The whole place was clean and orderly. They have a nice selection and everyone there was friendly. Dan was fantastic, he made the whole thing smooth and simple. If anyone is interested in a motorcycle, just call Dan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great customer service! I'm a first time Harley owner and am thankful I was able to make my first purchase at Great South Harley-Davidson. Even though my bike was bought from a friend through their rider-to-rider program (awesome program) they still accommodated me very well and made me feel welcome into the Harley family.

I took the three day MSF riding course. Even though I have a motorcycle endorsement on my license, it has been years since I have ridden. The course is a great way to start with the beginner basics and slowly practice those skills then add new ones. It is a progressive program that develops a skill then builds on it to develop the next skill. I was highly impressed with the instructors who could give critic without making you feel stupid. They were very professional with a side of fun. I greatly enjoyed the course. The dealership is also top notch with honest and helpful sales people I'm shopping for a bike from there. Much more open and forthcoming than any other Harley dealer I have been to. I drove over an hour to get here and will gladly drive it again for their customer service.

Walked into dealer and was greeted by woman at front but never approached by any sales associate as I perused their floor inventory.I left disappointed and bought my 2023 CVO SG from Atlanta HD.

Came there for Santa today but went shopping for my hubby and my son. My son really likes the deer design on the back of some of the T-shirts but we couldn't find one in his size. Kira was awesome and checked in the back and she found us the two sizes we needed! She went above and beyond! We have been customers for 14 years! Everyone is so Friendly!

A good Harley shop right off the interstate. The fitting rooms are huge and clean so are the bathrooms. I love their waiting area and the pictures on the wall were from Sturgis (my home town!). They do not have dealer patches right now but they did have poker chips and plenty of options for everything else. Check them out.

We had been having so many issues with another location that we decided to take our newly purchased HD.All I can say is damn! One, the place is phenomenal, and 2, the staff is just so awesome.Family is the best word!They welcomed us with open arms. When we told them of all that was happening, they immediately knew who and offered their help!From the clothing side, the salespeople, the young lady at the door, to service, we were not disappointed, and so happy to see customer service wasn't a lost art!Presley and Tara were amazing, Michael, Mr. Twitty and the older gentlemen (I hate ican't remember his name) were so knowledgeable and helpful in some add-ons we had been eyeballing.Now to service. Jon Perkins, and the others, were so awesome in helping us with issues. They took us immediately and did a visual of our issues. Immediately, a decision was made to get our bike in.All I can say is give this place your business! We will be using them from now on!

Great experience. If you're looking for a new or used Harley this is the place to go. Get Chris Wells in sales and Holly in finance. They are a great team. This is the 3rd bike I've gotten from them.

We've bought 5 bikes from Great South Harley Davidson. They made me feel welcomed till January 2023. I bought a 2009 Heritage and with less than 500 miles I put on it I had to replace the rear rim, stator, starter, coil, voltage regulator, compensator, clutch hub and they would not work with me. Even if they would have offered me a discount on parts I would still be a loyal customer. The man in finance told me I was stuck with it. Now it's September and I'm just now able to ride it, and I've got receipts for everything that I've bought.

Great service and the ladies in apperal are awesomeI really enjoy the Saturday gathering at the bike shop and talking to all the other two weelers .. the BB-Q is always good and I'm always greatfull for the free dogs and BurgerYeah I spent more money than I should but Great South is well worth it

July 2023: bought my 3rd Harley from GSHD in June 23. Kenny Dillard worked the Great South magic and got me a rare new Electra Glide Highway King in HiFi Orange. The process was, as always, smooth and trouble free. From sales to parts to mechanical to clothing, everyone at Great South takes care of their customers. It's why I've bought bikes from them and referred friends without reservation. Kenny is a straight-shooter and great guy. Go see him.April 2019: Walked in and was immediately greeted at the main desk. I was directed to Kenny Dillard who introduced himself to my wife and I and then proceeded to listen about what I wanted. He walked me to a gorgeous 2018 Road King which had 1200 miles but had nice aftermarket mods. 1000 mile service was also performed. The bike was a perfect fit and match to style I wanted. I wanted to wait and think it over and went home with Kenny's card. After 3 hours, my wife said "let's go get that bike." Don't have to tell me twice.Kenny was fantastic from listening to our "wants" and walking us through our options, including suggestions on insurance etc. Short time later, I was ringing the bell. And taking an awesome bike home.Also, took riding class from David Crow and David Hamilton. These guys are deeply experienced riders who are dedicated to developing the best habits in riders. The class is not easy and it shouldn't be. I grew up riding dirt bikes and wanted to learn better skills for road biking. These guys understand and communicate. And they make the class fun. I appreciate their instruction.Every single person we met at GSHD was affable, amiable, and professional. Kenny was fantastic and I appreciate him getting me on one of the greatest things I've ever bought. Also appreciate the General Manager calling a few days later to follow up. Great experience and people.

When I needed a Harley 3 in 1 helmet, l reached out to the very nice folks at Great South. Reggen, I'm sure I misspelled, made the process smooth as butter on a hot piece of cornbread,l say to her ," good job on you !" . Thanks

Honestly, I was disappointed. The sales manager took his time in getting a price. Then, I never got a price from him on another bike. Also, can you put a sign on the door that says closed for holiday. You're web site says you're open. Google says you're open.

They sold me a used Harley with the horn not working and tires that are out of date! Talked to the manager and he stated they don t service every used bike they sell! I definitely do not recommend buying used bike from them! Not very happy about having to spend $1000 2 weeks after buying it just to make it safe to ride. Great South Harley

If I could give zero stars I would they change there mind on how much they want down and what will work and then tell u it won t it s all about the $$ no good deal can be made the other Harley stores have same bike with less mileage listed cheaper but I bet they would make a deal work at the end of the month in the winter when nobody buys bikes and they want there commision check

I just needed to pick up a few shirts for some friends but stayed for over an hour looking around and talking to the freindly employees. Of course they have beautiful bikes, the place was very clean and again, the staff was extremely freindly and helpful.

If you are thinking about buying a motorcycle new or used I highly recommend you stop here. You won't regret it. These people are very professional and respectful. The Best Harley dealership I have ever dealt with. Holly, Tweet, and Kenny are outstanding to deal with.
