Joe Brown spent a lot of time showing us 4Runners and Tundras. His professional, yet relaxed, demeanor was very refreshing. He answered every question we could think of. When we asked his opinion, he gave us honest answers. I actually enjoyed talking with him. When we got down to the business end, Nathan was honest and also a pleasure to work with. Buying a truck is not something I look forward to, but these two professionals made it a pleasure. I visited other Toyota dealers in surrounding cities. This dealer is hands down the best for selection and price. Most highly recommended.

Definitely not the best experience I ve ever had. I am 800+ credit, had a freshly detailed trade in and $14,500 down payment. I understand I walked in about an hour before closing, but I knew exactly which car I wanted and was ready to buy. I am glad I read reviews on this dealership prior to arriving and by doing so, I went to Carmax earlier in the day to get a printed offer on my trade in. Toyota of Newnan, of course, low balled me on my trade, but ended up matching the Carmax offer after I submitted proof of a higher offer (approx $1,300).Next was negotiating the price of the Camry I purchased. I had to show proof that the car was listed about $307 less the day before to get the price marked back down.Then, the difficult part of getting an accurate out the door price began. Finance seemed to get a bit of an attitude when I told him I was going to apply for financing through Navy Federal, regardless of applying with the dealership, but was willing to submit a credit application and allow them the opportunity to try and beat the rate that NavyFed offered me. However, before I could apply through NavyFed (which took all of 10min through my app) I had to have an out the door price. I had to tell sales and finance repeatedly that I was not signing the first sheet of paperwork agreeing to what payment I wanted. I expressed that I was not fixated on a payment as there are a multitude of factors that can be manipulated to hit a desired payment and that I was more focused on getting the best interest rate. Yet, I had to continue to be pressured to agree to a payment range, to which I continued to refuse.Once the numbers were accurate for the out the door price, I submitted both credit applications, one through the dealership and the other through NavyFed. Fortunately, NavyFed beat their rate by exactly 2% (this was a certified pre-owned 2024 Camry with 57 miles on it).During the wait for finance to run the credit app, I asked the salesman about the keyless entry I had read about on the window sticker online and specifically asked if there was a keypad like Ford to which I was told no and that it meant I could just walk up to the car and unlock it by pulling the door handle without having to unlock it first even though this Camry didn t have a smart key. I left it alone and did not realize until the day I picked up the car that it indeed did have a keypad, almost exactly like Ford, right on the windshield.During the test drive, the salesman was telling me all about the free oil changes and tire rotations, but when sitting in the dealership dealing with all the back and forth on the initial paperwork, I asked for clarification and/or paperwork explaining the free services. When the salesman returned after asking someone for the information, he explained that it actually did not apply to me because the car was used . I also asked finance directly when I was signing paperwork in the office about the free services, to which I again was told that did not apply to me because the car was used . I did call Union City Toyota and confirmed that the free services (Toyota Care and Toyoguard Platinum) both follow the car, not the owner. I was told that all I needed to do was call or go to the service department and that they would pull the VIN and tell me exactly how many services I had left.I did not take the car with me Thursday night when I originally arrived because I was not aware that the dealership did not accept personal checks and my down payment money was in an account that is not easily accessible so I did not pick it up until Saturday when I had time to wire the funds into my checking account. They did offer for me to sign both contracts to be able to take the car with me the same night and that they would destroy the second contract once I returned with the funds, but after the difficult and pressuring experience that night, I opted to wait to take possession of the Camry.**I will add the rest of this review as a picture**

Joshua Amie was my salesman at Toyota of Newnan, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He truly went above and beyond to provide me with the very best service and a superior experience. He went to great lengths to find the best deal and make sure I was thoroughly taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would recommend Joshua to anyone looking for a top notch, seamless experience in purchasing a vehicle!

