Eric and Jessie were fantastic! Everything was explained well throughout the service and they made sure all my questions were answered and needs were met. I asked about my rear wiper fluid being refilled, and they found a crimp and leak in the tubes up front and fixed it quickly at no charge. Saved me a lot of trouble. I will be going back!

Very professional & effective mechanics & staff.The agency I work for has a fleet of vehicles however, we're not allowed to do any form of maintenance no matter how minor.Express O&T have done everything for us from oil changes, new batteries, new tires, alignments etc.Though we have used them expressly for only 4 months, they are quick, proficient and so far seem to do quality repairs.The rates are what I personally consider a little high but we aren't able to shop around as a private owner should.I would recommend them if asked.

So my first review was fabulous bc the guys helped me out, but what I didn t realize then was they didn t put my vehicle back together correctly. What kind of mechanic does this???? I got my lower control arms replaced. They left the passenger front suspension control arm bracket off. When I took the vehicle back bc it was making a noise when I turned right they had the vehicle from 8am till 5pm and told me there wasn t a problem. The part was stiff and that could be the noise.I brought it back again bc the noise was getting worse when I turned right and we noticed a part missing. Mr Jody, the manager just mansplaned to me about how the rack and pinion (whatever) steering worked and told my husband and I that sometimes cars come in missing parts and they don t tell the customer. What????? Really???? Isn t that a chance to make more money? Isn t that a safety hazard???We noticed that the part was missing and it was recently missing bc we just moved from the North, the land of salt and snow so everything that s unpainted metal exposed on a vehicle gets rusty. This particular spot where the part was missing had a scar on the bracket where the missing part was supposed to be bolted.The only mechanic that worked of this vehicle was the dealer before we moved here. A dealer NEVER would have missed a chance at replace anything. So it was there before this service station worked on my car.Besides that, you had to take this part off, the Suspension Control Arm (sounds important doesn t it) to get to the lower control arm and replace the lower control arm.Well we ordered that part and had it installed, GUESS WHAT???? The noise stopped!!! Imagine that!So what did they do to that part after they took it off? Probably threw it away with the lower old control arm. I guess.I included a picture of the bracket where the missing part bolted to.I m just a chick with minimal car knowledge but I do know that if there is a part on a car and it s taken off it should be put back on.Take your vehicle to this shop at your own risk.I called customer service and of course they never called me back. Mr Jody called me and asked if I wanted to come in and have them look at my struts bc he thought the noise was coming from there. Ummm NO!!! Why would I trust them again after they didn t put my car back together right????? Another corporate company that only wants your money and denies culpability.

I needed an alignment on my truck today and the guys took great care of me, again. They provided a service for me about a year ago and just like today they got me in right away and on my way in less than 40 mins. They were all very friendly and professional.

Jerry is a very professional and wonderful serviceman. He thoroughly checked my car, changed my windshield wipers and was extremely courteous, helpful and polite! I really look forward to coming back. If you come visit .please ask for JERRY!!

Absolutely love this location! This location is the only location that will service our F-350 when so many others wouldn t. That alone is why we kept going back. We bring our company vehicles and personal vehicles because we love the employees and the customer service! Jodi is THE BEST manager! He talks me through every process to educate me and doesn t make me feel like a burden for being a female trying to learn. His right hand man Matt Coker always greets me with a smile and a hug. Y all this is the best place to get your vehicle serviced

I had a flat tire and Jody Lee just happened to be at the gas station where it occurred. He put on my doughnut and even made a special trip to Carrollton to get a replacement tire for me. WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND! I will definitely recommend this place to others and be back. Customer for life.

Jody did an amazing job. Not just with the mechanics, but the customer service was phenomenal. We had our oil changed in about 10-15 minutes. & we came back later to have a tune up & belts replaced, & it took about an hour. They got us in & out. 10/10 recommend.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Jerry and Eric were SO kind right from the beginning. I get SUPER stressed about getting oil change but they were so nice and understanding. I hate it but I am one of those girls who get really anxious about these things and not only were they patient but they were very clear with instructions and quick & efficient. I ll be taking my car here from now on!

**FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, STOP CROSS THREADING LUG NUTS BY USING IMPACT TOOLS WITHOUT HAND STARTING THEM!!!**Every tutorial I found for how to FIX the problem this shop caused (because they are closed and I need my car!) was made by someone who had a lug nut post sheer off when trying to remove the nut after it was cross threaded with an impact tool! As a TIRE STORE, your workers should KNOW BETTER!~~~~~~~~`The good - the oil change went great. Got my oil changed here on 10/01/23 and, because my brakes were squeaking when I came in, they suggested I get the brakes checked. It didn't seem like it had been so long since they were changed, but my partner does drive for Door Dash, so I had them check the brakes ($20 service that would cost me another $60+ and a LOT of pain and frustration for my 74 year old dad)They came back with a price of about $600 to get the brakes changed, including replacing a lug nut post and nut that was missing. We have the ability to change brakes at my dad's shop, so I declined having them done. They put the tires back on, I took the estimate for the work, ordered high quality parts, and waited for them to be deliveredToday, 10/03/23, we went to change the brakes, and discovered that, when putting the wheels back on, the technician didn't hand tighten the lug nuts before using an impact wrench, which cros bys threaded one of them ON THE SAME WHEEL ALREADY MISSING A POST! That post broke off, so we were left with NO CHOICE but to replace those posts, which (unlike on other cars where you can hammer the old out and replace the new, requires taking the the entire knuckle assembly off to remove the old posts!I'm moving 800 miles away in 4 DAYS! Not fixing this was not an option! Luckily, my father is very good at figuring out solutions to problems like this. Otherwise, is have had to wait until morning (when I should be packing) to have my car TOWED to the shop to get them to replace it!

I will never go any where else ! Not only do they provide excellent customer service but they offer coupons they re not pushy and they are all knowledgeable! Tavis helped me get signed in to get my alignment he explained things to me in a way I could understand and didn t make me feel stupid. Eric was who took my payment he s always super friendly and speaking with him feels like speaking with a friend I knew for years ! Thank Eric I appreciate what you did I know it was inconvenient but you didn t make me feel it was at all and thank you Tavis for educating me and providing me with great service I ll see y all when I come back !

Daughter s battery died in front of the store late Friday night so she left it in the parking lot. We came with our own battery to put in it and they met us outside with a smile, willing to put in the battery we brought free of charge. We asked if they could go ahead and do an oil change. They were quick to oblige. As soon as mechanic popped the hood he called us over. It had a belt that was worn and frayed in half. Thank goodness for their willingness to fit us in! It saved my daughter from being stranded! They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Will be backServices: Battery, Oil change

Wouldn t recommend coming here. Caleb assisted us on this visit and was rolling his eyes and just in a horrible mood the entire time. I understand the heat is frustrating but there no need to be rude. No one is expecting service with a smile like he said but he is expected to be professional at his own job. He also said our total for an oil change would be $79 and then it came out to over $97.

These guys are great. I own multiple vehicles of 15-20 years and they have always fixed any mechanical issue I ve had at a fraction of the cost of OEM dealerships. I d recommend trying them out as a first option or getting a second opinion from them at the very least. The manager Jody is very honest and helpful in explaining what your vehicle s issues are. I greatly appreciate that they only recommend what you truly need.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Overall service was great. Customer service was outstanding with the exception of the first guy that came out. He was unpleasant and disrespectful. James and George were the best part of the visit.If you want people to enter and leave with a smile, put this a**hat in the pit- not client facing.Maybe he had a bad day still, unacceptable.
