Wish I could leave no stars. Terrible business , terrible customer service , can t order parts and just doesn t care about its customers. Lied about being able to get vehicle finished on time then lied about parts shipment to keep it longer. Was going on for 2 weeks. Very untrustworthy business, nobody should bring their vehicle here

They did a good job. My van was returned quickly, the front desk lady is very nice and friendly. My only complaint is the pricing. $500 in labor, about $400 in parts!! Very costly. Just know- you re going to pay a lot in labor cost here. I feel I could have found a fix at lower price.

5 stars aren't enough for this business. My bad luck started out in New Mexico, where I was stranded for 14 days, waiting for parts for my Silverado 3500. I made it to Tupelo and had the same injector problems. Limped into Newnan and found Brett. They fixed my issue in a timely manner.No more than 3 days later, my truck was struck by something in the road out in Hiram. It was towed to the shop after hours and Mrs. Paula called me first thing the next morning to approve repairs.Paula knows more about trucks than most men, so don't be intimidated! Great family owned business. Trustworthy and Brett will always have my business.

Has always been the best work and professionalism at the most affordable prices. Highly recommend. Has helped my family and myself for years. Honest and doesn't try to "upsale" like other shops.

When I tell you they are miracle workers. I had my truck towed there because I wasn't getting any power at all! They had me up and running the next day! Thank you Brett and Ms. Barbara y'all are awesome!

I'm a used vehicle dealer here in Newnan and I take ALL of my vehicles that have issues to Brett. He and his team are the best guys around. His wife ( forgive me, I don't remember her name! ) is also super helpful and very knowledgeable.These guys just saved me from replacing a transmission in a 2012 Ford Explorer. The car wouldn't shift out of first gear and when it did, it would SLAM into gear and not move. Turns out the Transmission Control Module needed to be reset and now its as good as gold!I can't thank them enough for everything. Definitely recommend them for any and all repair work!I wish I could give them 10 stars!

We had a truck that needed a complex repair and additional diagnostics. They got it worked out and fixed a at a reasonable price, and have a transparent progress. I sent my GMC Sierra 2500hd 2005 for leaking on differential. They texted me fixed and no more leaking. just few days later then it leaking again. I sent a video to them and can free fix. they refused it. I suggest no send trucks to them. I paid $655 for nothing

Great shop with great prices and awesome customer service. Brought my truck there when i was having transmission problems they diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and repaied in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing car repairs. Thanks again Paula and Brett for the great work and customer service.

Paula is the nicest person I have ever spoke with at a mechanic. I m a Landscaper and Asheville NC Wedding DJ and I would make the 4 hour drive to take my truck here for service. Paula understands customer service and the golden rule!! And they don t try to rob you.

friendly, fair prices, they can do it all. I would never take my vehicles to anyone else. They also work on Desiel's as well as gas vehicles so that is a huge plus

Can't say enough GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS SHOP, GREAT STAFF! Very knowledgeable mechanics they repaired my Lexus after another shop didnt get it right! So friendly and fair. My mechanic for life now!!
