Highly recommend Stateside! I broke down on the interstate and these guys installed a new turbo and had me back on the road in no time!! Excellent service and perfessional staff!

-5 Stars he's just guessing on what you need. Then when that don't work you still gotta pay. His famous quote is "You didn't tell me that" I got my truck back in worse shape missing parts and all. My name is Jerry with Nelson Trucking Services. Highly recommend this shop. Turbo went out on 85. Had to get towed to the shop. They had me back on the road next day. The owner Cameron is knowledgeable and cool. The prices are good also. Honest good affordable shop.

Bad customer service. Rude and dismissive. Should include I was cold calling for tire sales and he was quit upset with this review. I still stand by it because I have talked to many companies and have way better responses even if they weren't interested.Response to his response. This is not inaccurate. This is what happened I was cold calling about tires sales. I don't have pushy tactics and was just informing him if he has truck drivers that need new or used tires to call me. Even told him have a good day and hug up the phone. He could of told me he was busy and would call me back at a later time if he was helping a customer I would of completely understand. He deleted my first post which drives my point home that he doesn't like this one star review. Also just because I'm not a "customer" doesn't mean you can be rude to anyone. If your company truck cuts me off and I call to complain and I get the same response I can still leave a bad review because you didn't handle it appropriately. You're a business and should act professionally.

Owner name Cameron did not know and have time to fix my trucks and he kept saying if we call one more time to check status of our repair that he will impound the truck, we had to call police to release the unit and he did not want to give our truck back, he had it impounded to Parkers Towing. Fleet owners this is very horrible place to take your trucks, run away from this guy bad bad bad businessman.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I send all of my drivers to Cameron & his crew. We love these guys because they give us straight forward information and never overcharge like so many other shops.

The owner is nice and always friendly and knowledgeable. Others are always ontime and point out real problems you may have, they will not over charge you and do great work.

I called requesting info to repair My Truck and trailer, sent all right info, got back a prompt response with estimates in terms of time and money ...went to shop, they quickly put Truck in bay to fix it...job was finished in the estimated time with the right cost...I called several shops In My route to Big A...all had waiting long list...at TA near Mobile AL I waited all night to put in bay to be told that they just couldnt change Exhaust down Pipe...the Cameron guys did it right away and got back on the Road pretty soon...I didnt put 5 stars becouse the lack of drivers lounge...( Perhaps I didnt see it...)......HIGHLY RECOMENDED.....

Called for assistance with my F350 6.7, was advised they don't work on this truck models only big rigs.He is going to try and find someone for me that works on this type truck (personal use truck)Thank you for helping and appreciate the effort
