I scheduled my vehicle to be serviced for an oil change, alignment, to check the recall on my car, and to have a brand new set of wind shield wipers. They only gave me an oil change. I suppose they rushed through my service seeing as the dealership was packed today, but it doesn t excuse said act. I asked the lady that checked me out, did they service everything I marked seeing as they were finished fairly quickly and the price was very low but she guaranteed they did. I m not sure why my complete service was not performed, but I m pretty positive I will not be back to this location.

Took 3 hours to get an oil change. 1 hour into my wait, I get a call asking if I want to talk about selling my vehicle which I denied. 2 hours into my wait, I call for an update. They call me back to say they are working on it and THAT still took an hour. I don't think they even touched my car until I called and complained. If you just need an oil change, there's a 5 minute shop literally down the street. I'd go there instead.

Are you really asking me about my time at a car dealership? There's nothing fun about waiting hours getting work done, guestimate paying at least $1000 then actually paying $3000. It's about as pleasant as a car dealership can be. Oh they had free sandwiches from Jimmy John's so that was nice.

Went with my aunt to buy her new car. She knew exactly what she wanted and was paying cash. We still waited for over 4.5 hours. They kept telling us just another minute. Don't get me wrong the people were nice, but when someone is paying cash you'd think that they would be more of.a priority to get them taken care of and out the door especially when we came from 3 hours away.

I broke down 8 hours from home near Newnan. It's not often that a dealership quotes you a price for service, and then lowers the final bill based on actual hours worked. Alyssa and her manager took excellent care of me, while Jeff took excellent care of my Lexus. It was great meeting y'all. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone in the area with a Toyota.

been there since I get my new car doing my maintenance,was good but last time they did not screw my oil tank cap when my drive out for my travel,have to stop highway waiting for couple hours to find someone can help me ! Hopefully they can check before they done their job!

11/11/22. I have been coming here to have my Toyota serviced since I bought it here in 2015. I drive over 700 miles a week, so my oil changes are frequent. I was here in Sept and the cost was $72, with a 10% coupon. This time the cost was $74, with a $10 off coupon. Why the increase for an oil change? My appointment was at 10:40 am. I arrived at 10:30am. I didn't leave until 12 noon. The waiting room was not as crowded as I have seen before. When I arrived, I was greeted by a service rep, who asked me a few questions. After that, I was never called up to the desk, as I have been every other oil change and spoken to individually about issues with my vehicle. After that 1.5hrs of waiting, I approached the service rep who just happened to have my paperwork in her hand and she took a picture of my coupon to place with my paperwork, which should have been done during my 1.5hr wait. Atleast this time, they put the sticker in the window. After I received my high priced oil change, I was given a free car wash for my inconvenience. This dealership has changed for the worst over the last year. I will be looking for another oil change service; either Walmart or 10 min oil express.

Always a pleasure, honest and forward, they don t nickel and dime ya like some places. Went to another dealer was diagnosed I needed a new engine, here they just replaced my spark plugs and was back in business.

Sam is an excellent service advisor here. If you want to request or have the same person when you come give Sam a try. And shout out to Christina as she takes care of business as well She has excellent phone etiquette (making setting up appointments a breeze) and is kind and patient with you.

Probably the last time here for service..had maintenance package when I bought the car new so oil changes were included..but after always waiting longer than it should I will tackle the maintenance from here forward..I understand Sat is a busy day but you should staff accordingly or not open at all..and really 30k miles to even think about changing filters is absurd for fuel economy and cabin conditioning..very sad that simple business ethics are not followed..on a silver note tho the sales team is great!..would be nice if the service advisor would confirm what the vehicle was in for..all in all there are other reputable places for oil change, tire rotation and alignments who are just as good and cheaper.

I messed up and showed up a week early for my appointment. They didn't even tell me I was wrong when I got there. They fit my vehicle into the schedule and were so incredibly kind and helpful! I didn't realize I was wrong until I had already gotten home and received a reminder about my upcoming appointment! Every trip at Toyota of Newnan is so wonderful and easy.

I bought both of my vehicles from Toyota of Newnan, and since then, I have always taken them to the Toyota of Newnan service department. Both vehicles currently have right around 100,000 miles. Service prices are always competitive, and the service is top notch!Communication from the service managers is outstanding, and they work to provide you with the best options and overall value for your maintenance needs. Always friendly, always get good advice, and they have a great waiting area (clean, up-to-date, comfortable seating, HGTV on loop!).Free Chick-fil-A sandwiches too if you get lucky!

Wow. Unfortunately had to have our car towed into Toyota of Newnan day after we had 100,000 mile service done. Monica our service representative was so friendly and helpful. She got the car in immediately and we were back on the road. Problem was unrelated to service done. Thank you Monica and Tpyota of Newnan.

I'm always pleased with the treatment I receive at Toyota of Newnan. They're attentive, respectful and very service oriented. I know it's fixed right, and their repairs are competitively priced.

2 hours and 15 minutes to get tires rotated with an appointment. It would be better if they'd tell you about the wait when you male the appointment.

If i can it could be zero starAfter spending $1200 on my Toyota Corolla they can t fix the problem i went there, not recommended if you have any critical problem in your car, they can do local work like oil change and stuff but cannot figured out the critical stuff

Very slow. It 45 min for them to get my car and I had an appointment and I was told that is to be expected to take an hour and a half to rotate tires

As always great service. Only 40 minutes for my 30k service. Toyota Camry is a great car backed by great service.
