Called to have 2017 hyundai elaborate paint looked at for extended warranty repair and dealer said they don't do that repair. Thus forcing me to drive over 80 minutes to a dealer that did the necessary steps to schedule repairs. Pass poor customer service!!!!! Would definitely not recommend.

I had a lot of anxiety coming here due to the fact that I've always dealt with another dealer for over a decade. I had a terrible vehicle that was giving me issues. I didn't trust it to get me to the end of my driveway...much less to my job around 100 miles away. My mother and I decided to look at a Santa Fe. I fell in love with one. My salesman, Harold, was so genuine and did everything possible to get me in that vehicle. I thank him for that. My mother and I left in a new car and I couldn't be more happy with the car or the experience at Southtowne. We are forever customers. Thank you again Harold. I'll come by and bring you a pomegranate juice.

This place is a rip of the people there are very rude to black people and lie about everything they I bout a truck I put 10k down none of the money went towards my principal of my car they kelp 5k for a warranty s I told them I did not want they make money every month that you pay it and don t like to cancel it when you say you don t want it anymore unless your white they are bad bizness they promise they would take it off and never did gave me some fake papers to sign and they now want talk to me at all like I m a criminal this place is a scam frfr please go to the one in Riverdale because you will get treated like a criminal when they can t rip you off I have to get a lawyer now and contact the warranty place my self smh

Tried to make an appointment for the service we paid for when we purchased the vehicle and was told they couldn t get us in for six weeks. This is totally unacceptable. Promise you the world to make a new car sale, but can t hold up to the promises. Either hire more help or fire the service manager.

Made an appointment and had to wait 2 weeks for it. Brought my car in on time on the day of my appointment. Sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half only to then be told that they couldn't get to my car today. But was told to bring it in first thing the following day and it would absolutely for sure get serviced. Brought it in first thing the next day. When I originally bought the part to be installed, I was told it was a two hour install. For whatever reason, they said it would take half a day. They said they'd call with an update. After 6 hours with no update, I called and asked for the status. Was told they would call me right back. An hour later and they had not called me back. So I called back and was told that they never got to my car because they had so many appointments, and that I would have to leave it another day. But it would for sure get done tomorrow. So appointments mattered today, but my appointment yesterday didn't matter? Won't get a 3rd opportunity to waste my time. Had to leave work twice for this. Never again.

Initially, only the sweet girl in the service department greeted me. She showed me to the waiting area and kept me updated on the service on my vehicle. I sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half and was only smiled at or acknowledged by 3 people. Employees walked by and never even made eye contact. At over two hours, finally a woman in a pink shirt offered me water and eventually a guy named Bret asked if I was ok and offered to help me find a new car. Lol Overall, the service department did great work and vacuumed my car out as well. It's a bit out of my way, but I will make every effort to take my business to Southtowne Hyundai Newnan.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Helped me get my son his first car. Silas has exceeded all of my expectations and I as his mother just had to show him something that he already knows. My pride is beyond the little fuzzy feeling. I'm that proud of my son. Because of my relationship with capital one, they literally didn't hassle with me at all. I went down there with 3k, and got a 2017 HR-V low miles, with a payment in the range I asked for. They even stayed late to get me in the car that day. I am definitely pleased with the sales department at Southetown Hyundai of Newnan.

I just purchased a Hyundai Kona from SouthTowne Hyundai of Newnan. Diane Spurling was my salesperson. She was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. I purchased the car sight unseen because I had taken a test drive at a local dealership - a 2020 model, but found the same car in a 2019 model with better incentives. Diane helped me through the purchase and even had the car delivered to me in another state! I would encourage anyone in the Atlanta Georgia area to seek out Diane if you are looking to buy a Hyundai.

