No suprise but this place is NOT an accredited bussiness with the Better Business Bureau.This place is not professional. The person who was taking care of me did not possess knowledge of what was being done. Told me one thing while another person corrected what was being done.I had my 2019 Mustang that was damaged by someone else taken here per my insurance company. The work that was performed looked as if I was the one who did the repairs. The paint was not blended with the rest of the car. The hood was not aligned even after it was supposedly aligned for a second time. There are other issues as well that look as if the car was rushed throughI will be talking to my insurance company and recommend strongly to have this body shop taken off preferred status.I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS BODY SHOP.I found that my passenger headlight was supposedly replaced and it was not. I tried talking to the shop manager about the issues with the work and he did not care that their body shop put out unprofessional work. He would not look at the issues nor address the fact that the headlight was not replaced. I found the manufsturing date on the left headlight and the right is old and worn off. If it was new the date code would still be visible.

They were absolutely awesome! They made sure I was updated on my car. I kept forgetting things that I had left in the car and they were so nice to let me search my car twice. I was at ease leaving my car with them. Caliber took great care of my car, can t even tell someone had hit my car. Thank you!!

It seems to me they don t have the means of finding parts for certain cars. Therefore, they totaled a perfectly good car with small problems because they can t find the parts. My Lincoln MKS was a 2010 eco-boost all-wheel-drive with only 57,000 miles on it. Am I pissed your damn right I m pissed.

I brought my car in today to have some work done and the outcome was amazing!!! They did an excellent job and everyone there was extremely nice!! I felt comfortable with them and I didn t have to wait an extremely long time for service like at other places! Will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to others!! Thanks Jimmy and all the lovely people here!! You guys are AWESOME!!!

Overall, not a bad experience, but there is one aspect that is disappointing.Got into an accident in my car, and they did a good job with the repairs. They also finished it faster than the promise date which was nice.However, there was a cosmetic part that was not to my satisfaction. When I returned to the location to discuss the issue, I was told that they would put an order in for a different part and that they would reach back out to me when it was in so that they could install it (this was back in Spring 2023). They also said they would update me through the process on arrival time of the part. I did return about a month later and again later in Fall 2023 to check in on when the part would arrive, and there has no updates. I am disappointed with this aspect since there has been no communication with regards to this part for the cosmetic issue, and it has been just under a year now since it was first discussed.

Caliber in Newnan did a great job on my Dodge. I was informed of the process the entire time and my car was ready earlier than expected. AND they were willing to bring my vehicle to me when it was complete. I couldn t be happier. Thank you Caliber!

Caliber did an outstanding job from end to end. Made the experience both easy from scheduling and checking in and getting rental, to regular updates on progress of repairs including updates on completion date which was faster than expected. Overall experience couldn t have been better. The Newnan team are fabulous!!!

My experience wasn t the place. It was there people, 3 of the sweetest down to earth men who helped me when my tire went flat on I-85 in Newnan. I was not expecting anyone to stop and help so I proceeded to try and change my tire, and out of nowhere here comes these 3 gentlemen who saved me . They changed my tire and I made it to my interview. Thanks Josh, Eskew and the young man with the long hair. These men are some try gentlemen in my eyes. Thanks from the guys at Caliber Collision in Newnan.

Body shops can be hit or miss. Just look at public reviews from this and others in the area. I was referred to Caliber by AmFam. I m glad I was. Staff was always helpful and kept me informed during the repair process. Brought my F-150 in after a deer strike. Truck looks better than it did when I bought it in. I m very pleased with the work. During the final walk I was surprised to see more things needed to be fixed. I was able to drop my rental off there and drive my truck home. Hopefully I won t need to use them in the future, but I will if needed.

When I got to caliber I was greeted warmly. It was refreshing after being in an accident. The advisor I was assigned to (Eddie) kept me updated regularly and answered any questions I had quickly. I would use this shop again without hesitation! The manager josh even took the time to speak with me in the beginning and assured me of the service that I DID recieve!

I was so happy with my service, I was in an accident about a year and a half ago and chose caliber from amazing reviews and recommendations. They at first took amazing care of my car. Fixed the dents and the paint job was perfect. When I went to pick my car up a big window trim on the outside of my drivers door was missing. They said they had to remove it to fix the damage and that the piece was on back order but once it comes in I would be contacted and they would pop it on. It was told to me it would be a quick fix. Well after a few months of not hearing anything I called and was told my advisor was on lunch and would call me back. I never heard anything. I called another two times over a few months and was told the same thing. After getting frustrated I contacted Places to see about replacing it myself and everywhere wants $250 plus to replace the piece. And that s ridiculous when this was an insurance claim and was suppose to be done by caliber. It sounds like I m in a wind tunnel when I m on the interstate and I m concerned about water getting inside my door without the trim on my door. Very frustrated.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am so glad i read the reviews first, someone posted my worst nightmare, their car was totaled and there wasn't even a reason for it because there was no estimate done, oh my gosh, how can they do something like that???? i would be devastated to bring in my car for a simple fix and then lose it for no reason at all. Nope, I need my car, I will probably look into some independent shops in the area.

I am so happy with my service, These guys took amazing care of my car. I am kinda picky and I cant even tell what parts they touched. And even in the "Covid Era" where parts can be hard to get, they finished faster than promised.

Customer service was great from the moment I dropped off my vehicle to picking it up when ready. The kept me up to date, step by step on how the repairs were coming along and they even got it done sooner than estimated.
