I want to say thank you to Salesman, Tim at Honda of Newnan. I took my car in for service and was not expecting to leave with a new car at a very reasonable price. The process was easy and simple and he did a great job keeping me informed and making sure my car was ready to go. This vehicle is wonderful and I love it. Highly recommend! *this is also my second vehicle purchase from Honda of Newnan*

Great experience! We went this week to start our car shopping adventure. We re true first timers and Tim was phenomenal walking us through the process and showing us options in our price range. Super communicative and genuine. Really appreciated the fact that he wasn t pushing us into a decision. The cars we looked at were clean and in fantastic shape which speaks volumes about the dealership. Tim, thank you for all your help and listening to my husband and I banter about which car was better for us :)

I had an amazing experience at Honda of Newnan. I had been car shopping all day and dealt with many other sales staffs that day, but you guys made my life so much easier. Big shout out to Oscar for finding the right car and working so hard to get me the best deal he could on it. I will 100% buy my next car from you guys. Bought my first NEW car today! Andie was AMAZING! I brought my car into service and I wasn t expecting to leave with a new car. Andie made this experience so amazing for me. Stephan in finance was also amazing at explaining everything and being very honest ! I felt well taken care of. Thank you Honda of Newnan for a job well done! Great car buying experience! Jesus Caceres was a great salesman, not pushy but very knowledgeable. Even the finance department(Joy) was surprisingly pleasant. Not a grind for once.

My boyfriend and I went into Honda of Newnan because I was due for a major upgrade lol. We had the pleasure of working with Zachery (Zach)..He was absolutely amazing he helped me pick out the car that I loved. He was very patient and extremely informative and detailed on each car I decided to test drive. The thing I loved about him was that he didn t make me feel like I was just a quick sale. He actually made my car buying experience very comfortable. I had a little hiccup with showing my proof of insurance( it was no fault of theirs) and although Zach had a pretty busy schedule that day he didn t rush me at all. He took his time and reassured me that he was here for me. To me that was the best customer service I ve ever experienced. I m so happy with my purchase and I would recommend Zach to any of my family or friends. Also another honorable mention has to go to Riley the finance manger he was fantastic. He helped me through this process as well. If you re in a need of a new car please visit Honda of Newnan you won t be disappointed

Jesiah was amazing! This was my first time buying a vehicle and he went above and beyond! He was very understanding of my budget and overall wants and needs in a car and catered to my them amazingly ! He s very polite, respectful and answered all my questions. I was pleased that the Service Advisor wasn t pressuring me to get service that did not need immediate attention. Coming from another dealership, I appreciated that the Service Advisor looked in the Honda database to see that major items had already been completed. I was very happy with the experience and plan to return.

Went to Newnan Honda yesterday to help our daughter get an CRV and ended up going back today to look at a Pilot my wife liked. Our salesman, Jesus Vasquez, did a great job being patient with us while we looked at several and test drive 2 to determine what we liked best. Made a deal and Jesus took his time to set up wife s phone and explain our new tech and features. Would buy again and request him to assist us with future purchases. Great buying experience with Jesus and Finance Manager.

Very friendly and great customer service from Autumn, Iran, Bob and Thurman. My third Accord from this dealership, never any pressure and they always secure the best deal. Everything was clearly explained and they had loads of options to help get the best deal on my car.

Traded in my 2017 Honda Accord for a 2020 Honda Accord. Brenda was very nice and helpful with everything. The car had to be shipped from Alabama and she kept me updated throughout the entire process. Ardi was super nice and welcoming when I picked the car up. He made sure it was detailed nicely and full of gas. All around great experience

Chase was really great. He was patient with me and explained how everything in the truck worked. He even ran over to Wendy to get my mom and myself something to eat when we got hungry. Honda of newnan is hands down the best dealership. I had the best experience with Isaiah. He was so helpful and down to earth. He made my car purchase experience seamless. I found a Honda passport at one of their sister locations in North Carolina that I wanted. I was taken care of the entire process from the very first interaction with Isaiah to the very last step. My wife and I went to Honda of Newan to look at CR-Vs. I was concerned because I generally don t like the car shopping experience. But this was completely different. Oscar Malagon, our Sales Consultant, was a real blessing. There was no pressure to buy, just a very honest, transparent person explaining our options to us. The Business Director, Joy Barter, was all very nice. She explained everything, reviewed our extended warranty options, but again, we felt no pressure. We purchased a very nice Honda CR-V from nice people. We had a great experience!

Justin, Lee, & Joy made a very helpful, courteous, respectful, & friendly team during my transaction.They were VERY efficient & helpful to me. As a well-oiled team, they got me in & out quite quickly with my lease turn-in & new lease. Everything was walk-in, no appointment. Made my day easy!!I enjoy the MBS (Management By Strengths) style of leadership management. My company uses MBS too & it s great.Hendrick Honda of Newnan has always gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable that the dealership as a whole is honest, transparent & ultra-considerate to my needs as their customer.

Cesar Diaz was definitely very transparent with accommodating me to my very first car purchase! He helped me know the tips and tricks to help me start building my credit and how I can do it through purchasing my first car. I have been to other dealerships and they only wanted the best for them, rather, Cesar Diaz at Honda dealer ship, I could fully trust him with my needs , felt me feel like family and was totally real with me!

We bought a Honda CRV last week and were assisted in this process by Trevor St Martin. We were very impressed with Trevor's high level of service, his knowledge of the product, and his easy going approach. We never felt any pressure at any time. Trevor was available when we needed him and he reached out often to stay in touch with us. We thoroughly enjoyed doing business with him and he is an asset to your organization and part of the reason we bought from your organization. I think he has great potential in the future.

Iran was amazing, couldn t ask for a better salesmen. Doesn t make you feel pressured, takes the time to explain things to you especially if you get confused. I never liked going to dealerships b/c I always had pushy salesmen. Truly Iran is the best and I highly recommend his friendly personality and friendly smile. He deserves a raise, went in for a quote came out with a car.

Just purchased a 2019 Honda Passport from Ardit Hoti at Honda of Newnan. I shopped around quite a bit while trying to narrow down my choices. Ardit was very patient and polite, never pushy. Since I asked, he kept in touch with me by text, offered help as needed, and never badmouthed any other dealership I told him about. I appreciate the deal I got, felt comfortable (as much as the process of buying any car can be) overall, and would definitely recommend Ardit, personally. Ardit even helped me hook up to Apple play on the car after the purchase, went over all the bells and whistles, and gave me his cell to call if I had any issues or didn't understand how something on the car worked ( previous car is 20 yrs. old w/no extras). It was clear he wanted me to continue to be comfortable with my purchase. Highly recommend!
