Great business! Perry the service advisor is top notch he will keep you up-to-date with what's going with you vehicle every step of the way. The quality of the work being performed is by far superior to other local shops. They use the best quality or oem parts directly from the manufacturer. There time management and scheduling is excellent. My vehicle has never sat there longer than a few day's from diagnostic to completion that includes waiting on parts.Remember folks cheap stuff ain't good and good stuff ain't cheap!

Great experience. Had issues with my Toyota sienna for several years and had it to several Toyota dealerships and couple of local shops and everyone did something and said it was fixed. Last shop had it few months. Driven had it diagnosed in 2 hrs and fixed next day. Problem solved and hasn t come back

I've received "honest" professional technical service and will continue to have my Mercedes service here! Highly recommend scheduling a service at least once, I think you'll agree.One final note, after seeing all the great reviews, I worry if I'll still be able to schedule service for my car as more customers come in. I have been taking my vehicle to Driven Import Auto Care over a year now, and I ve always had a great experience with the Staff. The Staff are always kind, down to earth, and respectful. They actively listen when discussing a concern I have with my vehicle. They effectively communicate with me regarding my vehicle. I always feel confident bringing vehicle to them. I always feel comfortable and safe driving my vehicle knowing they take good care of my vehicle.

As usual the guys at Driven took care of my car issues. I had an alignment issue resolved that the dealer failed to remedy. They are all about the europeans; however, they are just as skilled with the american muscle!

I recently visited Driven Imports to have the rear brakes on my Maserati Levante replaced. From obtaining the initial estimate to completing the service, all aspects of the service went smoothly. I dropped the car off at 8:00 a.m., and they had it ready by lunchtime. Job Well Done!!!

Driven was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The maintenance they did on my 2017 Mercedes Metris was reasonably priced and very quick turnaround. Will be using them again. Very happy.

I've brought both of my cars to Driven for various things such as new fuel pump, alignments, and new brake systems. I've been extremely happy with the service and quality of work performed.Kenny has always been completely clear when describing the work that needs to be done as well as being completely fair and transparent. Additionaly, all work has been done at a very reasonable rate - much cheaper than at the dealers (especially for my AMG).While Driven advertises as being import experts, I've found that they are also very handy with domestics too. Like I said both vehicles of mine, an AMG and Ford Explorer, have both had quality work done here.All work has been quickly and accurately - much different experience than at the dealership which has has, in the past, had my car sit for a week with no indication of what repair was needed let alone simply doing rhe work. Driven is fantastic!As an update to this review, Driven has also replaced my AMG's brakes (pads and discs) at a very competitive price (much better than at Mercedes themselves) both quickly and accurately.

I discovered Driven Imports 3 years ago being new to the Newnan, GA area. I was a person that would only go to the dealership for my car maintenance. But covid hit and I had a bad experience with the car dealership. Which gave me the opportunity to find someone new and close home. Opportunity into a blessing, I found Driven Imports through a Google search. From the first phone call I could tell that they were knowledgeable and professional. I become even more confident in them upon dropping my car off. Everything they said regarding their services was followed through concisely and it doesn't just stop there. Their services were followed up with email vehicle reports and reminders ever so often which I appreciated. I highly recommend Driven Imports, a honest and caring "local" business you can depend on for sure.Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance

I give Driven Imports Auto a 5 star. I called with a concern/problem with my SUV. I spoke with Perry and he suggested that I bring my car in for them to inspect. They inspected and kept me update on what they discovered and cost before they started the work. Costed me less then the dealership would have charged.

These guys do a great job. I ve had them work on my CLK-550 twice now. Once was for engine mechanical work and the second time was for the mechanical workings of the convertible top.Both times the work was completed on time, at the estimate, and of highest quality.It s great to have an option other than driving up to Buckhead Mercedes.
