Let me tell you one of the only places I trust. It is because of Tripp Harper. He has won the service award for the Nissan Company every year I have known him. I met him when he first started and from day one he has taken care of me and the community. He goes above and beyond and even hosted a car show for a client that needed financial help fighting breast cancer. The care he puts into knowing you and finding ways to better your driving experience is impossible to copy! He is genuinely the greatest young man at that dealership and is mentored by a manager who cares also in Eric Hartzog who everytime I have been there makes sure that the techs and customer service team are working as a team not for Nissan but for you! These two honestly are the best in the business. I was reended and my car totaled in August of 2021 .. these two not on the sales side walked over and explained what had happened to me and found me a car that they helped me negotiate the pricing as a friend of the family and that is what these two are now is family! Every so often I will just pop in now to bring them lunch and thank them for all the care they have given me since 2018 as a customer. I could rave about Tripp for days hell I tried to steal him on multiple occasions to come work for me . Thank you Nissan of Newnan for these two!

I will be taking my 2021 Nissian Titan back in the morning for the 4th time in a month! The techs can t figure out what is wrong with it and keep saying nothing is wrong because they can t replicate the problem. I have video evidence of it losing power, not shifting and my Nissan app got a message that the emissions was going bad. I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealer and my son has bought his car from them too but never again! I will be going to Toyota of Newnan once I somehow get this problem solved. Terrible services and the techs are not trained to really fix much! Don t buy a car from them at all!

I arrived around 6:15 pm with the spare tire on the car. I asked if they could patch my flat tire in the trunk and they did. Seth and the service team fixed it in 30 minutes and was on my way home.

I brought my 2022 Altima Midnight Edition to get the oil changed and tire rotated. Before I got there, I washed my car and presented them with a nice clean car. When I went to pick up my car I noticed the back passenger tire had been curbed and there was damage to my rim, which is a black rim. There was still curb dust on the tire and metallic flakes on the rim. I told the service dept what was going on and they told me this could not have happened there, even though there are several curbs in the parking lot, notably the curb outside the service bay door that has countless scrub marks on it. They offered to take me back inside to give me a price for a new rim!!!! Insane!!! I was told they would call me back after they look into it, which of course I never got that call. We recently moved to the area and my family usually buys several cars each year and I am happy this happened before doing any big business with them. Thankfully there is another nissan dealership in Union City and will be going there with each of my card needs. I honestly wouldn't leave Nissan of Newnan my lawnmower much less a car.Service: Oil change

I dropped my car off on 2/6/22 to be serviced. I got a call on 3/7/22 after leaving a message once a week saying I would receive a call back. I was told I would have a diagnosis for my car by the end of the day and on 3/8/22 I received a text informing me they are still working on my car. I continued to call 2-3 times a week and leaving messages because the service center receptionists couldn t reach the service tech. It is now 3/29 and still have not been reached out to or have been able to reach any service techs or their manager. I feel as if I have been forgotten about and ignored. They have awful customer service for a service center. I m headed up there today to hopefully get a resolution wish me luck. I would not recommend this place at all. I want to point out the receptionists there have been very helpful and sympathetic; it s the service technicians neglect and their manager that infuriates me. I also want to say that the advisor assigned to me is Tripp Harper and I am very dissatisfied with his performance

The service department is awful and will lie to people to get them out of the service department. My car, that I bought brand new from this dealership, has been at their service department for a repair of my airbag light since 4/19/22 and I had to bring it in multiple times since December for issues before leaving it there on 4/19/22. The people I have dealt with when I go in to check the status of my car don't actually seem to know what is going on with my car and I have to stop in because their service department admittedly turned off their phones due to "being short staffed and overwhelmed with servicing cars". If their service department is that overwhelmed with repairs, it makes me question the quality of cars they are selling. I would not recommend buying a car from here and I definitely don't recommend taking your car to be serviced here because you will be in a rental indefinitely if you are lucky enough to get one. When I bought the car, I had to carefully look over the paperwork because they tried to add in hidden fees that they advertise that they don't have. I am currently in the process of working with arbitration due to them selling me a lemon.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

They kept my car to put a sunroof in it. And gave me a rental car without any gas in it. They didn't tell me how long I will have the car so I filled it with gas. The next day they called me tell me my car was ready. And and they had used up all my gas in my car but you would feel and refused to give you my money back for my gas even though they had empty the gas in my car so I lost $30. Want to ask what back they say they don't know what to do

I got the best customer service even though i didn't buy from them. They took very good care of me and my car. All thanks to Tripp. Highly recommend this place if your Nissan is giving you trouble!

I brought my car in because of a noise that I thought was the CV joints popping but found out its wasn't BUT what I did find out that my rim was bent on the inside unknowingly to me. I love the service and sales department at this location compared to morrow .Keep it up Newnan!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Tripp, the service advisor always go above and beyond to make that he explains all the service you need and find ways to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I recommend Tripp Harper to everyone looking for oil change around newnan

Very slow waited 1/2 day for my 75,000 service, oil change, tire rotation, alinement, this sort of check-up. My appointment was at 8:45 drove out at 12:00.
