They did good work on my car before. I had one issue but when I carried it back, they fixed it on the spot. I'll use them again.

This review is only based on customer service. We never made it past that. When I came in someone one from an office asked if they can help me. Yes, I need an estimate to get my car repaired.We only do that by appointment. OK, can I make an appointment please? What insurance company will you be using? Allstate. Well they will need to come out and give you an estimate. Once you get that you can bring it in and if the rates match what we charge we can take a look at it. Never got out of there chair in the office.I am glad there are so busy they did not need or want by business. I get it, but this world will get back to normal and they will be needing customers and I will not be one.Just left a bad taste in my mouth.

These guys do great work and are very friendly. The work is worth the cost in my opinion. The location isn't the best on busy days, but they can't help that.

Bypass Body Shop was fabulous to work with for the repairs on my car. Megan communicated with me every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend them for any repairs you need.

Their ad says they do touch-ups... Spoke with the owner and he said he could touch it up and it would be cheaper. I had a couple scratches and I went there to find I could of done the touch-up better myself cheaper as well. It really looked like a 2 year old scribbled it on. I could of ordered the touch-up paint and got the correct color and did better myself. Don't go there for touch-ups do it yourself!!! Very disappointed... Don't know much about the rest of their work. Thought it would look more professional.Service: Painting

I've used Bypass Body Shop a few times now and the service and quality are the same - Excellent! After about one year my window glass did not sit correctly in the door causing a little noise. The problem was that my insurance company insisted on an aftermarket glass. BBS diagnosed the problem and resolved it with a factory glass. Not only did they handle everything with the insurance company, they fixed everything with a smile and promptness. It is very satisfying to see that great service can still be found. Great place, great people, great work. This was my 3rd time using Bypass Bodyshop (one person hit me, a deer hit my wife's car, and then a deer hit my daughter's car). Each time was a fantastic experience. They gave me an estimated date of completion when I dropped the car off. During the repair, I received texts along the way letting me know where they were in the process and that they were on schedule. On the estimated date of completion (about an hour ahead of schedule), I received a phone call letting me know the car was ready. It was cleaned before I picked it up. I prefer to do business locally when I'm able, and Bypass Bodyshop is the only place I will go. I highly recommend them!

A most excellent body shop. Owners and staff are top notch. Can't say enough good things about the owners and their wonderful staff. Super helpful and have used them several times and will continue to whenever the need arises. They do excellent work. Never a problem. Family owned and operated. I was in a car vehicle accident and BB Shop was suggested to us, to take our car for the repairs. They provided exceptional work and assistance with the entire process through our insurance which is State Farm. They took care of both the mechanical and body work damage which was a great one stop shop. The car looks and runs as brand new, we are very happy we chose BB shop for the repairs. The job was also done in a timely manner. Reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I can not rate them on price due to our insurance paying for everything other than our $500 deductible. I can't be sure if prices change between private party vs. insurance. But they definitely provided 5 Star work through our insurance.

Went to the shop for a quote, lobby was closed with a sign on it to call. Called and waited 10 mins for somebody to come out. Got somebody out there. They took pics of some body damage and said they would send a quote. 1+ month later and nothing. I called twice they said they were still working on it. I'm sure they do good work and may be busy but seems a little ridiculous

Only giving one star because ZERO stars isn t an option. The owner has NO BACKBONE, not only did he communicate with the person at fault for the damages to my vehicle (which is not only against the involved insurance companies policy, but most likely against the law), he allowed himself to be bullied and intimidated by that individual as well. Literally so pathetic that I refused to allow him to profit from the repair of my vehicle. Take your business elsewhere.

Quality of work was excellent. Kudos to the guys in the shop! If their communication wasn t so bad I d give 5 stars. Automated texting all through the process telling me the repair was on schedule is a joke. Maybe it was an exception case but it was classic overpromise and underdeliver on schedule.

Very friendly group, responsive to calls, prompt replies to emails. Not scheduled for work until Aug 9th so this review will be on going through the process. Terri and Donna are very easy to work with. Unfortunately Craig delivered nothing but unexpected news when I first went. He said he would be talking with the adjustors and work with me. After a phone call to him on 7/14, I asked him to email me what he said on the phone in writing but he refused. Bummer - my intention was to help fight the battle with the insurance adjuster. This will be an ongoing review once the work is done. I've heard great things and I'm hopeful this will go to a 5 review.

Bypass Collision, and in particular Donna, were a lifesaver for me in a horrific series of events regarding the accident involving my car. Progressive are my insurers, but Donna was the only person who returned my calls and worked tirelessly to help me.My experience with Bypass Collision is nothing, but positive. Jeff took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns. I needed a new fender, some bumper work, a headlight and more. He worked hard to save me a few dollars since this was an out of pocket expense. The job was completed quickly, professionally and to my satisfaction, even exceeding my expectations.

Slow, not responsive. Does not call whenthey say. Charged 150 dollars more than other places in the area ..I didn't know until I left because I needed a mirror immediately. On top of that, they lie about prices...and last but not least told me I was ALLOWED to sit inside if I put on a mask which is fine...but THEY, meaning the man who came to the car as well as the receptionist woman did NOT have on masks themselves.....I'll leave it at that.

My mom backed into my baby a 1998 Mustang GT 5.0 and they fixed her back good as new. When I get ready to paint her I will be bringing her back to them.

They have repaired several cars following accidents with claims paid by our insurance company. They communicate well and do overall good work.

The shop did an excellent job on the repair and replacement of body parts, only this I did not like was that they drove my car to a residence and lied about it, I have a GPS on my car and it has "Never" given me a address over 100 yard away.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
