There is something really strange about the service here. Today was 3rd attempt at doing business here. After today I am certain that there's a certain culture in here. I wint speculate on what type of culture, but it's very obvious. As I was leaving I turned and looked at the young lady who had just informed me that my product wasn't in stock. And I caught giving ne a dirty look while snickering with another employee. I own 3 businesses in this area. And I can tell you this, I will never set foot in this place again. I am a respectful, soft spoken gentleman. I did nothing wrong to this lady. What she displayed was pure ignorance.

The absolute worst service i've ever had !Especially on the weekend i bet i've called 20 times no answer and if i do get an answer the woman just puts me on hold and forgets about me. But this Sunday was a little different 6/11/23 i called and automatically she said can you hold i said will it be for 30 min or are you going to forget about me this time nope she just hung up on me. Someone needs to do something about this so unprofessional.

Stop by to buy some bushings on a Sunday morning. There was no one inside but one employee outside on the phone pulling stickers off the windows. I went outside and asked if there was anyone inside to help me and she said that she will be in there in a minute. She continued to stay outside on the phone and pull stickers off the windows of the storefront and watched me leave without saying anything. Definitely not good customer service!

Drove 45 minutes to get there for exhaust flex hose because the website said it was in stock. It s sold by the foot and they have 22 feet in stock. I needed 5 feet but they don t have any way to cut it. The eldest of the 3 ladies helping was unnecessarily crass and completely uninterested in trying to find a solution.

LET ME START OFF SAYING THIS, THIA PART STORE IS THE BEST PART STORE I EVER BEEN TOO. THEY ARE HONEST, KIND, AND LOYAL; TO BE HONEST THOSE ARE THE BEST THINGS IT IS WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO DEALING WITH A PART STORE. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A SHOT OUT TO THE EMPLOYEES, DRIVERS, AND THE MANAGERS AT THE STORE. I AM NOT GOT WITH NAME BUT I KNOWS ONE NAME THAT IS BECAUSE HIS NAME AND MY NAME ARE THE SAME AND HIS NAME IS DAVID. LIKE IS SAID IN THE BEGINNING I AM NOT GOOD WITH NAME BUT I WILL SAY THIS EVERYONE DOES A WONDERFUL JOB AND TO THE CORPORATIONS, I FEEL LIKE EVERYONE DESERVES A INCREASE IN PAY OR A SALARY INCREASE BECAUSE I WILL BE TELLING MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS NAPA LOCATION.

Bought hydraulic hoses there for my skidster the lady that helps me is very nice and helpful not sure but I think her name is Aleina very helpful they should give her a good raise she's really the only one I would like to deal with

Gotta love showing up on Sunday at 11 and no one is there. Doors locked and no one answering the phone.

I have always received excellent service at this store. There are other auto parts location closer however, the quality of NAPA parts is superior to that of AutoZone and Advanced so it worth the extra drive.

I went to the Turin Napa and they didn t have the brakes that I needed but newnan did so I drove over to the newnan location to get the pads. Walked in and was not greeted. No one tried to help me at all. Once someone did finally acknowledge me I said I came to get the brake pads Turin store called about. The guy was very rude to me and acted like why are you even here !!! Not very friendly and terrible customer service. I guess amazon is a better location to get your auto parts.

Even without having the correct part number, the associate was still able to match up the hose that we needed to get our truck back on the road. A+ for customer service from this customer!

Helpful staff. The store seems to be a little dated and not as many items out on display as some of the other Napa stores I've visited.