Found a Jeep compass online and decided to go to the dealership. When i got there i explained to the salesman that i was there to see the Jeep and he price that i saw it for online. The salesman tried to tell me that the online price is invalid. How do you try to quote me a higher price than your website. You definitely lost a customer because i was ready to buy. I ll be going to the other Hyundai. Bad Salesman

The folks in the maintenance area were very accommodating as I was our of the country for most of the time the car was there. Amber keep in advised the whole time and the final pick up went well. Thanks a lot

When you win anything. They tell you on the phone tou have to purchase anything. But you do and when you get there they want all your info and for a $2,500 prize. They gave me 2 $5 walmart gift cards. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. They BOMBARD YOU WITH CAR DEALS AND GET MAD WHEN YOU DON'T WANT IT.

Never received a reply about the missing lock key for my wheels. This should've been replaced soon as i requested. Luckily my pops a mechanic but definitely a hard job removing them all.

Spoke to someone on Wednesday, and today, Thursday twice about a car I saw online that I wanted. I drove 1.5 hrs to get there just for them to tell me they sold the car. Not to mention I spoke to them around 5pm today to make sure the car was still available as I did not want to travel that far for no reason. I arrived at 6:30 and the car was sold! Bad business!!

Good service on my wife's car. They set a time / date and did the work in 24 hours.Depending on backlog, the wait may be a long time for the appointment we waited 6 weeks.

It was awful. The salesman named Asit Patel is the worst and I want to tell everyone not to buy a car from him!! He was rude and did not keep his words at all. I went to the store last Monday and he showed me Tucson 2021 model and he said he can deliver it to my house. He sent me the online credit app and everything to follow and I've done it, but then next day he said that car is sold and I had to choose another color that I don't like. I chose another color and he showed me the price and everything and I was waiting on the delivery but the next day he said that car is sold as well. Again, I had to choose different model and he said he can deliver it to me on Sunday, but on Sunday morning he said he can't do that and he'll deliver it next day WITHOUT A WORD OF APOLOGY! I even accepted that and asked him if I can get the financing information on the car before delivery, and he said he'll get the finance guy call me about it before 2 pm on Sunday, and I've never had any call from them. I was so done with him and I texted him I'm not going to buy a car from him and going to another store that has better price and keeps the promise, and he sent me a sarcastic reply that "dealerships are close today good luck". He has been so rude through my entire experience at this shop and he did not show any respect to me and I was so frustrated. Never buy a car from this guy!! It's a waste of time and all he says is a lie!!! Awful.

Not sure if they will get the sale but I will say that the sales professionals are not pushy, courteous and knowledgeable. The lot is fully stocked and not bare. I can not diminish the 5 star rating because of the advertisement in front. It does what it is meant to do and that is draw you in. Used car selection is better then those south of Atlanta with more of a variety and decent vehicles. I would say that that this is a well pulled dealership and yes even if I don't buy from them. Fair is fair. I recommend this place to people in the market!

Our sales rep was Damien. Do yourself a favor and ask for him.He was laid back, very knowledgeable and in my 25 yes of car shopping it s never been so easy.Today was a great, and worth the short amount of time it took to purchase our hybrid. Any future business we will certainly ask for him specifically.

I was very skeptical of going to get my oil change here after my experience in buying my car was horrible, but the oil change was free under my warranty so I decided to give it a try. John was amazing and very friendly. He put me at ease. Thank you for the great customer service especially during Christmas and staff shortage when I know things are hectic.

Typical sales experience. I would not recommend unless you are an easy target for commission. Went with my son (who is 24 year old bartender) and they treated him very poorly. I was only there for moral support-salesman spoke mostly to me-very condescending to him and about his line of work and new credit profile. I realize car companies are designed to male a profit. However if you forget WHO the customer is and dismiss the fact that resources are in place to help people establish their portfolio (financing a car) only focusing on the 'perfect candidate with the easy commission' then its pointless to be in a profession that deals with any type of diversity. I felt as if my son was hurried out the door and completely dismissed.

