me to bring the oil filter to the shop so they can speak with the technicians about it. I m posting this not out of frustration but to caution others to never use this location for vehicle maintenance.Service: Oil change

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE! THEY MESSED UP 2 OF OUR VEHICLES! AND AFTER THEY RUIN YOU CAR, THERE IS NO RECOURSE. THEY CAUSED SEVERAL LEAKS TO OCCUR ONLY AFTER GETTING 2 DIFFERENT VEHICLES SERVICED HERE. GO TO YOUR CAR MAKER'S DEALERSHIP. THERE'S MORE ACCOUNTABILITY. I'M NOT ENDORSING ANY SPECIFIC DEALERSHIP SERVICE CENTER. DON'T TAKE MY EORD FOR IT- DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST. SAVING A COUPLE OF DOLLARS ON AN OIL CHANGE ISN'T WORTH IT. PAY MORE MONEY FOR THE OIL CHANGE AT A DEALERSHIP. IT WILL SAVE YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF CAR REPAIRS IN THE FUTURE.

Came here with a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change. I had no issues redeeming the Groupon, just paid the tax. There were two cars mid service and two cars ahead of me. Wait time and service time combined was about 45 minutes. The employees were knowledgeable and kind. He mentioned one additional service that was available to me, but I declined. I did not feel pressured to add it. I will definitely return here, thanks to everyone there! They were also patient with my kids as well which is always a nice bonus.

Nothing instant about this place. There is no system whatsoever. You pull up, park in one of the incredibly limited spots, and hope someone sees you which they usually don t. No one acknowledges your existence, and when someone pulls up in front of you, they don t say a thing. Plus, they almost never have both bays open, so it takes twice as long. Every time I come here I have to wait at least an hour for an oil change. Do NOT come here unless you have AT LEAST an hour to spare. Staff is friendly when they do see you, and prices are reasonable, but their system has to improve.Service: Oil change

As a female, I was so hesitant to take my vehicle for an oil change. But I needed it completed before I traveled and my husband suggested this location.I was so surprised at how thorough these guys are and also how polite. He showed me the screen for prices, no hidden fees, no shady up charges.I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Went for an oil change around 9am, pretty friendly people. They have cameras so you can see what the people in the oil pit are doing. Didn t feel like doing it myself this time so I brought it there and my experience was so good I felt it needed a review.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

3 times being denied service here even after arriving an hour before they close! Was told today they were short staffed and they needed to start cleaning up the shop! Said I was willing to wait but they weren t hearing it! I ve been trying to get an oil change here since last week! Called to speak to manager and all I got was a phone operator who isn t even in store she just answers phones for the store which she said. Commercials about ease in getting an oil change at Valvoline are very misleading!!!!!

Great organization even with several other vehicles in line. Service was fast and efficient. The man, Mason was great at explaining everything to me and answered all my questions. Very satisfied with my service here and will be back again!

From the moment i arrived everyone was polite. Any questions i asked they gave me answers. They were fun and very kind. I went for an oil change and they noticed i needed my engine filter changed and asked if i wanted to replace it now and why it was important to change it. I would definitely go back.

Arrived 1st thing in the morning when they opened. They greeted me and brought me in immediately. I told them what i was here to get and they got to work changing my oil, che king my lights, topping off my fluids, and everything else. This was my 1st time here but definitely won't be my last. Prices were reasonable and customer service was excellent. I'm bringing my other cars here from now on as well.