Pre-owned vehicles: The old switch-n-bait tactics and $2k hidden price at the negotiating table that is non-negotiable. (You would better be taken care of by going to the Sandy Springs or Stone Mountain Toyotas, where they don t slap a 2k Hidden fees on you)I took 2 separate trips down to be fooled by the management. Had like 5 phones calls before I came down the first time to see 3 pre-owned cars, then they told me the cars I was interested in were not available, then offered to show me more expensive ones. 20 phone calls later, I made the second trip down to a certified used 2021 Camry that I was supposed to see on the first trip. They promised nothing wrong with the car and had done a lot of work on the car in preparation for the showing. By the time I see the car, half of the car panels were damaged (big scratches and dents), and they upped the price online last minute.I d stear clear of this dealer and advice customers to go to other Toyota Dealerships where they don t screw you over

Had an outstanding experience with Toyota of Newnan, and specifically with Joe Brown from the sales team and an equally pleasant experience with David and Jeffery in finance. Joe met me at the door and since I already had a very specific vehicle in mind, he was on point and helped get the purchase locked in place without wasting any time. The vehicle was presented accurately and the professionalism on display from all team members was evident from the minute I drove onto the lot. Thank you, Joe! I was referred by a coworker to ask for Irene when I plan on buying a new car. I am so happy for this referral. Irene was very knowledgeable about the Camry I was interested and the options that were available. Car shopping is painful to me, especially the negotiating. Irene made the whole process pleasurable. I called and made an appointment for 12:40 to have an oil change. I arrived at 12:35. The person who was looking after my oil change was polite, but never smiled once the entire time. He said it would be about an hour. Over two hours later he comes out saying I need certain things at my 90k check up. I don't disagree that I likely do, but the oil change I expected to take an hour at tops was over two hours and I had lots of other things that needed attending. He said he would e-mail me the cost for the repairs. I received a paper copy of what they said needed doing without prices. I was in a hurry to get on with the things that needed to be done and expected an e-mail with prices. It never arrived.I was walking out the door at 2:55 - almost three hours! I can believe they are busy and I know when people walk in your want their business, but if I make an appointment I expect to be looked after at that time or shortly after. Luckily I only need this done every two years or so. Last time I came in I did not have a three hour wait. I'll hope they do better next time.

The best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle in my life! Everyone here is extremely nice. They have the best customer service that I ve ever seen. Top-notch, hands-down ! But he and Chance and Bobby told me they would change my perception. They did!!! Joshua listened to what I wanted and he delivered. Needless to say I drove out with my new car. Garrett was absolutely amazing when I bought my 4Runner recently. Not only did he listen to and answer all of my questions (which were abundant), he was patient and kind the entire interaction. I have bought several vehicles over the years and I dread the process each time but I had a wonderful experience and would not want to work with anyone else moving forward. I have recommended Garrett to everyone who I knew was looking for a new vehicle. I have had several odd issues arise since buying my 4Runner (no issue with the vehicle itself...all personal issues that needed to be addressed) but Garrett has continued to take each of my calls and assist in any way he can. If he doesn't know the answer, he finds it. I can't thank Garrett and Toyota of Newnan enough for such a positive experience.

This was my first time buying a car completely by myself, and my first 4Runner. Cesar made the experience amazing. Everything was so easy and quick compared to how long it normally takes to close on a new vehicle. I love my new truck and I can't wait to work with Toyota of Newnan more. My first time going alone to purchase a vehicle. Overall the worse experience ever. Everyone within the dealership seem very nice and helpful in the beginning. But it have been 3weeks since I purchased my vehicle and still haven't been able to drive the vehicle because the bumper and taillights is damaged. I feel taken advantage of. I live 2hours away. Everytime I call to get help no will one will return my calls or seem to even care. It's so sad the way women are treated especially young African American women. I just pray and hope no one is treated the way I was treated.

Ryan Cole is definitely a great car salesman. He wasn t over powering or pushy. Ryan allowed me the opportunity to look at the cars by myself. Before I started on my journey, he informed me where the new cars, used cars and trucks were located. The first impression is always the best impression. After looking at the cars and narrowing my selection down to the one I selected, I informed Ryan the car I was there to purchase. The entire process was pleasant to include the purchasing of the vehicle. My experience was wonderful and I would rate Toyota customer service, and purchasing car process equivalent to BMW or any luxury car purchasing car process. This was such a pleasant car buying experience! We had the pleasure of working with Lucas P. Lucas provided us with warm customer service, and spent as much time with us as we needed. He answered all of our questions with transparency and walked us through the different options we were considering until we were comfortable with our purchase. Cesar Garay was great! Low pressure. Super responsive. Toyota of Newnan offers a lot of CPO vehicles and, while their additional fees are not the lowest, they are reasonable (nothing ridiculous like some dealerships). We bought a 2021 Sienna. It was well priced and we really love it! Worthwhile to visit Toyota of Newnan.
