I had an emergency, on Good Friday and needed a tire replacement immediately for an out of town trip. When I called, they said come on in. I was pleasantly surprised to get there and everyone was so friendly and my car was ready in under 30 minutes. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the waiting room was extremely clean. This will definitely be my go to for tires in the future.

This place doesn t fix cars. THEY BREAK THEM. This business, the general manager, Don Harrison, and the front desk worker, Edwin, actually get ZERO stars from me but one is the least they ll allow on Google, so..Back in May I went to Goodyear to purchase 4 brand new tires and to have my brakes and rotors replaced. This has become a 7 month long ordeal because THEY CANNOT FIX ROTORS. I have taken my car to them SIX times because my car continues to vibrate and feel like it s LITERALLY going to fall apart. It WAS NOT like that when I took it to them. It simply needed brake service. It doesn t help that the general manager, Don Harrison, has the worst attitude of anyone I ve ever met in my life. This is not my fault. Do you really think I want to keep driving to you every month to ask you to fix my car, THAT I PAID YOU TO FIX, that you should ve fixed MONTHS AGO??????? If you want to avoid headaches, DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. If they can t fix it this time, I will escalate this and call corporate first thing Monday morning. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE business practice.

I have been going to this Goodyear for 14+ years, but only when Edwin it there. He gives the best service, goes out of his way to get what you need, explains all my options and has the best run store in two states. ONLY Edwin does that. He should be the store manager!!!!

First i will say they repaired my wheel for free. The manager Don has a bad attitude and has for years. This is the last time I use this goodyear shop because I'm tired of being disrespected. I gave them my business. I walked in Monday morning and was greeted by Don and then was told "I'm in the middle of something I'll be right with you". I explained my flat tire and asked for the tires that I bought from them to be rotated. Don chuckled and said "we won't have time to rotate the tires" I told Don that I would be leaving the truck there so please do the rotation when you can. They close at 5 but their Google map hours are 7. I showed up to pick up my truck at 6:30 to find my truck locked inside. I called in the morning to ask when it would be ready and was told it was ready now. I then picked up my truck, tire fixed but they didn't rotate the tires. Don made a comment that I haven't used them for sevice in 18 months, well that's because the shop is managed poorly.

I will never bring a car here again. Man at the front is incredibly rude. I wouldn t trust this location ever again. They are not honest and want to get the most money from you. Go anywhere else but here.

Competitive pricing and both managers (Don and Edwin) were both cordial and helpful! Work was completed as promised and made a world of difference to the ride of the vehicle!

I have visited this facility twice for two different services and I was met with excellent customer service both times. Not only was the customer service experience exceptional. My car was serviced quickly and has been running like a dream. Prices were the best around town.

Got my Goodyear tires just 5 months ago at Sam's Club. 2 weeks ago, one of them ripped open in middle of highway. Sam's Club immediately placed a replacement order for me, however, it's been TWO WEEKS and I'm still without a tire / car. When Sam's Club tries to call them and ask for shipping update, they are being ignored as no one picks up the phone....

Got a flat on my way to work and stopped by Goodyear. They were amazing. Squeezed me in and found the screw in my tire. They were able to repair it and I was out within an hour. Kind and friendly employees. The front desk man was very helpful.

This review request came up on my phone unexpectedly. We discontinued using this Goodyear "Service" some time back due to a generous helping of bad service and bad (demeaning) attitude. Prior to dissolving our long relationship and closing out our Goodyear credit card I had bought Goodyear tires and used Goodyear service's 2nd generation for personal and fleet vehicle's. This location made it clear they are so complacent they do not need or want my business or anyone who would dare to point out a mistake they made. They did indeed overlook a item that jeopardized the safe operation of my vehicle. Mistakes can be forgiven, but need to be addressed properly. Instead they pointed the blame and questioned my intelligence, integrity, and put my honestly in check.

Friendly and quick service. I had missed an appointment, then booked for another one a few days in advance. Plans changed so I called and ask if they can work on my car before the date I have scheduled. They told me to bring it in and worked on it quickly. My car stayed clean and no smell left behind unlike other places.

