Couldn't ask for better people to do business with. Jimmy (owner) & James (installer) are amazing and can fix ANYTHING. 100% honest & fair. We got into a royal mess with a stereo purchased from a friend that didn't have all the parts, but they pulled out a miracle and made everything work and even stayed late to make it happen! Went back the next day and had a backup camera installed and windows tinted in another vehicle. You want top-notch professional work, 100% honesty, 100% quality.....Custom Concepts & Performance is the ONLY place to go! If you know me then you know my word is good!

I bought a used Toyota Avalon (As is) and failed to check the sound system in the car before purchasing it; once taking it off the lot I realized the navigation/back up camera worked but no sound. I called Custom Concept Performance (Newnan) to repair the system. I bought the car there and spoke with Jimmy (The owner) who explained why there was no sound. I was told I could leave my car and was giving a car to take home until my car was ready; to my surprise Jimmy phone me at 9:30am the next day that the car was ready for pick up.I was VERY satisfied with the work James (Repairer) did replacing the sound system and would recommend them to anyone who need/want a sound system placed in their vehicle. They are very knowledgeable, polite, professional and reasonably priced A customer for life

Awesome experience. Had to get a fresh install and the service was exceptional!! Quickly done and reasonably priced. I love my new system and glad I came here to get it installed. Will recommend.

Definitely will recommend this place.Dropped my truck off to get tint. Jimmy is a really cool guy, I was about to take an Uber when he offered me a ride. Came to pick up my truck and it looks great.

Went up there because I had a buddy try to wire up my LOC for the rca cables and he did it all wrong. I went up to custom concepts and performance, explained to him what was wrong and he took a look at it and came back to me in under 5 minutes and told me exactly what was wrong. Within the hour he had my sub wired perfectly and hitting harder than I ve ever heard it hit. I will be coming back for any audio problems or purposes!

Not very customer service oriented. Brought my 68 El camino to get an alarm system and upgrade my sound system. Quickly, said we don t do those old cars. Too much work and hard wiring to do. Looks like they old like to do plug and play! Easy money!

BEST audio shop!!! my boyfriends truck speakers weren t working and everyone around us wanted an arm and a leg or couldn t do it. they got us in and out in less than 5 hours with a smile the whole time!! cannot recommend these guys enough. felt like we were hanging out with family the whole time !

Added a new after market head unit with wireless CarPlay and a back up camera to my 2010 Mercedes C300. The guys did a great job and knocked the project out the same day! Would definitely recommend!

Second time back. Nothing bad the first time. This a time my dash was cracked and the owner said it wasn't from his guy. I beg to differ!! Charged me 135.00 for a 10 minute swap. Then warning lights came on when I went to leave. Called the dealer and they told me to bring it right away. ( Less than 2 miles) . This is going to be expensive! Will Never go back!!!

I should have read the reviews, sounds like Brian K had the same issues with this place. I took my C6 corvette to this shop yesterday. The guy says, should not be that much, can do it for you easy. I provided everything, the pioneer deck, the wiring harness to bose factory, the bypass module. I even took the console, and old radio out before i went there. He says sure lets go get what you brought, walks outside, looks at the corvette, oh. It is very complex, you need to hard wire it in, it will be $175. I said What??? $175 to connect the 12 wires, and put the deck in? Oh yes he says, very complex, its a ZL1, ZL1? Corvette ZR1, thats what i mean he says, done many. He had no idea what he was talking about. So i took everything, put in my trunk and left. PLEASE becareful if you take to this shop, should have read reviews. I am learning READ reviews before you take to shops, to hire people.

