We are living in a new area with no experience or references for trustworthy dealerships to go too. I looked at reviews for Mike Fitzpatrick Ford online and saw great remarks for Jerry. He was very easy to talk with about the trade in and new car buying process. In and out and picked up the new Bronco the next day.

Service Department is terrible. They told me I'd have to leave my truck there 10 - 21 days to get two recalls fixed. I couldn't make an appointment -I'd have to leave it the WHOLE time! I took it down to King Ford in Valley AL and they did them both in 5 hours AND gave me a loaner car to go eat lunch. That was worth the drive. Let's see 5 hours vs. 3 weeks - No contest. I will NOT be buying another truck from Fitzpatrick. Ford should strip them of the dealership.

I worked with Jerry Singer. I don't know what he makes but he deserves more. He went above and beyond to make my car buying experience wonderful. I had a issue with my new truck, went to the service department. They were great as well. Charlie looked at it and squared it away immediately. The best dealership I ever worked with.

The service is the worst I have ever seen. I have a 2022 F-150 and getting a simple oil change is like pulling teeth. First service they forgot the specific oil I requested. Oh well, just one mistake. Next time I bring the truck (and I had a scheduled it when they opened) took forever, then I get the truck back with mud in the cab and the steps. This wasn t a little mud, it was thick mud and took forever to finally clean.After my issues Ford reach out to check on their customer service. I told them the issues and was told someone would reach out. Ford Corporate emailed to check if Mike Fitzpatrick ever followed up Nope.Against my better judgment, I wanted to give them one last chance as the next dealership is a hike from my house. I called to see an appointment and it ringed until it asked for a password. I called back to ask if there was a better time to call, then I was told it s hit or miss. She forwarded me, then someone answered. I was told to hold then they proceeded to leave me on hold for over 20 minutes.I love Ford trucks, but the dealership is an extension of the brand. This is not reasonable for any dealership. Long story short, I would recommend people steer clear. My experience in LaGrange was night and day better if that helps.

0 out of 0 I do not recommend this dealership. This dealership doesn't care about anyone else but their money!! I have had many problems with this dealership like them taking a part off my car and never replacing it then blaming me that I never even had that part on my car but remind you my car was not making noise before I took it to them! If you think about taking your car here to get serviced I would just recommend taking it to another ford dealership!! This place should be shut down immediately!!

Do not take your vehicle here for service of any kind whatsoever for any reason. Go anywhere else, pay any amount. Nothing is worth the service here. The whole operation is worse than any thing you have experienced before. Starting with the GM, the service manager, the service advisors and the techs. Incompetence and horrible customer service doesn t even describe what you will experience here. This is the worst run operation I have ever seen. They couldn t deliver a pizza. Let alone a basic oil change and heaven forbid if you have any engine or electrical work needed. If you read this review and go there anyway, do not say no one ever told you. I will never buy a truck here or go here again and I promise you, they don t even care.

If I could it would be no stars! Staff is not very friendly. They are rush rush. But it still took 3 hrs to do a simple oil change and tire rotation. Not a clean place at all. I will not return to this location ever. Was not please with my experience here at all.

Great service reps but don't leave anything in your car. Left my Oakleys in my truck , done so numerous times in the same spot like they always are but last time I got an service they came up missing. Called back in hopes if they were taken a call would scare someone to turn them in but didn't happen. Took me a while to post this because didn't want to accuse anyone without 100% certainty but that will never happen and it was my fault leavingthem there. Been back since but only because they had the only open slot within driving distance. Once again great team at the desk and service is good but I want be back unless I have 2.

In the past I had a horrible experience here with the service department with my F150 and my Wife s Edge dealing with Mr. Hicks on 2 different occasions. I I just went up to and had some work done that only a ford dealer could do so I was dreading going. To my surprise Mr. Filkins running the show and was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Very pleased with the service department now based on what I ve seen from this visit.

Hands down the BEST car buying experience my husband and I have ever had! Jerry Singer was our sales person and was absolutely fantastic. He kept me updated on the building and tracking process for my new Mach-E. There was no ADM, no pushy upsell, X-plan was accepted, no surprise add-ons, and my request for no cleaning/detailing was honored. It was a pleasure to not have to deal with any shenanigans and find the unicorn of auto sales! Thank you for a great experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE they charged me for unauthorized work telling me it would fix the problem and it didn't. I took it to another shop since it was the 3rd time I brought it here and they failed everytime to find the issue, just to find out the unauthorized work they charged me for they never actually did the work and now they are dodging me about paying me my money back for unauthorized work that was never done and I have before and after pictures proving work was never done. This place is a scam AVOID coming here.

Was going out of town for 12 days. Made an appointment a month in advance as required. Dropped truck off to leave for 12 days for warranty work. Returned to find out it had been sitting for 12 days and hadn t been looked at. WTH! Picked truck up because I need a vehicle. Will not ever, ever go back!

So far, my experience with Mike Fitzpatrick Ford over the past year + has been excellent. Service department has been very good. Recently had my vehicle in for a recall repair expecting it to be there for several days. The same afternoon I got a call saying it was completed and ready to go.

I went to get my oil change and they stole my Jordans from the back seat of my SUV. And the manger didn't even write an accident report, his exact words where he didn't care. If you can find a nearby dealership with respectable workers go there

I custom ordered a 2024 Mustang from Jerry at Mike Fitzpatrick at the end of March 2023. It took a while to get here but Jerry did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the process, and had my vehicle ready for me as quick as he could when it arrived on the lot. They were more than fair enough in getting me the best deal and working with me on the financing side of things. I'm loving my Mustang and I am more than pleased with the professionalism and service of Jerry and the rest at Mike Fitzpatrick.