These guys are a big rip-off. They sold me a supposedly brand new 185/55R16 Dunlop tire on Jan 08 2022 and about 10,000mi into the tire, it was already completely worn out, 2 different independent tire professionals confirmed to me that the tire was definitely not new. I paid $165.66 for this. All attempts to get 'em to do to honor the warranty fell to deaf ears and the their outlets been playing games. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS GOOD YEAR BRANCH!!!!Update: few days after the above post, they eventually honored the warranty and issued me a credit in the above sum, less some charges.

I can always count on this store to be upfront with everything that is going on with my cars. I have the best tires you can put on my car. I do not take my cars anywhere else.

My daughter took her vehicle there for a simple oil change and they told her she needed $600 worth of stuff done. Little did they know I just had a 100k mile service done on the car at the dealership and the car needed nothing but an oil change. They tried to sell her some scam mold and mildew service that she didn't need. I told her to get nothing but an oil change and get away from there as soon as possible and never go back. People that try and take advantage of a young girl make me sick and I will make sure everyone knows what a terrible place this is.

I was uncertain about this place at first. I went in pretty sure I needed new brake pads and possibly rotors. I normally do my own work on my car. But because I was not in my home town, I didn't have any of my tools. So I elected to take my car here. Anyways, the service was fast and the guy came in and showed me the numbers and said I didn't need, brake pads or rotors. I was very surprised. I indicated at the very beginning that I probably did. And they very easily could've taken advantage of that but instead they showed integrity. Any auto shop with this level of integrity gets an A in my book. I've always been suspicious of mechanics because they've tried some BS in the past. But I am genuinely impressed with the service and honesty of this shop.

This Goodyear location has been serving my family for 20 + years and have always done a great job on servicing our vehicles and handling all business transactions in a very pleasant and professional manner. We love these guys ! Ask for Don Harris, he can work with you and make you remember a time when business was done on a handshake and a smile !

They left something not tightened enough on an suv alignment. Was good for about a month till it started pulling to the right really bad. Took it back in and they re did for free. Told them that it really wore down the inside of the tires due to going out of line. Tires only had 6k on them when they did the alignment. In 2000 miles, they wore the insides significantly. I took it in within 2 days of it starting to pull. They did nothing about the tire wear. It was their bad job that caused the tire wear and now those two tires will have yo be replaced at 20,000 miles just because of the edge wear. They are 60.000 mile tires. It was their mistake that accelerated the tire wear and did nothing to compensate me. Bad customer service. Never will go there again

Customer service was poor. The gentleman acted as if he did not want to be bothered at the counter. The mechanic that bought my car around for me once my work was completed. He just jumped out the car, left my door open and did not say good morning thank you, hi....or anything. When I got my car back it was making the same noise...600 dollars later they tell me I need a flex pipe but they dont do it there. Very frustrating

Excellent was not happy with the warranty that Goodyear, gave me. But the Kelly Brand tires that they put on are excellent. Much better than the good years I bought from Walmart do not buy Goodyear tires from Walmart!!! They were very professional and the tires I can barely hear them from the inside of my car I am very satisfied thank you!!!

I would give 10 stars if I could, based on my experience today. My car was broken down in the middle of an intersection (embarrassing!) when John walked over from their location to save the day! He helped me get my car off the road and into their nearby parking lot, where he told me exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in the same day. Thank you to John and the rest of the team at this Goodyear location!!

