My wife and I had heard nothing but great things about this place, turns out it was ALL true! I took my wife's 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe in to get 4 new tires. The job was done within an hour, the service staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The prices were competitive and reasonable. We simply had a great experience and have found our new home for Tires and Oil Changes!

Out of town Roofing Contractor with two tire repairs, (both back tires a nail and a screw), jumped right on them and had me back on the road. Fast, friendly, and affordable service. Highly recommend for your automotive needs.

Bucks Tires deserves 6 stars. Called them at 430 about a tire. They answered quickly, gave me available & pricing for tires i need. The pricing was unbeatable, 99 dollars for 1 new tire + mount & balancing. I was up there at 5:44 ( 16 minutes before they closed). They were very quick throughout the entire process: taking my information, installing my new tire, and processing payment. They were done with my tire in about 13 minutes ( including all the processing time from payment and mounting, keep in mind i already had pulled my tire from my vehicle so they didnt need to spend time jacking up my car and removing it). Needless to say the tech brought my tire out to me with a smile. He gave me several helpful professional tips on mounting my tire and breaking in the tire for it to ride smoothly. My car is now on the road again and it rides like it just got an upgrade. Thank you Bucks tires!

They were fast and very courteous. We had to get all four tires replaced on an older vehicle after a blowout due to the older tires. I took the one wheel to them and had a tire put on it. Then I took it back, put it on the truck, and drove it to them for the other three. If you need tires, give them a call.

Took our car in to get a simple service for tires. They stated they did the work, turns out they slapped it together and did it wrong. The tires were not balanced and rotated correctly. This could have caused serious issues down the road. Luckily it did not. We took it back a second time, to have them correct the issue. They did it correctly the second time, because we made a fuss about it. If they did this to us, they most likely are scamming others as well.

I went in there with some idea of what I needed. They all took time and helped me. Gave me options and I ended up leaving with amazing set of tires. I 100% encourage you to check them out!

Best tire shop in town, so much better than the national chain stores. Always support local businesses whenever possible, tires and maintenance is something we all need, again and again.

No upselling, no outrageous costs. Honest. If they mess up, they fix it, no additional charge. If it's tire related go here first. If you want a tire balance and rotation, you may wish to get there very early or go elsewhere as they as usually pretty swamped. However, their prices cannot be beat.

PLEASE READ !!!As I'm sitting here getting my tire serviced I have to BRAG a moment!! My tire went flat at work so I came here last minute before they closed . They plugged my tire, pumped it and put it back on for FREE ! This doesn't happen often it's the fact that they didn't have to do this out of the kindness of there heart! YOU DONT GET SERVICE LIKE THIS OFTEN for any tire or car needs make the stop at bucks Thank you to these gentlemen

I experience something that I never experienced in life. I ask can I get a rotation and the Young worker say he has to come look at the tire. So, he looks at the tires and say these tires don't need a rotation. I told the worker how can you not give me a service that I asked for. So, I tell them customer service first because its what the customer wants? Young worker gets mad and tells me your service isn't welcome. NEVER AGAIN WILL BUCKS TIRE get my service

Great bunch of guys, knocked out the alignment on my 55 F100 and mounted some fresh rubber. Staff was very helpful, appreciate them going over all the fine details on the alignment with me. Very reasonably priced.

Good people who are honest. I would give 5 stars, but the wait times are very long, even for a simple tire rotation. I wish they had told me the wait times up front. After 90 minutes, I had to leave for a meeting without getting a rotation. Best to budget the better part of a day for service there. That said, the guys are honest and don't try to sell you needles repairs, which is why I will give them another go.

The staff at Buck's Tires were professional, quick and efficient! I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and got me back on the road with only a short wait. I will definitely be using them in the future!Second time for new tires. Still the same great service!

My 6 year old daughter and I recently had an unfortunate experience at Bucks. While driving through from out of state, our car broke down, leaving us stranded in their parking lot on a scorching hot day with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees. We were desperate for help due to the unsettling sounds coming from the vehicle.Regrettably, despite being a car/tire store, the staff at Buck's offered no assistance or empathy during our distressing situation. When we approached them for help or recommendations, they sarcastically reminded us that they sell tires, as if that dismissed their responsibility to aid fellow travelers in need. It was disheartening to be treated with such indifference.With no option but to wait for a tow truck, we spent the afternoon baking under the relentless sun, and at no point did the staff offer any relief, like access to air conditioning or even some basic suggestions or recommendations to alleviate our predicament.What upset me the most was the apparent lack of consideration for our well-being, especially given the extreme circumstances we were facing. I couldn't help but think that if their own family members were ever stuck out of state with a broken-down vehicle, they would hope for more kindness and assistance than they showed us.While car trouble can happen to anyone, it is essential for businesses to understand that their actions, or lack thereof, can leave a lasting impression on customers. Unfortunately, our experience with Buck's left a bitter taste in our mouths.I sincerely hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the management of Buck's. It is crucial for them to reevaluate their customer service approach and train their staff to be more compassionate and helpful, especially when customers are in vulnerable situations.In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend Buck's based on our recent encounter. When we needed a helping hand and understanding the most, they failed to meet even the most basic expectations. As fellow travelers, we hope for more kindness and empathy from businesses in the future.

Great customer service! Technicians cut straight to the point as to what is needed, they're honest, very professional and responsive. Service fees are fair and seems competitive. My first service was to replace my serpentine belt, get an oil change, and replace rear pads which only took 2 hours! Fast and efficient. Very happy. And I'll start bringing my vehicles here. Thank you!

Bucks went above and beyond to find me a tire and wheel for my car after I ran over a screwdriver . They ordered one that turned out to be the wrong color, so they had to order another tire. Very friendly and no haggling, just gave me a good deal and were very upfront about costs and options. Only (minor) complaint is that they didn't call me when either tire came, I had to call them for a status update. Overall great service and great price!

Honest, considerate, reasonable priced. What else do you need? Oh, waiting area and bathrooms are clean.The first time I went to Buck's Tires, it was for tires. I stopped by to ask for a recommendation for a place to get an oil change a couple of months later. They recognized me, told me that they change oil, and had me on the way in less than 30 minutes. It costed about $5 more than I had been paying at Walmart. A much better experience than Wm ever gave!

It will take a long time so it's best to plan ahead and go somewhere else for the time being. But they will take care of you and not rip you off so that is worth everything. Will visit again if I need anything in this area

For anything tires or alignment related Bucks is definitely the place to go. Their prices are fair and the service is fast but most of all their customer service is always great! I won't go anywhere else.

Family member paid 130 for two used tires. The tires are 3 years old AND are at the wear bars. So they have 30 percent tread left . Total rip off

I visit the location on 08/17 after having two of my tire sensors reading low pressure after riding over the train tracks.When I pulled in there was a gentlemen working on a car. I approach him and let him know what was going on he immediately stop what he was doing to assist me.He got me the air I needed very fast. I tried to tip him but he insist I did not have to do that . Thanks to Dan I was able to make my dinner date in time I planned weeks ahead.All hero s don t wear caps . Big shoutout to Dan he s awesome . I will visit this location again in the future .
