DO NOT USE BIGFOOT CYCLES IN NEWNANAfter a year of having my bags on my bike i took the bike to them for a belt a tire and a service. Spent $1600 and the first day of riding the bike the bag completely fell off. I took it back for them to fix the bag as the owner said he would fix it at his cost. I told the shop more than once that the paint wasn t just a normal paint and it had to be special ordered. The owner called after two times of trying to have it painted to tell me again it didn t match and there was nothing else he could do. The bags don t match at all and after getting my bike from his shop i had to spend another $1000 at Harley for the rest of the service to be completed. before and after pictures attached

Andy and his crew are fantastic, they brought back to life our Harley that had sat in our garage for over 12 years and the price was unbelievably reasonable. This is our motorcycle mechanic from now.

Best service you can get for the price. Harley shops will charge you an arm and leg and you don't get half the quality we give you.

Andy and his crew are awesome! Right off the bad I felt like I was around people I ve known for years. They got my bike in quick and when it was done had no problem discussing everything with me. Bigfoot cycles did a Fuel pump replacement. Shop re-used old gasket that leaked fuel and ruined paint on my tank. Very disappointed Beware!

I want to tell you about my great experience at Bigfoot Cycles in Newnan, Ga. The owner answered my phone call quickly and was able to talk to me about ordering a tire for me (before 12 lunchtime) for the tire to get shipped in next day for install. His diligence and logistically responsive execution of creating the order for my replacement tire shows his level of compassion, care, and commitment he has to make the best customer experience. He made sure to verify the tire size, model, and specs. The replacement part came in next day for install just as ordered and to spec. His cost for all of this is priced competitively well and fair and for the quality and throurough service my bike received it was all well worth it. They preformmed a safety inspection, did an inspection on the bike for faults and found that my clutch was sticking because of a loose clutch cable [ i was starting to notice the preformance failure and also had a problem getting into nuetral].After they discored this they brought it to my attention and professionally asked if i would like them to tune it, i approved. Wow let me tell you how much better my bike rides now. It felt like it was struggling, now it feels much more responsive and powerful. Not only that, my gear shifting has more responsiveness and getting into nuetral is clean and easy. The tire change took roughly an hour. I was able loungw on their comfy sofas and relax while i let work on getting the bike to completion. Overall, i would like to highly recommend Bigfoot Cycles to anyone needing bike repair. Be advised that they primarily work on Harleys, given i have a Honda CBR 300-R they were able to hook me up with the basic tire change. I feel that your experience will be of complete satisfaction just how mine has been at Bigfoot Cycles.Service: Tires

Had a tire go flat while I was there and they took the time to find out it was only a leaky valve core. They fixed it without accepting any payment.

What a great hometown motorcycle shop! Sales and service, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location on the south end of Newman s downtown district. They are currently consigning a mixture of Harley s with a few metrics, dirtbikes, and scooters! They also have a good selection of new and used riding gear and accessories and a full service department. But I really can t get over just how NICE they were! That makes ALL the difference.

Me and my wife, her mom was on our way to Florida on a Saturday morning and I was riding my late father's little 1200 sports custom that I had somewhat rebuilt in my father's memory. I had some Carburetor problems and we were about 4 miles away. We called them and they said to try get it there to look at it and they went out of their way to fix it. They got me and my family back on the road. Love these people so much this world needs more people like them. I would recommend them to anyone.

If you are not one of their Harley riding buddies, don't waste your time. Check your bill, they charged me for things they did not do. It is like a restaurant, you don't know it's bad till you try it, well this one is really bad. You have been warned. Andy at Bigfoot Cycles took great care of me! I wanted to get my old dirtbike up and running for my son, and another big bike shop in the area wouldn't even look at it because it was more than 10 years old. Andy at Bigfoot said, "Sure, I'll take a look at it for you". It was fixed at the exact date as promised and took the time to walk me through all the repairs he did.. excellent service!

Bigfoot Cycle is owned and operated by Andy and Katie who are absolutely great people to do business with. Andy installed an S&S 106 Hot Set and an S&S Fly wheel into my 2009 Harley Davidson FLHTCU Ultra Classic. After the installation and break in, a Dyno tune was performed. The peak HP is now 102.76 HP and the peak torque is now 107.87 pounds of torque and that's with stock heads (The new stock M8 107 specs are not as good). If I also selected ported heads and a 58 mm throttle body, the numbers would be over 110 pounds of torque. So let me give you some advice. Instead of buying a new bike with the new bike payments, have Andy install the S&S 106 Hot set in your current Harley Davidson Motor Cycle. You won't regret it. BTW, the passing power is freaking awesome. Thanks Andy!