Made an appointment for transmission filter change and fluid flush. Dropped off as they opened. Never received a call so I started checking from 3pm to finally getting the phone answered at 5. Service had no clue and saw that the tech had pulled the ticket then went home. Now I was stuck hunting a vehicle for work the next day. Needless to say. Two days to service my transmission, no calls, no one answering phones is the same experiences I have had with this dealership since 2015. They just don't seem to care about customers returning to them. I surely will not.

This experience was better than past ones. Had to replace battery which was under warranty, was given a ride home and the next day a ride back to pick up my car. Charlie, the service manager, was very good and friendly. Nice to have him back.

Take your Ford anywhere else and you'll be glad you did. Mike Fitzpatrick Ford is poorly run and lacks a technical staff with the necessary skillset and know how to work on Fords or any other vehicle.I had a crack in my moonroof that wasnt leaking but aesthetically looked bad and was probably dangerous, so I took it in to get it fixed. After getting the repair done, I was handed back a larger problem than I went in for. Every time it rained, my truck started smelling like a wet dog, and I finally notice a major leak in the moonroof. This water was staining my ceiling and soaking into the carpet in my floors. I went back and Charlie, their Service manager got me in quick (nice guy). I picked it up a few days later and was told everything was taken care of. Charlie even cleaned the ceiling where it had been water stained. Problem was, they didn't fix the technical issue. When I came back and asked if this could be handled immediately, charlie was out of town, and I was told me they'd get to it when they get to it.I took it to another ford dealership and they fixed the problem immediately with a detailed list of services performed. No More leaksTheir service report stated that in the ceiling, screws were missing and the drain line was not properly installed. They also cleaned the car interior.I asked Mike Fitzpatrick to warranty their incompetent work and provide a refund for the Extra $540 I had to spend to have someone else fix a mistake they already missed 2X! The General manager, Wayne, told me he'd split it with me 50/50 toward future services if I'd come back and be a customer again..... really?

Free oil change with purchase of a new car is a great idea. However, after a 30 minute drive, and arriving at 8:00 am I waited 2 hours for my Bronco. Way too long for an oil change.

Popped in for a quick oil & filter change and tire rotation on a Saturday afternoon. Very friendly service and was able to get in and out super quickly. Very reasonably priced. Felt badly for the 10 odd salesman milling about however. They were peering out the plate glass windows looking very forlorn as there were no cars in the lot to sell. And thereby no customers. It's hard to be a salesman if one has no product.Update: 17Feb24 I had to take in the stinkin' Lincoln cause it was lurching going up hills. I thought it was the transmission slipping. Luckily, it was only a bad coil, but the boys replaced it and then another coil failed as i was leaving the lot. The boys replaced that one as well so I was able to drive back to Destin worry free. I've changed the rating to 5 from 4. Charlie and his team really came through and I really appreciate it.

I am disappointed and I regret writing this review but I feel it necessary to let others know around the Newnan area about the service experience here. BE WARNED!Problem 1: The online scheduling service is untrustworthy. I scheduled an oil change 3 weeks in advance on their website, got email confirmation for the specific date and time. I arrived on time and was told they are fully booked today and I could not wait on my vehicle. I was then told the system should not have allowed me to schedule an appointment for today. How is that possible? I had them check their system and they found my original appointment. Clearly this is not a technical issue with the website but they are NOT CHECKING THE ONLINE SYSTEM. Instead, call the dealership and they will write you down on their dry erase board. I think Ford should be ashamed to have their name advertised at this dealership with how terrible this is if they continue to offer service scheduling online but completely ignore it. This was my second vehicle I was bringing in for an oil change as they already had my truck in for service for a leaking moonroof that has been sitting on their lot for 2+ months now "waiting for a service tech to be assigned to work on it".Problem 2: My truck (2018 f150) was brought in for a roof leak beginning of June, was told 3 to 4 weeks before they can get to it. After 2 months and multiple calls, no service tech was assigned and no work has been done. My truck has been on their lot for 2 months without ANYTHING done to it. I feel I could have scheduled to keep the truck with me until THEY WERE READY for me to drop off the truck for service. With both of these problems, I decided to take my truck elsewhere. I would rather give another dealership a try at this point and lose my spot that's already been waiting 2+ months. Either they do not have enough qualified technicians or they are overbooked, telling customers bogus ETA's and taking on more than they can handle. I should mention they replaced my whole moonroof unit 2 years ago and forgot to reinstall the mesh air deflector. Maybe it's partially my fault for not noticing until a few months ago but should be expected that they don't miss reinstalling parts when they repair something. (Looking Online, That's a $300 OEM part by the way)Problem 3: There are no loaners offered here. I have only two vehicles and I am taking them somewhere else for service. Moving forward - they have lost my business.I have read some other reviews on here with recent similar experiences. What have we learned from this? If you are going for an oil change, then call them and verbally schedule it. If you are looking for service on a more advanced piece of equipment on your vehicle, look somewhere else unless you want to wait months. Warranties from Ford also do not help when they are "waiting for a service tech to be assigned".I have 2 other family members who both have F150's and will also be staying away. I hope the service manager, owner, or regionals are aware of the poor service as this seems to be a similar problem for this area. If you are going to tell me an ETA, then at least be honest if there is going to be a further delay - communication is key.

I went to Ford Fitzpatrick in Newnan, Georgia for a recall, transmission brush. I was helped very kindly by the staff. The staff took the time to check my vehicle for other maintenance work. The staff let me know what I would probably need to do to my vehicle. They did not try to get money out of me. Or tell me all kinds of things wrong with my vehicle. And that is what you look into customer service. loyalty, care, understanding, honesty, and great help.
