I ve had nothing but the best experience at Southtowne Hyundai of Newnan. From the time I walked in I knew my experience was going to be different. I was greeted like an old friend by my sales person Susan and even the owner of Southtowne Hyundai Lucas was there and a BIG part of making my experience BEAUTIFUL. Customer service is top-notch from the sales people to the finance experience with Mieet. My mother and I were so pleased and I purchased my dream car. My sales person, Susan, who I thought was taking pictures was actually making a video of the purchase experience and sent it to me when we were finished. She bought us crumble cookies and provided us with them when we sat at her desk. Once we finished with finances we were walking out to the service bay, where our new GV80 awaited. I almost cried when my mother was surprised with the color of the SUV, as she thought we were getting something different. From the beginning to the end, the service was spectacular. Customer service was beyond what is expected. What is a normal experience I am not sure but southtowne Hyundai of Newnan made us feel like family and I will refer all of my friends and family there As I cannot say enough, good things about the people at this particular location.Sincerely,Phelicia and Gloria

My fianc� and I drove an hour to Newnan to look at the GV70s for sale yesterday. We met with Aaron who I totally recommend as your dealer! He is patient, and it s clear he s been doing this for years. He s well versed in the car buying industry and pointed us in the right direction of which SUV we should get. Aaron took great care of us.With that being said. We had Lee as our financing person. And he was absolutely shady and untrustworthy. He will make fun of you for actually reading through the many contracts you are signing away, and play with the numbers to make your grand total look attractive. But it s definitely not the real total. I gave him a number that I did not want to surpass, and told him if the extended warranty surpasses that number then I don t want it., he then created my grand total including the warranty to be in my budget, but it was after the down payment. I recommend taking your time sifting through the contracts and agreements, take a careful look at the numbers. The way he writes it up is shady as hell and that s what gives this a 2 star. I d rate Aaron a 5 star and Lee a 1. Very disappointed by him.

My sales rep is awesome. I've used her for the past 6 years. This is my 1st used car purchase from SHN. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because they don't offer at least the 30 dealer warranty. They do however complete the full inspection and provide the report. My concern is they can only disclose what they know. It's the unknown that has me on alert. I'll keep you posted.

It's okay. We went here to look at purchasing a Sante Fe. We were told that the Tucson had just as much room as the Santa Fe as they were out of stock. The sales team was nice, a little pushy, but not unbearable. We came here after visiting a nearby competitor and, while the vehicles have greatly improved over the years, they just weren't engineered as precisely as the competitor and honestly, the price was just the same. The dealership is older and a little run down, which doesn't inspire confidence either. The bathrooms weren't very clean. The chairs had tears in them. The building just looked work and they played the country music very loud.

Was very pleased with the service and ease of purchase of my G80. There was no pressure or tricks. Bret did an excellent job of keeping us informed as to the progress. We were in and out in 2.5 hours. That's a record for me with a purchase and trade.

The professionalism exhibited by my salesperson was exemplary. Diane Spurling went above and beyond the call of duty. She s knowledgeable, dedicated and focused on the customer service experience. My car buying experience at SouthTowne Hyundai was seamless and efficient. I would be remiss regarding my posting if I didn t not mention the General Manager (Travis) who was outstanding during the process and insured that everything remained on track. Overall it was a excellent experience and I m very satisfied with my purchase.

Friendly place. Our salesman (Dale Williams) was extremely knowledgeable about the car and it's technology. Refreshing to say the least. The only reason they aren't 5 stars is that I believe in every situation there is always room for improvement.......but they are really close.

If Google would let me give them ZERO stars, I would. Their service department is run by a bunch of crooks. Charged me $1000 to do a 3 hour scan and replace the car battery. Then couldn't even fix the issue unless I paid another $10K. Pathetic. Once I knew what the issue was, I was able to do the work myself for 1/5 the price and I didn't die or get injured like they said I would. No idea what it's like to buy a car from them. Hell, they may be good. BUT DON'T EVER GO TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Bunch of damn crooks!!!

I went to the dealership for a sale in there for 2 hours. I came with knowing exactly what I was looking for. The salesman allowed me to walk around the lot on my own. I ended up inside. The General sales manager initially told me he could begin to possibly tell me what he could do for me until he pulled my credit. Well, I was ready to walk out. They wanted to know why. I tell them I already have financing and the price is more than I'm approved for. The General sales manager then proceeds to show me the possibilities. I told him no thank you. I now want the car for the amount I am approved for and he says it'smore than the price given becauseIhave my own financing. So, of course no sale.

