Very helpful place, especially if you're planning on doing ship to store purchases online. It was fast, couple of hrs and I had my part.

Called to see if they had a a tool to loan me and they did. After a while, Dustin, called me to inform that he was going to help since his shift just began. Not a lot of places while called you back and be so nice and polite. Got there and he did help me and helped me buy the necessary parts for my fix. Hats off for this man and his team, glad for all his help and advice!

I came in needing a relay. The young man behind the counter pointed me to isle 4. When I couldn't find anything similar to mine I was told that was all they have in stock. My response was really? Yes and have a good night.Sad thing is that this kid was so bad at telling a lie that he couldn't do it without smiling a nervous smile.Never had this issue at this location.

I visited the store today looking for a part for my son's Dodge Dakota. I was very impressed with the customer service that was given to me by Jerry, he went above and beyond to help me figure out what I was needing.

BE CAREFUL!!! I bought a starter relay from this store and did not pay attention to the product inside because the O'Reillys rep had checked it out. After finding out that my car did not need this part, i took it to return it. Only to be told by the manager that the part in the package wasnt the part i was sold. It was never taken out the box. So they are scamming people who are not being cautious and questioning their every move. The days of trusting the sales person is gone. Watch your back with these folks!!! SMDH

Michael Jordan did a phenomenal job helping me out! I was really in a bind and he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Appreciate everything he did, make sure you ask for him when you stop by! Thank Mike!

I am unsure of who Darrell (sp?) is, but I have never been spoken to in such a degrading manner as a customer. Called to see about the warranty on two batteries I bought from my previous employer under their commercial account. I bought the surplus asset while employed there from them and the batteries were dead. I was told by Darrell that the warranty was non transferable "like a used car". Strange, I was unable to explain that the title was already in my name and I owned the vehicle, hence no transfer. But he cut me off and told me that there was no warranty just because, all he could do is charge and test them. Of course I cannot obtain a copy of the commercial receipt from the government agency I was employed by but I do not care as I will NEVER spend another dime with this company. I will move my current commercial account elsewhere. Fun fact is that I was in the automotive business for 14 years and have NEVER spoken to a customer like that, nor have I been treated like that by anyone. The race to the bottom by the empty suits at corporate office makes me sad. I strongly recommend you adopt the "customers for life" ideology of your competitors across the street.

Ended up here a year ago needing a new battery. Guy kept insisting it was a bad starter All because his test said so. But another thing they teach y all is that sometimes the starter shows as bad if the batter is literally dying My friend who worked at an O Reillys in the state I m from called their store and asked if they knew that the tester would sometimes give a false fail for the starter if the battery was dying and the workers here stated that yes they knew. This guy still wouldn t take me seriously and just sell me the battery and constantly insisted I had to buy a starter. Drove to another O,Reilly s where they actually sold me a battery which is what I needed. And guess what. A year later and that sob still works. This was a year ago and I m still mad about it.

Bought headlight bulb and rear taillight assembly. Cheap and they helped me install it! Brandon was the shift supervisor to help take off and put back the taillight. By the time he got done his hands and face were dirty! They've definitely earned my business!

genuinely have no clue what they re talking about. it s mutual between all their stores. save your time unless you know enough to actually catch them when they re wrong which is very often.

First time here and was impressed with the helpfulness. They purposefully showed me how I could actually get a better product than I had chosen, for less money, because of a sale going on.

I would give a ZERO if I could. I bought a transmission from the commercial department and the mechanic's shop couldn't get it to fit. The company said it had to be the right transmission but it was clear that it was different, just from the appearance. I insisted that it was the wrong one and they insisted it was the right one. After this drug out for almost a month I contacted the commercial manager, Stephen Pye and convinced them to send another transmission. This one worked! So I wanted to submit a warranty claim to the company for their error. The manager, Stephen, kept saying he'd come by my office to get the paperwork to submit the claim. For weeks I called and he wouldn't respond. When I finally did get in touch with him he said to take the paperwork to their branch at Thomas Crossroads. So I did that the very same day. He said it'd take a couple weeks. After 3 weeks I tried to contact him again to get an update. He avoided my calls and texts for a week before answering. He said I'd need to submit a claim....which I did! Then he said it would take 7 weeks and there was no way to find out if they'd even approve my claim because that's not his, or anyone else's, job at O'reilly's to monitor claims. I've been given the run around for almost 4 months now with no resolution. I won't buy another part from them ever again....and I own a dealership.

Friendly and knowledgeable team. Helped me select the appropriate repair parts without pressure to purchase the most pricey version.

Parts were higher priced than all the other parts stores around. Their variant of the part I was looking for was made of plastic entirely, versus other parts store which only stocked full metal components, for CHEAPER! plus, the staff is generally rude, not very helpful, and condescending. Pump the brakes, chief. You work at a parts counter. You're not the pope. Lol. Taking my business and hard earned dollars elsewhere.

I was having a pretty hard time- just moved to a new state with children- everything that could possibly go wrong did-and then some. My husband had a close call life threatening was in hospital- my children were due to start school one in elementary one in highschool- I needed my sons jeep to run. I missed my mom- I had literally a break down for the first time in my life in the middle of O'Reillys. Not only did they give me tissues- one of the employees actually came around and hugged me. I can't say how much I needed that act of kindness- lol but they also were knowledgeable and helped me with what I needed. Beautiful employees. I am truly embarrassed about my meltdown-I always have my act together- but the kindness they showed will stay with me for the rest of my life.

Helpful staff (including to identify what I need) and well stocked. Occasionally slightly more expensive than other stores, but I've ended up going here first as they're more likely to have what I need.
