My car battery was shot from age and cold weather, walked and Cliff was there and ready to help. He got the best fit for my car and even taught me how to do it myself. Will be coming back here for my supplies from now on.

Always get the best service in the location!!!!!!! Have been in frequently recently bc I purchased a new (to me) car and I've been upgraded it. The guys are always laughing and helpful. And act like brothers.

I received some excellent customer service at this location, I was purchasing a fuel injection clear but the price I thought I saw on the shelf ($5.99)was different from the one that rang up ($8.99) but without checking I was given the lower price and thanked for my purchase. Now that was awesome.

Battery died. It Was raining, cold, and 8am didn t think could get a battery installed but Justin At autozone in Thomas Crossroads said he would be happy throw in my battery and test everything. I was Surprised!!! Got my battery in and found out alternator wasn t performing right. So I jokingly asked if he put it in he kindly gave me card to a commercial shop that can get me in and out right away seeing this was my only daily driven car. I am 100% lucky I came to this store that day. Saved me time money and those especially in this month is a blessing ..

On our way to Peachtree City from out of town when our battery died! After our jump, I had called as soon as AutoZone opened to make sure they had the battery I needed, and that they would be able to install it. When I arrived it was on the counter ready for me! Cliff installed it, in the rain, without hesitation and a smile on the whole time! So glad they were there for us!

AutoZone Auto Parts.Automotive parts store specializing in consumer automobiles. Conveniently located in Newnan GA. Helpful and polite staff. They have several free services including free advice, help locating parts, check engine light analysis and many more. Great for DIY enthusiasts and also people who have the inclination to fix or maintain cars themselves. You will atleast save the labor cost and upselling if any when you visit the dealership or a mechanic.

Justin Came out checked my battery and made sure everything was okay. Showed me I needed a new battery and he would change it. He also saw I was low on brake and coolant. He help get me a new battery and filled up the fluids after purchasing them. 100% recommend great service and manners

I purchased some tail light bulbs at a different auto parts store. I put the bulbs in and it didn t work. Went back to the store and the gentleman there just kept saying it s the right bulb but didn t offer other help. I went to AutoZone to double check that I had the right part. The gentleman there looked it up and said yes it was correct. He came out to my car and showed me the minor mistake I was making when I put the bulb in. He then helped me put everything back together. I was so impressed. I didn t buy the bulb at the store, but the gentleman was so gracious and helpful. Five stars aren t enough.

Cliff is absolutely amazing. Customer service over the top. I ve had bad experiences with autozone in the past and he just renewed my faith in them. Will definitely be back and can t recommend them more. If you go here ask for Cliff and he will get you taken care of.

Went to Thomas Crossing Autozone in Newnan we were stranded with a battery we couldnt install but 3 heroes showed up Cliff,Roland and Branden and installed our battery they were nice, and kind and got us up and running in 10 mins,we will always come ro this location for all our future needs GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Thank youHarry and Lydia Romero

Been going here since I had my scion tC (about 3 years) Dustin Norway (The store manager) was the best! Helped me out with my brake light! Store was clean and well organized,as well as the parking lot. DEFINITELY recommend! Love this store!

Stopped in on Monday morning to get a new battery for my truck. The store manager, Cliff, was the first person to greet me as I walked into the store. He was friendly, welcoming and of course ready to help me with my battery issue and get it swapped out. The store was clean, service was efficient and customer service was top notch. With multiple auto parts stores within a couple miles, I will always choose to stop in here to do business. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. This morning I called the store looking for a car battery. Cliff answered, and was able to locate in the system the batteries for my car. When I arrived to purchase the battery, to my surprise, Cliff had already brought all the available options to the register and made the check out process so easy and quick. Cliff also installed the battery for me which was such a great help. Throughout the entire interaction Cliff was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was very sweet to my young daughter as well. It was really a pleasure getting wonderful customer service from him. Customer service that he provided this morning is difficult to come by these days. I will be sure to return to this location for any of my auto needs.

Great service. Bryant, Lucas, and Ethan were great help. Went out of the way to show exceptional service by helping while i worked on my car in the parking lot. Lucas even brought his own toolbox for tools i was short on!

I knew I needed a battery so off to my local Auto Zone I went. Cliff, the store manager, was awesome. Friendly and efficient. Cannot believe how quickly he got me back on the road. This store is so well run with a very customer focused vibe.

Came in for a battery as a new driver and don t know how to install it. However, Cliff, the store manager stepped in and helped me look the perfect car battery and helped me sign up for AutoZone membership! He was very respectful and helpful! Would recommend everyone to come here!

Lucas, Cliff and the entire team working on 2/14/23 went above and beyond to help me with my dead battery. Lucas helped me for 45 minutes and even pulled his personal vehicle up to jump off my car. Great customer service and very professional. Thank you!

Excellent customer service!! My older high mileage car, gave me a caution message of oil level low .I stopped at the AutoZone 2097 Hwy 154 in Newnan,GA. The store manager checked the oil level with me. While I observed, he added oil.He then checked the oil level with me observing to make sure that the correct amount of oil was added.I highly recommend this AutoZone store for parts and guidance on what is needed.

My wife's car was slow to crank. So, I went in and had my battery checked. The check revealed my battery was ok. However, since my battery was nearly 3 years old. I decided to go ahead and purchase a new one, so my wife wouldn't be stranded.I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free replacement when Cliff, the store manager, discovered I still had a few days left on my warranty. In spite of the battery test stating "ok," Cliff said if I wasn't happy...he would replace it under warranty because that was the right thing to do.What rare and unexpected customer service! Great job Cliff!I speak across the USA and write about Blue-Collar Leadership and relationship building in the workplace. The foundation of a great business is building trust with customers. The store manager definitely built trust with me. It's the reason I took the time to leave this review!