It is Friday. I looked this place up on Monday and saw it had 4 stars and went to its website and made an appointment for them to check my 1989 Volvo's battery, brakes, and tires. On the site I opted out of the drop car off option and instead selected the stay through service option. The next day I was called to confirm my appointment and the reason. I restated that it was for the free check of brakes, battery, and tires offered through the website. I also asked how long it would be because the email confirmation I received stating what I wanted to have done had noted to plan for 3 hours service time. The man on the phone told me it wouldn't take that long. Two days later on Thursday I go in for my appointment about 30 minutes early and the guy at the desk sounds just like the one I spoke to on the phone. He tells me the appointment confirmation says I planned to drop my car off (which is not true) as if he didn't want me and my mom sitting to wait in the waiting room. I calmly tell him I selected to stay with the car. He starts fussing at me about how he has 4 cars ahead of me as if to run me away telling me rudely and unprofessionally that I will need to wait 2 hours and then another 45 minutes for them to check the car. I calmly and with a smile tell him I'm willing to wait trying to show kindness despite his strange, hellish customer service. I should have walked out right then and there but was anxious to know how bad my tires were because I knew my car needed an alignment because of all the rough roads with potholes I have to drive and I wanted to know how bad the tires were and if they were bald. After I wait three hours, the man comes telling me the tires are bald as if to shame me and/or make me out to be stupid. He tells me to change all four is $400 and I need a battery which brings my total to more than $700 but he believes my car is only worth $500 so it's pointless for me to want to put new tires on it so he is not going to waste his time fixing it and I shouldn't want him to. You can't make this horrible stuff up people. He's acting as if I should want to go out and buy a new car worth thousands so I can pay him hundreds to change the tires on a new car. He then tells me that it also needs new brakes, rotors, and calipers on all wheels and that with the bulbs I need to replace due to a front end fender bender and the back bulbs going out will bring my bill to more than $2000, again stating my car is not worth it. This is my first car (my pride and joy I worked hard to save up for) and I am young but not stupid. I know I can get these things changed with quality parts and better customer service for a lot less elsewhere. When I calmly asked him how he came to conclude all this and told him my brake system was maintenanced for new brakes and a master cylinder with no need for new rotors or calipers last September he did not address my concerns/questions. He stated that whoever/whichever shop fixed my car must have been a bad mechanic and that he had told me "the honest truth" and "was done." I was left feeling disrespected and as if he treated me and my beloved car as worthless business. He never listened to me and was disrespectful from the start and also insinuated that if my "worthless"/"junk" car was worth it he would have tried to high-way rob me. I was hoping to find great service here through the free checks to my car in the hopes that they would be a great shop to get the basic work of tire change and alignment done on my vintage, classic Volvo. I'm no fool. I researched the car before I bought it as a value a few months ago and it is proving it was made to last by the manufacturers. If I get these basic maintenance needs taken care of, it will last me a couple more years at least. Time I need before making a bigger purchase for a car. If you drive and love an OLDER CAR, BEWARE OF COMING HERE. ZERO STARS DESERVED.

Personnel were courteous and knowledgeable.The problem was fixed quickly and for less than I anticipated.The store was clean and inviting, especially the computer tables for laptops.Will definitely come back.

They tried to sell me rotors when I didn't even need them and tires as well. They could have rotated the front to the back and they would have been fine. The rotors look like they hadn't even been used. 2016 Hyundai Elantra with less than 70 thousand miles on it. The car has not been driven hard and the rotors are almost as thick as a brand new set. They wanted $380 for alignment, one tire, brakes and rotors. The brake pads are less than 80 bucks so you tell me why such a high markup? I'll tell you why... They see female and they get dollar signs in their eyes. My husband was not impressed

I visited this Goodyear location today for the first time and was very impressed, especially by Edwin Torres. He was very helpful and honest during my visit. I will be back when the need arises and will recommend this service center to others.

I had an appointment with firestone at 5 pm, arrived at Firestone at 4:47 pm. I was told i had to wait two hours! I told the attendant i had an appointment. His response, i only have two guys and the wait is two hours. Drove to goodyear. Arrived at goodyear at 5:19 pm and i told the attendant i needed an alignment and balance. The manager on duty asked to wait, he went to the auto bay came back and stated that the mechanic was WILLING to stay. This goodyear location rocks!!! And they even price matched sears prices and accepted a coupon from goodyear as well.!!!

The staff was very cordial. Made an appointment 4 service and my vehicle was taken at the appointed time. Service was fast. All-in-all no complaints.