I currently have the maintenance plan, but traveling to Newnan to wait 2.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation is not worth the hassle. I just want my car serviced in a timely manner without receiving a list of recommendations with bloated costs.

This is probably one of the worst dealerships I have ever come across in GA. They are really bad at answering phones in the service department. The receptionist can only do so much, which is transfer the calls. And if you live a distance away, you risk showing up, just to be turned away. When I purchased the suv, they made promises about giving the best deal, which in return I ended up paying more monthly, then if I went to the first dealership that reached out.

Smooth car buying process from start to finish. Diane Spurling always takes excellent care of me and my family. This is our 10th vehicle purchase from Southtowne & we always go to Diane. She s the best salesperson there. She is very thorough, extremely honest, always listens to the customer s wants and needs, won t let you leave the lot until she has made sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and she always takes care of her customers even after the sale is completed. We could not be happier with the purchase of our 2024 Hyundai Palisade. Thank you Diane and Southtowne Hyundai for always taking care of us!

After looking at other brands of car, I stopped by Southtowne to look at the Palisades. Aaron Austin greeted me and showed me different ones on lot and I decided that they had exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure but I felt real concern from him in answering my questions, going on test drive and through the deal. They even washed the car and provided someone to drive my car back to my home 30 miles away so that I could bring my new car home and not have to arrange getting someone to bring me back. He made himself available at a later date of my choosing to meet with me at dealership and go over any questions I had after having the car a few days. I could not have asked for better treatment than I experienced with this purchase and I ve bought several new cars in my lifetime. I would highly recommend Southtowne based on my experience and Aaron was exceptional to work with.

My sales person at Hyundai of Newnan was Andrew and I must admit he was absolutely fantastic. I just knew my experience was goingto be horrible. Ha! I was totally wrong. Andrew was not only just knowledgeable about Hyundai cars, he personally went over and beyond to accommodate our needs. The entire process was straightforward and never did I feel pressured to make a decision and/or purchase. The customer service Andrew provided was impeccable.As a result of us having a remarkable experience, we purchased NOT just One vehicle BUT Two vehicles from the Newnan dealership and it s all because of Andrew. He made our car shopping experience enjoyable. Thank you Andrew!

Terrible customer service. Drove all the way from riverdale last week after talking to sales rep and making an appointment. I get there and the sales rep not even available. They wouldn t even let me see the car I was applying for. Waste of a trip and time. Take your business to a more professional place.

I had an unsatisfactory encounter with a manager by the name of Travis Render who not only displayed poor customer service skills but also refused to sell a car simply because we chose not to use their financing, After the buyers order was given and check was in processing. We ultimately had to get His boss involved. This refusal created a frustrating and unwelcoming experience for potential customers.

Went to the dealership based on their advertised prices on AutoTrader. Don t be fooled. The dealer add-on sticker price on their cars is $10,000 over MSRP on the Palisades. We told them $10,000 over MSRP was crazy and they told us to offer them something else. You should not start with a crazy price and ask your customers to negotiated. Run, run fast and travel to a dealership that doesn t have these shady practices. We drove 1 hour and 20 min to get our Hyundai at over $2500 off MSRP.

I bought a new battery for my 2020 Santa Fe in July 2023 that cost me $300 dollars. My new battery went dead on January 27,2024 I called trip AAA to come and jump start my SUV . Came to this dealership to see what was going on with my on SUV, why the battery died Nikki was my service person. I explained to her what was going on with my SUV she stated that they ran a test on it after it was done.She stated that the battery tested good but something is killing my battery they charge it up to 87% of life . I talk to Lisa ,she is the service manager she stated that they can t give me a new battery because my battery tested good if it was good why did it die after six months in so many words she suggested to me that I may need to invest in a battery charger.I called McDonough Hyundai and talk to a very nice gentleman. I explained to him what was going on he ask me did they run a test on my alternator and check the cells in the battery ? I stated to him I don t know what they did he stated to me that them are the main things that can cause that problem I will be taking my SUV to get my alternator texted and the cells check in my battery.

Purchased a car recently, completely virtual. The entire sale was coordinated through email, texts and phone calls. I live 550 miles away from the dealership and didn't want to travel to see and buy the car, so I had to put a lot of trust in the salesman. Lavelle Davison was amazing handling the sale, sending me numerous pictures and videos and verifying the car's condition. He even went out of his way to meet the car transport driver who picked up my car and loaded onto a truck to bring the car to my house. My car arrived in the exact condition Lavelle described! Everything was streamlined and painless. Lavelle and Southtowne Hyundai are highly recommended!
