Love this O'Reilly location. It is the only location I visit. Store manager Eugene is the best. Always smiling and friendly. Will always go the extra mile to help the customer. And all of the other employees are just as eager to help. Looking for quality parts with knowledgeable staff, this is the place.

Store associate (David) was the most helpful when it came to purchasing a replacement battery and alternator after my car battery completely died in the parking lot. He tested my old battery to see whether it would hold a charge to ensure there wasn t a possibility that I wouldn t have to spend unnecessary money on buying a new one. (Unfortunately, it failed the test). He installed it for me on the spot and I was able to make it home safely. I considered him to be very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend going to see HIM.

Eugene is the BEST! Alternator went out, he had what I needed, hooked us up, and everything fit like a glove! This is the ONLY auto parts store that will ever get my business now! Many thanks, Eugene. You are our #1!

Terrible customer service. Would not exchange an alternator with receipt brand new for the one I needed, I was even paying more for a smaller engine size. Guess another auto parts store will get my money from now on. The original alternator was bought there too.

Not real customer friendly. Husband called up there to have them pull what he needed so I could stop by after work and pick up, they said would be up by register. They had about 5 hours between him calling and me picking up. I stopped by store and walked in about 4 employees there at counter all talking to each other, no customers at the counter, maybe shift change but didnt even acknowledge I walked in. When I finally got helped they knew nothing about what I needed and stuff was not up at register. So had to call hubby to find out what he needed. Very poor customer service here.They need to realize there are 2 or 3 other auto supply store within 3 blocks or so. Maybe next time I'll see if one of your competitors has better customer service.

Thank you O Reilly s for having the best parts, and thank you to the wonderful crew at the Temple Avenue location. Michael is my go to anytime I need any parts in the area I know Michael from other stores, and now I have chased him to this one. If you ever have problems at the store contact Michael he will get you the help you need no questions asked. I just finished rebuilding 5.7 hemi and he has been there the whole time helping me order all the parts. Thank you Michael, and until next time. God bless!!!

I would like to compliment the assistant manager who checked my battery and alternator and said it was perfectly fine. I went to a auto zone in palmetto on the previous date who said the battery needed to be replace. I now like this place.

Went here yesterday with a screenshot of the brakes I needed from their website. The rude lady at the desk made a face at me when I walked in did not greet me and then made a joke about me in front of rude customer who joined in . I made no response to them. They couldn't alter the smile I walked in with on my face when I came in and said hello to the rude woman at the desk. Yet they kept going on about how apparently angry I was. As a Black lady often stereotyped as "angry black woman" this is unacceptable. I have a right to be angry over the "customer service" and even more I am indignant about it. I would have went somewhere else but needed the brakes quickly so a friend could replace them. I have worked in customer service. It's not hard to treat every customer with dignity unless you apparently don't recognize that you or anyone else has any. People like this shouldn't have a job.

Briana was so great! Very helpful and very informative. Also, great customer service! So pleased I gave this new location a try. Briana sings praises for the manager Eugene as well, though he was not on site during my visit. I did test the price match policy. Briana did as much as she could to price match but was unable to totally meet a competitor price. Other than that, great store! I recommend giving it a try!

Michael helped me with some car trouble on the way to the airport . He did not have the part I needed but chose to come out in the parking lot and help me fish my gas cap out of the hood compartment .Because of his help, my wife and toddler and I were able to make our flight .You can t put a value on people like that. I did not buy anything today but i won t forget the generosity of a stranger . Michael, thank you again .

Literally the superior O Reilly s. The other ones in Newnan are trash compared to this store. Nick was the best person we have ever experienced as far as returns and was very empathetic about our situation with needing to return the part we had. The other stores accused me of attempting to scam them and the assistant manager (who sold the part to my husband) lied to me about the part number being wrong. For reference the part was within terms of the return policy. Don t fuss with any other O Reilly s, just go here and get it done right the first time!

RudeNo customer serviceIt was an effort for him to help me find a bolt for the starter.I asked about my military discount.He asked for my veteran driver's license. Then he said the transaction had already gone through. He told me there was nothing he could do.Is this how you treat a veteran that spent 10 years in the Navy. Half that was underway on on a ship.The issue was easily taken care of he should have let me return the starter and buy it back with my discount included per the store on bullsburo.I expect the manager make it right tomorrowUpdate... Eugene the manager at o'reilly on temple ave made it right this morning.Quick and easy like it should have been yesterday.I appreciate Eugene.

Convenient and usually well stocked. However, possibly due to the pandemic, the shelves appeared somewhat bare. I asked for the location of the product I needed and was told they were out of it. As I was leaving the store, I saw it at the front of the store, in front of the cashier who had told me they were out. O'Reilly's almost lost a sale.

My husband was in line waiting to check out and three people that came in AFTER him were helped BEFORE him. I called to speak to a manager after my husband walked out without being helped. How ironic no one answered the phone.

Always have what I need. Or they will have it there by 12, 3 or 6 on same day on everything they didn't have in the store. I've yet to stump them. Nice group of people too.
