Carrillo Automotive Solutions is amazing!Super friendly and pleasant to talk to.I highly recommend Carrillo's to anyone that has any mantanice they need done or bolt-on's that they need done.If you don't have the time to do it yourself, experience, or ability to do it yourself Carrillo Automotive Solutions will take care of you.I called in the middle of the week and ask if he could install a big brake kit.He said bring it by and let me look at it and once he seen it said no problem.Squeezed me for Saturday morning.Dropped the car off Saturday morning and 3 hous later he called me to pick it up.I had all the parts and he only charged me for the labor at a very fare price and did an amazing job! I will be back for coilover install in a couple of weeks! Thank you so much!

I received A1 service and customer service. Jordan and his family made sure my car was fixed and went over and beyond with making sure I understood what was happening, making necessary accommodations, and getting my car back in good driving condition. I m so appreciative of his work and customer support! I highly recommend his company for your car needs!

Great service and very professional. Jordan was thorough in his explanations and his pricing was straightforward and fair. I will be bringing my Raptor back anytime I have concerns because I believe Jordan will and can take care of it. It s crazy you don t typically walk away from a mechanic shop becoming buddy s with the owner. Great shop, I highly recommend!

I was driving through from out of town when a hose blew on my work van. This work van has proprietary parts and NONE were in the state when this happened. Carrillo stopped what he was doing and literally left his shop, bought some parts, and created a hose that got me where I was going. I was back on the road with time to still get some work done at my job for a very reasonable price.It's a rare thing to find a mechanic that can "make it work" with zero notice because you simply have to have it then. And on top of that he didn't take advantage of my need and charge me more than was fair.This one is a keeper. Use him.

I just moved here from Colorado and needed some brakes on my Infiniti Q50. I brought my car in on a Saturday morning and picked it up in 2 hours. He did an amazing job and the price was so low I had to give him more money. I will definitely be doing business here again!!!

Called to get an oil change and had me in same day! He suggested I needed my brakes done and went ahead and had them done same day!! If I would have gone somewhere else they would have had me leave my car and take a day or so. I highly recommend Mr. Jordan he s very knowledgeable, quick, and reasonable prices!! Thank you I will definitely come back!!

Brought in my 2018 F-150 for a trans filter service and he did an amazing job changing the filter and getting the fluid topped off. Couldn t be happier with the service or price!

Carrillo is one of the BEST mechanics, very knowledgeable, has a lot of experience, and is super very friendly. I did an engine oil change and differential oil change and it was an amazing experience, Nobody can beat the price.I RECOMMEND CARRILLO 200%.

Carrillo is an outstanding mechanic, patient, and is there for the customer s needs. He will listen to your needs, diagnose the problem, and give you the best solution. I m a single Father of one, trying to keep two older vehicles running. He came out on a Sunday and got my car ready to take my son to school on Monday morning. Thank you for doing such an outstanding job. I will definitely leave the care of my two cars in his hands.

Booked my oil change with Carrillo Automotive Solutions 9/29/2023. Let me tell you that the service that was provided to me was amazing. The owner shook my hand and introduced himself to me. I have never had an owner of a shop do that. The owner took very good care of the car, made sure it was placed on the lift correctly, and did the oil change for me and showed me his process. I love the fact that the owner took the time out of his day to explain to me about parts on my car that he was looking at during his four point inspection. Overall I rate my experience at 10 out of 10. This shop is going to be my recommendation to go to. The owner is pure class and you will enjoy your experience there with a very experienced technician.

I worked with Gabriel to install a big brake kit on my Hyundai Veloster N. I am extremely satisfied with the services rendered. Gabriel is very knowledgeable and professional, even as we came across hardships during the install process, I always trusted that he knew exactly what he was doing. Best mechanic in town. Brakes, tires, exhaust, basic maintenance. Had quote from another shop for close to $5000 to just change a catalytic converter. The switch of my powered drivers seat went out and Chevy told me it would take 5-6 days to fix.I stoped by Carrillo and they took a look at it. After taking a quick look Carrillo had me get the part from Chevy and then they repaired my seat all in under 2 hours.Will definitely be going back there when I need something fixed. Would recommend their services.

Jordan was great! He was super friendly & quick to respond to all of my questions about my car s issues. Him & his wife communicated with me throughout the whole process. The pricing was affordable & the turnaround time was fast. I left his shop feeling like he truly cares & values his customers (unlike other shops that just want to make money out of you). Mr Jordan and his wife were so good to me! He put new brakes and tires on my vehicle for a great price. They made sure I got to and from my house while waiting on my vehicle. After calling every other location, I kept getting the same answer that last minute walk ins are not accepted. Thankfully I came across this business also it has maintained 5+ stars so that is a plus!! Jordan was exceptional with the customer service and did everything in a reasonable time. Super chill and knowledgeable and I truly enjoyed his professionalism!!! I will definitely come to him for any car troubles that arise. Thank you so much!
