I ve been using the service department here for several years for my F-150 s and have always received very good service from them. Mike, the service manager, has always been very helpful and responsive as well as Charlie the service writer and Ferdinand before him.I was in this morning for a brake job and was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks Fitzpatrick Ford !

I used to love this place and have had 2 years of great service. Their old service manager quit and now the place is falling apart.They held my truck for over 6 weeks before even looking at it. Poor management and constant excuses whenever I called. Can not recommend visiting.

Super friendly for a big city service center. I got lucky and they fed me lunch! Best grilled hamburgers I've ever had. Thank you Mike and friends!

I arrived at 0645, the second vehicle in line for a first come first served Saturday morning. It is now 1018 and my vehicle just went into the bay at 0937,for an oil change and wheel well inner liners installed. Unacceptable, if mr. Ferdinand been working today, that would have never been the case. Not pleased at all.
