The service could not have been any better! Roger was extremely informative and kind every step of the way. We owned this future welding rig for less than 24 hours before it broke down and needed a tow. Roger was quick to answer the call and give me the go ahead to have it towed to his shop Crossroads Automotive. He did the diagnosis the very next day. And he had it returned to me within two business days! His prices were extremely fair and he was even willing to price match from outside sources. However, he did not need to match because his prices were the best prices!! My husband is excited to get his truck back and start getting his rig put together for his mobile welding service. I promise you can t go wrong with crossroads automotive!

I ve been a customer of Crossroads Automotive since the early 2000s. Always been treated right. The desk managers are first rate in knowledge and service. One has been there all those years. And, although the business ownership has recently changed, the quality of service has remained solidly good. I have a pretty good automotive background, and I especially like that I can bring in a car for simple maintenance without having anyone try to up-sell me on unreasonable repairs. As long as that policy manifests, I ll be a faithful customer.

Can't praise Crossroads Automotive enough, they did a fantastic job of isolating an issue with my 2017 Jeep wrangler that had been giving me problems for over a year and had bounced through multiple shops. Fantastic job of keeping in communication and, while they were obviously busy, I was surprised by the turn around time. I thought the pricing was fair and in line with average quotes I'd seen online. A couple of weeks since the repair and my jeep is driving like its brand new. Highly recommend.

Very professional establishment the guys up front were very helpful quick and upfront with my issue and pricing. They stayed in touch with me often and their customer service is well appreciated. Definitely the best Automotive service place I have ever had to deal with!

Crossroads is a very efficient and honest establishment. Guys at the front are polite and in no way intimidating, like other places can be. I find their pricing to be fair and they stick to a schedule you can rely on. My wife is very nervous going to service stations, so if you are a lady needing to go to one, give these guys a try. I highly recommend this place.

We have had the opportunity on numerous occasions to work with Crossroads Auto.Always above and beyond helpful and a pillar of the community. Pricing is fair . We have never felt like we were taken advantaged of.We are all looking for a business like that and Crossroads is it!

Crossroads is always reliable, honest and fair when it comes to my family s vehicles. They have earned my trust every time I go see them and when they tell me I need something fixed, it s because it needs to be fixed. Not because they wanted to make a quick cash grab. They have even told me to hold off on things because it wasn t urgent.You won t find this kind of customer service in this industry very often. When you find it, you want to hold on to it. That s why me and my family will also give our business to Crossroads Automotive.

I have been taking my Mazda 6 to Crossroads Automotive since I crossed the 50K miles. I have had a major brake service, together with the recommended services every 5K miles (3 so far) and can only say that everything has been excellent. From scheduling the service, to communication with me regarding findings and cost of repairs and the timeliness of the service. All people I've dealt with have been professional and courteous. I'm glad I found this car repair service so close to home.

I ve been a customer of CA for more than 20yrs, this past visit they performed an oil change and found the leak previous dealer visits said I had! It was such a simple fix they gladly took care of!! I ve brought numerous cars over the years and will continue to do so, CA is honest and does great work!

Super nice facility. My son tried to fix his own truck, which boys will do, however he didn't . We had to take to Crossroads and they fixed it perfectly. What I like is they fix in a day, and don't charge you an arm and leg.

I found myself stranded in the middle of a two day car trip in Newnan when my Hyundai's alternator and battery died while I was driving. Despite having no garage space available the team at Crossroads found time and space to diagnose the problems, advise me on my options, make the repair, and test drive it the next day to ensure that it was working safely and could get me and my kids home. They were amazingly professional, incredibly accommodating, and even gave me and my kids a ride to our hotel for the night. Their digital estimate/quote/progress tracking system was super convenient and easy to use, and they got us on our way sooner than anticipated with a car that was thankfully safe to drive again. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

I just had my water pump replaced on my 2017 Toyota Highlander. The price they gave me was solid, and the work completed on time as they indicated it would be. They offered me a courtesy ride home after I dropped it off. They did not try to unnecessarily fish for additional work as some places do when working on your car. The folks I dealt with face to face were patient and respectful in light of all my questions. I definitely recommend them for working on your car.

We have always trusted Crossroads Automotive with our vehicles. This week I brought my SUV in for servicing. I mentioned my family had recently suffered a devastating loss. The Crossroads Automotive family went above and beyond to make sure I was able to have my repairs done with the least amount of disruption to my overwhelmingly busy schedule. They took care of us like we were family. I am so grateful somewhere like this exists in this day and age. Please consider using them for your vehicle needs.

My husband went for AC Service for his truck, an oil change, and checking on the brakes. He also checked the air in his tires for free. Found his truck's shocks needed replacement. He left it. By the end of the day it was ready. Joel did the work. He loaded his walker for him also. He was well pleased with the company's service, & getting his truck fixed in a timely matter. We both use this company for all our maintence needs. They are reasonably priced and always do a great job!

They fixed my transmission serviced my transmission and it stopped leaking. They rotated and balance my tires (the place i purchased my tire from said they did it and my truck boucing). After Crossroads did my truck rides smooth. I thought it needed a four wheel alignment and they said it didn't. They save money and now my truck is smooth. I would highly recommend them.

I love the fact that this car repair shop does not force unnecessary service needs on you. My truck had a lot of issues, so they informed me of the best next step. So, I took their advice and bought a new truck. The best decision I could have made. Thanks Crossroad.

Crossroads is the best. My sister uses them all the time. I stopped the other day for a new battery. In and out in no time, and yes they were busy. I have had other work done by them and always keep you on top of the work and prices. And they are always this way every time we have used

It is always a pleasure to have my car serviced or repaired at Crossroads. The employees are professional and well trained. The prices are fair and the staff is honest. I have never had them try to sell me more services than my car needs. I didn't write those words but it is all true.

Was very pleased with experience although I hated the repair but not their fault. Blown radiator hose should mean new hose not new radiator. Loved that they put air in tires as I find it hard to fill them with equal pressure. Did not ask for that, was a nice surprise

Replaced valve cover gaskets and battery. About average price when compared. Grace, a mechanic there, was wonderful and took me both ways from home. Very nice lady. If only the shop had thought to put paper down on drivers side carpet pads! Could not remove that much grease/oil tracked in. Need to buy new ones. They did go over the car for any additional problems on the horizon and found none.

I Had my tires rotated and oil changes. It took a little over an hour. They are always very nice and attentive. It was also nice because they had a coupon for an oil change and they gave me a teacher discount.