The owner & staff at this location are amazing! Very customer friendly & truly take pride in their work! It started off with just tinted windows for me, but I have been a repeat customer & satisfied every time! Especially their honesty to the customer! Check them out! THE BEST KEPT SECRETI was in and out on a Saturday after 3:00 PM in one hour with a brand new radio. I went in asking for 4 speakers because I was told that was the problem. But James, the GREAT INSTALLER said your volume doesn't go up or down you need a radio. I thought I would still need the speakers and it would take hours but that was not so. Not only was their service quick it was reasonable and HONEST. They even fixed a rear light that was out by sending Michael to the part store for me so I could leave with a fixed car. Jim the owner really made me feel like FAMILY even before I got to the store and through out my visit.Thank again for making my necessary purchase a GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!

I was having issues with my new stereo and speakers, brought it in to have them take a look at it. He replaced my speakers and made sure all the wiring was sound quickly and for a great price, he s also very nice and provides great customer service. I will be returning here for future upgrades!

I got my windows tinted on my car and I m absolutely impressed. The owner gave me a great price and the customer service was great. I also got a great system for a great price. I was happy with my experience here and I will definitely be coming back. If you guys want really good tint and/or systems, I recommend this place! Overall great prices, products, and service!

I'm so glad for all the people that could post a good review about this place. I'm glad your service was satisfactory. I traveled to them today for some window tinting services. The appointment was made on Monday for Wednesday at 10am. The price that I was quoted over the phone was $250 or $300 if I wanted the windshield strip applied. Once I get there and walk in the guy comes from the back and ask if I was the 10 am appointment. After that confirmation he goes on to say, "What are you getting today?" I stated, the service that was quoted to me over the phone for $250 because I am not getting the strip. He starts rambling about how I could purchase the cheap material for 250 like a lot of people do or I could get the good material for another 100 bucks which increased the price that I received and locked in on the phone by 100 bucks. I don't know about anyone else but I like business and refuse to deal with hustlers. The price should have been given correctly over the phone and remained the same for my service. Let me to choose to change my service and pay more not for you to ramble about how my skin will still get more heat from the service for 250 rather than buying the 350 job. It could have been that he seen a woman and assumed I would take his word for the mess that he was given but I know a sales pitch when I see one. I will never attempt to do business with this place EVER again and I'm glad I kept my money in my pocket to find someone PROFESSIONAL than this guy here! No recommendations from me and ladies BEWARE when these places of business approach you with other than what you asked for.................RUN!!!

Initial problem was my speakers cutting in and out. Asked them to fix whatever the issue was. $150 bucks to pull my amp out (15 minutes) and said that was the issue. Didn't fix it. Called back. Owner wants another 75 to look at the issue again and another $150 to fix the issue. So basically they charged me $150 to pull an amp out that I could have done in 10 minutes for free. Not cool man.

Prior military beware!!! One Vet to another. Cut my brake wire on Nissan main system harness with a screwdriver trying to punch through the gasket to run their wires. Then denied it. Cost me to get towed and have the harness replaced by nissan..overall cost to have a sub and Amp installed...$3500.00...

Jimmy, Tammy and his staff were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable and they wanted to ensure my truck was hooked up properly and that everything worked before I left. They even stayed after close to ensure that everything was working smoothly. Great shop and if I ever have to have work done again I will come here. Remember you get what you pay for.

My son wanted a system for his car for Christmas and he took me to custom concepts and performance today. We got with jimmy and he really took care of us. They had anything you wanted but we went with the best of the best. And soon as we told them what we wanted he pulled my sons car in the garage and everyone went to work. We changed all the speakers in the car and added a sub. 3 hours later he called me and we went to the back to listen to the final product. And you couldn t even tell anything was added inside the car. And the subs in the trunk was well placed it was really professional done! When I tell you this system sounded good I mean it was amazing! I am very pleased! My sons car sounded amazing! I will be back my truck is next!!

This place doesn't deserve no stars! They tried to charge me $650 to hook up my sub & amp. They even switched their price up three times to be exact. Then what tops it off tried to charge me $220 for a LC2i that only cost $99 at best buy & it's the same kind. I don't recommend anyone to deal with these people. They are some Con artist/clowns.
