They will not tell you their prices, even with all of the necessary information. Just got off the phone with them. I won't be scheduling any service here. They refuse to tell you how much brake replacement costs. I provided my year make and model and asked for a quote on brake pad replacement only. The said they don't know how much that would be and that I would need to bring my vehicle in for an inspection before they could give me a quote. No Thank you.

The staff was friendly and showed concern for my situation... I was stranded in Newnan with a flat. My tire was under warranty as it was only 6 months old. There were many customers ahead of me since I came without an appointment, but they got to my vehicle as fast as possible. I am so grateful for Tires Plus in general, but Newnan was a great shop. Thank you so much.

Stopped by to have a leaky tire fixed. They said all the techs were at lunch and couldn't see me for an hour. I came back an hour later and they said there were two appointments in front of me and it would be at least an hour before they could get to me. I went to a nearby competitor and was seen immediately.

I would not recommend anyone to open a credit card with tires plus! Because you can't pay your bill without giving them your checking and routing number! Nor can you pay your bill at Tires Plus with a debit card! They only accept cash payments! How Very Very Stupid Is That! "There is also a $5.95 service fee for using your debit card to pay your credit card bill! Even now that option of paying with your debit card has been removed! "CNFA!!! should now be offering credit without allowing the customer to pay by either debit or check! I will be filing a complaint with the the "State Of Ga BBB! John Poindexter Newnan Ga!

I can t vouch for all the stores, but Tires Plus, 510 GA-34, in Newnan, GA stands out. They have reliable technicians and steady management. Highly recommended!

Don t take your vehicle here! The lady at the front desk should not be dealing with customer service(No need to elaborate as most of negative reviews here make mention of her) We took our vehicle here because it was overheating. They said we needed to replace the water pump, belt, and fan. So we had them complete the work and after doing so, the very next day after we picked it up we noticed it was leaking. Our vehicle did not have any issues with leaking before we took it to them. So, we called to let them know and asked could they look at it, especially when we just paid all this money for repairs and did not have this issue. The guy we talked to on the phone was immediately like it s transmission fluid which has nothing to do with us but you can bring it in and we will look at it as a courtesy. So, after they claim to have looked at it, they tell us it s the transmission fluid and we don t deal with transmissions. We take it to Aamco since they specialize in transmissions and they immediately call us and say, I don t know why they told you it s transmission fluid, it s Oil and they should have know that simply from the color. This place cannot be Trusted!! They either didn t even check our vehicle to make sure they didn t make a mistake somewhere or just don t know what their doing because they didn t know oil from transmission fluid.

Always friendly and ready to help. Very clean and staff are always professional. If I ever need air in my tires, they are more than willing to help me, at no cost to me.

A mechanic scratched my driver side door, scratched up my leather driver seat, and left terrible body odor in the car. I am furious and waiting until Thursday to meet with the manager. I will never use this business again.Service: TiresService: Tires

Daughter took her car down there for tire keep going low, they said it was because of the temperature going hot and cold. Took it eleswhere and they found something in the tire. Lazy

Honest and Reputable.I have wasted thousands of dollars on horrible mechanics, That is until I find Tires Plus.Daniel is my mechanic, And the supporting staff is perfect they're friendly smart and they make his job eat all that much easier because she doesn't have to deal with a lot of BS.I trust the staff to be constantly loving and caring about their customers.They are quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend Tires Plus off 34 and what is that the Newnan bypass.Excellent attention to detail and easily explain the situation that one might be in with a car!*****

I visited Tires Plus in Newnan, Georgia, for an oil change, and purchased 4 Firestone tires. I loved everything about this store. The atmosphere was welcoming, lobby was clean, restroom was clean and stocked, and the service was excellent. The service manager, Benjamin, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The entire staff at the store were professional and pleasant. I will definitely return. Thank you for a great experience! Stop in on 6/27/18 to get tire pricing for my Honda. I immediately noticed the grate customer service of the two reps at the desk, unlike NTB, where they didn't even acknowledge I was into the store until 10 minute later. At Tires Plus, I talked with Chris, and he was very helpful. I return on 6/29/18 for oil change and new tires, grate service.

I had no issues with the staff but after waiting over an hour and 45 minutes for new tires and watched all the staff quit working to attend a mandatory staff meeting is ridiculous. I was told this was a corporate decision. I sat with 3 other customers waiting for our cars while no work was being performed. Come on corporate, can t these meetings be conducted when you don t have customers? Our time is just as valuable. It s not fun watching your employees stand around in a meeting for more than 20 minutes. I should have taken a photo of them in this meeting but I didn t think I would be writing this type of review. We all watch this meeting from the window. Not happy with visit.Service: Tires

Super fast and they charged me half as much as another tire place was going to charge me for a patch. Also, the man at the front desk was super nice. I recommend and I'll be returning once I need new tires!

Limped in on three good tires, and one with a bad valve stem. Manager Ben was fast, courteous, and respectful. My stop today was an emergency, but I will remember the service and be back again!

Had a lawnmower tire that lost the bead seal. They resealed it in about 3min no charge. Helped me out faster than it would take to buy a new one at Lowe s.

We have been customers of Tires Plus (several locations). Overall a good experience. We did have a service issue at one location, however the location Management did an outstanding job to respond and resolve. I would say the service at Tire Plus is above average and a good value.

Fabulous people and service!! I have to leave today to travel 400 miles for a funeral but I have a tire with a leak. Despite being full of appointments all day, the gentleman in charge agreed to fit me in. When service is provided in a time of need, THAT is truly great service!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Stopped by 1 hr before closing. Was in and out in less than 45 min. Young lady who took care of me was very friendly and helped me and 4 other people in a very professional manner.
