I've taken my car here twice to have a tire changed. The first time went great, no problems. The second time, however, is a different story. When they took my car back, I was informed that the wheel bearings need replacing. I asked for price and was told to wait and see if they had anybody that could do it. She came back and told me they had someone that could replace them but he didn't want to be bothered with it because they would have to order the parts since my car isn't a make and model they normally work on.

I've been there. 1 once and I've taken my other cars in the passed 3 months. The arrive there is great. They sell the best tires in town. Thank Romain, Tammy, Diamond, and Andy are the best.

Professional and was able to patch the tire on our Honda Fit 2013 car. Took them a while to get started but they were busy so I can understand

Today while traveling down the highway, the check tires pressure light came on. The last time the light came on I was left with a blown tire on the highway. The staff at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Newnan, GA checked me in immediately, checked the tire pressure, adjusted it as needed, and D sent me happily on my way. I appreciate the impeccable service and expertise. Would recommend serving your car at this shop!

Stopped at Tires Plus and staff was at lunch, when I returned an hour later, they said there were two appointments in front of me and it would be at least an hour before they could look at my tire. Went to Mavis and was seen immediately. Bought two new tires to replace on with a screw in the sidewall. Great service.

My husband and I received excellent customer service the day after Christmas at this location. The tires on our Escalade were low and with no hesitation he checked each tire and added air as needed. He was very polite and I really appreciated his willingness to help us out so quickly.

Romain was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He even waited and stayed for us an additional hour for my Wife and I to get to the Mavis on a spare tire. It doesn't get any better than that. Thank you Romain.

I recently visited Mavis Tires & Brakes on Bullboro in Newnan, Georgia, in preparation for an out-of-state trip. My experience was nothing short of outstanding. Upon arrival, I noticed the complementary tire air machine seemed to be malfunctioning, causing a bit of concern as one of my tires was significantly low on pressure.I went inside to inquire about the machine s status and was promptly greeted by a tire technician named Romain. Without hesitation, he asked me to bring my car to the bay, where he efficiently filled my tires with no questions asked. Romain s quick response and willingness to assist provided me with the confidence to embark on my long-distance journey, knowing my tire pressure was optimal.I want to express my sincere gratitude to Romain and the entire team at Mavis Tires & Brakes for their exceptional customer service. My wife took her 4Runner in on 12/14 for what I assumed would be a check of the alignment. Instead they diagnosed some suspension issues. I do my own wrench turning. So I fixed the suspension issues myself rather than have them do it. They took the wheels off in the course of diagnosing it. They put them back on and over torqued the lugnuts when putting the wheels back on. Spec for the car was 81 ft/lbs. They were tightened over 150ft/lbs (as high as my torque wrench would go). Definitely wouldn t let them touch one of our vehicles in the future.

I had very pleasant experience on Friday March the 15th I had a flat tire after getting off work after 10 hours Romain Newnan was still there the center was closed but he offered to stay open late to service me very sufficient and nice very pleasant customer service I had to take my car back on today for an alignment the same great service and I really do appreciate you guys

I was so very impressed with the staff and service! Jack, the service mgr was exceptional. He went out of his way to obtain the 4th tire from another Mavis dealer. The staff was courteous and professional. I got a flat tire on I 85 heading to North Carolina and was expecting a frustrating and time consuming day but Mavis saved the day!

Big shout out to Jack, the service manager at Mavis Tires and Brakes on Bullsboro Dr. for taking the time to check, not only the pressure in my tires, but all of the sensors, as well. Nice to know that good, friendly customer service is still alive and well!

Please save yourself a headache, don't take your car here. I won't go into too much detail, but I literally brought my car here 5 times within a week. They kept messing my tires up and even changed the wrong tire! I ended up going to Tires Plus and got a better deal on a brand new tire and there was no wait. Also, the guy up at the desk was super nice!

I was looking online for a tire because my spare was going flat and I didn't feel safe driving 20+ miles to get home. I checked online, selected my tire and I waited for them to open. I've always come here to put air in the tires and I fully appreciate that they have a free air station outside. The gentleman checked me in without any hassle, asked for my keys and to work they went. I'll definitely be coming back. The lady upfront was really helpful checking me out we even shared a few laughs.
