Very disappointed I went out on yesterday to get an oil change for both my cars I paid over close to $225 total for both. The service text were very nice friendly my drove off 30 minutes away to my destination, myself and my daughter following behind each other. My daughter was not far behind me. Until we weren t. She showed up 10 mins later. Her skid plate came off. She had to put it in the trunk of the car oil was all over it. I have called customer service this morning only to get a voice message system. This was my first time using this company and my last won t be doing it again they were before you go.Matt the GMResolved my issue I was contacted the next day. I am happy to take my one star and give it a four star.

Take 5 in Newnan provided fantastic service! The staff was friendly, and did a great job telling me what they found and the services they were providing. Did I mention how fast they worked? Because they were SUPER fast as well. As far as oil changes can go, this was a perfect experience.

I ve never had any of my vehicles serviced by Take5 until today and I can honestly say I m impressed! They walk you through everything step by step and show you the work as they go! You get to stay in your vehicle and the entire process took less than 10 minutes. The team is very friendly and each member of the team took time to talk to me directly! It s been a VERY long time since I have come across this elevated level of customer service! As a General Manager in the customer service industry, I am extremely impressed! Pricing is fair and competitive to what the dealerships charge but without all the hassle!! I definitely recommend coming to them to service your vehicles! Would give 10 stars if I could! They definitely earned my loyalty today! Nice job Take5 team Newnan!

Why am I giving a one star maybe because it wasn't worth my trouble nor the price. When the list of things said done weren't done and the staff seemed like idiots. Granted they were nice and friendly. They need to clarify everything offered and/or are going to be doing. Especially for a new customer like I was. I simply won't be going back.

This was my 2nd or 3 rd time there and the crew is awesome. They told me everything they were doing as we went and checked my filters and showed them to me so I could decide if I wanted to replace them or wait. They have definitely earned my business.

The guys were amazing! They were so funny, or maybe I was.. idk. I laughed so much! It was very enjoyable. I will definitely be going back! They even offer cold bottled water while you wait! I no longer drink or buy bottled water. However, it definitely is a wonderful experience for others who do and may be extremely parched!

I have always had an amazing experience at every Take 5 I've been to! Shout-out to Matt and Gregory for helping me today and being so kind, quick (but not sloppy), and efficient in helping change the oil in my car! When I need another oil change, I will definitely be coming back here again!

Very quick and easy to get done with no waiting. The guys that took care of my oil change were very nice and professional. I will definitely be back just wish they were not so expensive but hey you get what you pay for and that is great service.

The service providers were friendly, showed me exactly what they were doing, and didn t pressure me to buy anything I didn t need. It was a little more expensive than I expected, but I needed new wiper blades and chose the higher grade oil. Overall it was a good experience and I will probably go back again.

I was so thrilled to find this place. The 2 gentlemen who serviced my vehicle were personable, worked quickly and were also VERY knowledgeable.Living in my golf cart bubble, I rarely drive and they educated me of my options, made suggestions but gave me time to ultimately decide.Also, this was an unplanned stop on my way to shop at the mall, and I had my 4 yr old son. The employees were so friendly to him and even gave him some fruit snacks! Now he asks when we are going back to the gummy place.Thanks!

My wife and I had the most amazing 5 star experience at this location. The Tech that handled our vehicle was both knowledgeable and friendly while explaining each step in the oil change process. The tech s name is Greg.

The gentleman that helped me directly was very knowledgeable and saved me money. Another gentleman that was prompt and considerate made suggestions on oil type and filters. Lastly, another gent did not try to persistently upsell me on stuff I didn t need but rather informed me of future needs for my vehicle ..I had and $18 dollar coupon.Suggestions:Please send me more coupons and you will earn 3 customers instead of just me for LIFE!!!!Thanks.Ben

I was indecisive on going here for an oil change from reviews I've read about the company as a whole(not this location specifically,) but I said I'll try it. I saw a flyer that said $15 off any oil change. I misread it as $15 for an oil change. Nonetheless, the customer service was great!! Very cool guys and the manager was super sweet and accommodating.One of the techs reset both of my trip meters, stating it was an "oil mileage" or something like that. I know a bit about cars so I felt kinda weird about that but whatever, I think I understand what he was trying to say maybe more training, idk lolThey found an oil leak that I didn't know I had- so that was awesome.I'll be going back here from now on to get my oil done and also top off my fluids It is a bit expensive, but it's quick, convenient and done well in my experience. Definitely worth it! Give them a try :)

Super sweet guys, explained everything to me. And show me me if my filter was clean. Some Mechanics will try to push you to get things that you really just can't afford. I like that these guys did not fo that! And still explained everything to me and how long I have till I really need something. I recommend anyone here!

Quick fast & great service. Best windshield wipers , comparable to the $75 rain x ones I usually purchase & they were only $16 a blade!!! I was only in the Newnan area visiting family but I will use take 5 from now on in any area

Reginald was very friendly, and the only reason I didn t give an all 5 star rating is because Caleb was very rude and nasty, and I won t be returning there for an oil change ever again, his customer service was complete trash, and I would never recommend anyone to ever go there, not my mom, not my grandma, not no one in my family. That man is a mad man and needs to take a hospitality class because at the rate he s going he s going to run every last customer away.

The employees were extremely friendly! The Store Manager Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful! Everyone was efficient and got me out of there in a very timely manner! Definitely recommend the Newnan location to anyone looking for an oil change!

I ve been going to Precision 10+ years for oil changes and the one thing I didn t like is they never seem to have deals available & no interest in giving any. Take 5 had coupons available, quick service, honest, professional and helpful individuals.

The first thing I was offered was water while I waited in my car. There wasn t a wait at all. The guys great customer service and took care of not only my oil but also changed my air filter. Faster and less expensive than the dealership next door. 10/10 would recommend.

I don t recommend this place. I came here to change my oil, and they damaged my oil pan, which now needs replacement ($300 total in repairs). They blamed it on my previous oil change location, where I ve been going for six years without any issues. There s been no reimbursement for damages or acknowledgment of responsibility for their work. I would like to acknowledge that they weren t rude at any point.

The tech (Caleb) just had a rude attitude. Made oily handprints all over bumper. If I'm paying $80 for oil change, I expect them to at least be kind and wipe their work down the area!

Went to the new Take 5 in Newnan, Georgia 01/22/2024 because of the great experience I received from Take 5 the week before in Lagrange, Ga. with my wife s car. Needless to say I didn t have the same experience at this location. I presented a coupon for $7 off an oil change but once I received my receipt and looked at it when I got home it wasn t applied. The team goofed off during the oil change the entire time BUT I was didn t mind as long as the job was done properly. But when I realized they didn t check me out properly after I specifically asked before giving them my debit card if the coupon was applied and was told yes that s a problem. If you re gonna play around and goof off which I don t mind just please do the job correctly.

No wait on a Sunday afternoon. Took over 50 minutes as a new trainee lost oil cap and end up not being able to find the cap. Had to go down the street to an auto shop that said they had a universal but the universal did not work for my car. Also asked if washer fluid was refilled, looked once I got home to find that the washer fluid was not refilled.Caleb the supervisor did apologies and also offered both my kids fruit snacks and myself a water. He did all he could to overcome the situation but in the end, the experience was not great as I did this for quick fast service but ended up spending the same amount of time as I would at the dealership and spent more money overall.Service: Oil change

Nice and new facility. Really nice people working there. The only negative thing for me is that it s pricey. There are more places that are more reasonable with their prices.