I don t know what has happened to the service center here but it has drastically gone downhill. Twice now we have dropped an envelope with our key in the Dropbox before 7am for an appointment later in the day, only to find out our key was never retrieved from the box and service did not get performed. Today we were told by the person that retrieved the keys that he did so at 6:15am. We placed our key in the box before 6:45am. If the service center does not open until 7:30 but you check the box at 6:15, shouldn t the dropbox be checked again? And don t try to actually speak to anyone on the phone because the service center doesn t answer their phone, nor do they return calls when a message is left. Our prepaid service has come to an end and I do not think we will be returning for service at this location.

We wanted to say thank you to Southtowne for a great buying experience. From the moment we met Tommy in sales, it was a very relaxed process. He was very knowledgeable and attentive even though he was helping another customer. He answered all of our questions and made it a point to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Jameson in finance did a great job explaining all our options and made us feel like we got the best deal possible on our new Palisade. This is our first time owning a Hyundai and look forward to many years of ownership. I m hoping the service department will be as impressive as the sales process.

Visited 07/21/2020. Nice comfortable waiting area, the staff is very friendly and professional. The staff have been very accommodating with my service request... detailing my vehicle after the routine maintenance, and providing another vehicle while my car is being serviced. (Provided through my package) It just a pleasant experience at Southtown Hyundai of Newnan, GA....Update: since the pandemic the only disappointing is, I can't get loaner vehicle that's included in my package.

I've had my Genesis serviced @ Southtowne Hyundai for the past 10 years and the customer service hasn't changed. They've been AWESOME since day one. Carmen is always honest and transparent about service charges and I trust her recommendations. Carmen and the service team are great to work with!!!

After 2 weeks of trying to speak to a human regarding my purchase of a new vehicle and trying to get some clarification on things I was finally able to speak to someone.Do not buy from this location if you might have any follow up questions, NOBODY returned my 10+ calls.Some voicemail left for the sales agent,Some voicemail left for the finance manager that handled my purchase,Some messages hand delivered by the receptionistSome voicemails left on the management voicemailFinally after trying to call AGAIN, I was able to speak to Herb. Herb answered my questions and we left it at that.Car shopping experience was sub par, Mick was easily distracted by anything and everything else going on.Purchasing the car with Jameson seemed pleasant, Jameson promising things that seem to be not true at this point (getting another loan from elsewhere that doesn't need to be a "refinance"). Then when I attempted to reach back out for clarification on my Tag and the weird financing option that isnt a refinance that banks dont know anything about, Jameson couldnt be bothered to call me back. 2 weeks later, I call back on my own and finally get Herb.Seemed above average, but I guess at the end of the week, fell short with any sort of follow up.and then finally getting any post-purchase help from people.Terrible, not a single one of my calls went returned, I got transferred around so many times, each transfer was either to a receptionist or a voicemail. Once the receptionist promised to hand deliver a message to Jameson for a callback, and all of it was time wasted and in vain.Summary:If you are knowledgeable enough that you can leave the lot without ever needing to reach out to someone again This place is alright I guess. But if you have questions and want piece of mind that where you buy from will back up your purchase with customer service, go anywhere else. Its just not worth the headache.

My salesperson, Susan was awesome. We had a TIME with the first car we purchased, but she worked hard to get a trade that I could afford. I cannot say enough nice things about her! She is very no pressure. If you're looking to buy a car, as for Susan!

My wife and I where looking for a new car. We came to Southtowne Hyundai and ended up being a great experience. Our sales person MJ was outstanding, he listened to what we were looking for and made it happen. Definitely will be using them in the future.

My sister went and Got her a nice car Ford Focus she got It home and been trying to register the new Car and get her tag for her new carCome to find out the car she bought had a lien on the car and shouldn t have even been sold legallyAnd it has yet to be fixed. They have lied to her a number of times when she has called to get the information on the new tagTold her it would be readyAnd wasn t!This is completely unacceptable!!And I am letting everyone I know how Run their business just to sell a carHonestly is always the best policy
