All around great service! Clean waiting area, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable employees! I was a walk in on what seemed to be a very busy day and they diagnosed and fixed my car in a matter of hours and didn't try to push anything on me, would definitely recommend them!

Went in for a brake job and got just that, they didn't try to sell me on a bunch of things my car didn't need. They are friendly and courteous, and they did a great job. I highly recommend these guys!

These guys are the best! Honest, dependable and always glad to see you. I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else. They check everything thoroughly and never upsale or suggest a service that you do not need. The best shop around!

Had a wonderful experience getting my car tires aligned. They were so helpful and knowledgeable, the store was very clean and comfortable, and they were done before the time they even quoted me! I appreciate a good service and they nailed it! My favorite part was they support our military and men in uniform. I ll definitely be back for any future needs!!Service: Wheel alignment

I've been using Litz as my main auto repair shop for 6 years, for routine maintenance, new tires, and repairs. They're honest, dependable, and reasonably priced. I only wish they were closer to my house as I drive from the other side of Newnan to get there, but it's worth it.

The first time I used Litz I had my car towed in with a coolant leak. They squeezed me in and were able to get me back on the road fast. I ve decided to make them my primary automotive repair shop because of the experience. I ve had additional work done since then and I plan to continue to use them. They are always honest and they don t try to sale you something you don t need. Highly recommend.

When you think of mechanics, you always want to be sure you find a reliable one that you can trust won t take advantage of you. These guys are top notch in both service and mechanical ability. We use them for our personal vehicles and for our business vehicles. They re never let us down!

I trust Litz to care of our company vehicles as well as our personal ones. They consistently provide the best service I've ever received when dealing with automobiles, and arguable some of the best customer service period.

I am fairly new to Georgia and Litz was recommended. The customer service wS personable. They texted to see how the car was running after a few days after servicing it. I had a different situation come up and they actually made sure the car was alright to drive and assured me I could bring the car back at a later date.Litz: thank you for your skill, dedication to making the customer happy and keeping us on the road.Chaplain TService: Engine repair

While driving past on a Sunday afternoon, totally coincidentally, the recently replaced windshield on my RV fell out and was tenuously held in place by the wiper arms. I spotted their sign, pulled in and parked. The owner and son were incredibly gracious, tolerating my sudden arrival with this monstrosity. There has been some delay in getting a mobile glass professional with RV glass credentials to the vehicle but working with the gentlemen at Litz Tire & Auto has been an absolute lifesaver.Update: The glass was reinstalled by others, and Litz has continued to be logistically helpful and securely held the keys to the vehicle. Really, they've gone out of their way to be tolerant, and I'm pleased to recommend working with a team of people like that.

I have been using Litz for years and they continue to amaze me! Today I was in fear that not only my rotor and brake pad needed replace but the caliper as well, as always I can trust them to be honest with me and it turned out just to be the rotor and pad. When I got my car back I noticed that they had also fixed my door. It may have just been an adjustment to the door but nonetheless it was something I didn t know how to do so they took it upon themselves to do it. As long as the same owners have this business I will never go anywhere else!

I am in town for a week visiting my daughter, she asked me to change the brakes on her car while I am here. I couldn t get the lug nuts loose and I remembered driving past Litz Tire Shop not far from her house. I stopped in and they were happy to loosen up the lug nuts with their power equipment and then hand tighten them so I could go back to my daughters house and change her brakes. Very friendly staff and they were glad to be able to help.

Great and fast service. Always helpful and doesn t price gouge me because, I m female. I ve had to go to their competition before for insurance reasons and they do not even compare to Litz s client hospitality and servicing my vehicle!

Used Litz with my first car and will continue to do so with my last! They have worked wonders on my car and those of my family and always work with us to understand the issues at hand and give us the opportunity to decide what's next, depending on cost etc. Super thankful for this local business! Also love how welcomed and comfortable I feel while I'm there!

So very very Nice. They did a great job with my car. An alignment and new tires great price and great job. Went back A few weeks later and had some more work done, the car had an issue 2 days before I was leaving to go on a trip. They got everything taken care of before I had to go out of town. This is the only place I'll be taking me car. Thanks Litz. I also sent my mom over yesterday and they did a great job on her car as well. Trust this place and highly recommend.

I took our car for the very first time last week for a significant amount of maintenance work, spark park plug replacement, new alternator belt, coolant flush, among other things. Met Mike (owner) and his son Jesse as they were both very friendly and helpful. Our car runs great. I would highly recommend them for any car service need. I will be back for any future needs we have.

Best in town! We trust Litz to service our work fleet and all our personal vehicles. We have yet to find another local shop to even come close to matching their great customer service! Excellent communication and always willing to work with our schedule and discuss all options thoroughly. Quality work is not always cheap and honest companies are a dying breed, these guys are diamond in the rough when it comes to automotive services.
