The tester should have been up front, and told me that the vehicle probably will not pass the test with the check engine light on, before testing the vehicle. If he would have done this, I would have taken the car directly to a mechanic and saved the $20.00 (some repair shops are testing centers and have vehicle emissions testing equipment). After contacting the tester by telephone, and voicing my concerns of not being transparent up-front, and taking my $20.00 before telling me I failed the test, (if it was my business, I would not charge anything if you fail the test) the tester had absolutely no regard for my concerns, and was short. His approach to my concerns was unprofessional, authoritarian, with no courtesy. I am getting my car repaired now at a very reputable mechanic shop that has on site emissions testing and will never ever go back to this place.

Not bad. The owner is vocal about politics so be aware of the comments you make. Also if you are from CA he just doesn't want you moving to GA. Overall the place is just like a regular old shop. He was pleasant did a good job and I was in and out of there very quickly.

I got there a few minutes after they opened. Thomas took me in right away. He stood back keeping his distance while I got out. He directed me to chairs that were an appropriate distance from the car. He finished my test, so I was in and out quickly. Thomas was very nice and friendly.

I go here every year and I have never had a problem. I never have to wait in line more than a few minutes. They guy recently is nice and polite, not talkative and friendly like the guy in the past. I don't feel like I'm going to be taken by this place like I have been by another emission place in the past. But, in and out and your done.

Got my emissions test done here. The tester was friendly, worked quickly and got me out of there. Happy with the service and will be the rest of my cars here.

I had the misfortune of going here today around 3:00. As I pulled up the guy working inside threw his hand up in frustration. Apparently, he was the only one working and his boss told him that he could go home at 3:00 if no one showed up before then. He was very unplesant and rude, even after I apologized for coming (during normal business hours). He spent the whole time complaining about how he couldn't go to the lake, and how his Memorial Day Weekend was now ruined, apparently because I had the audacity to ask him to do his job. The service was adequate, just be sure to call ahead to be ensure that you aren't burdening anyone with your business

Very informative and honest. Detailed the conditions upon what was needed for the vehicle to pass regarding sensors vs mechanical. Didn't charge anything until we returned 4 days later. 18$.

Adorable and peppy scrawny old fella did my test and told me three snake-bite stories while I waited. And one joke to go. Quick and efficient but entertaining.

No doors were open or unlocked. I went to the service station to find out when would it open because it's 12:00 p.m. I was told to blow my horn and wait, then knock on the doors and windows because someone was inside, No one ever came out.

I have used them since I moved to Georgia and have met many of the gentleman that work the shop and they are very knowledgeable about their work and if you fail they tell you exactly what you you need to do and the procedure for the retest.

This guy's great, I see him every year. Even though my catalytic converter failed inspection this year, he makes the process as simple and painless as possible.

I did get my emissions at this location, I say that because most of the places it says that I have visited, it's from when I worked driving for Uber, my phone thinks I went to all these places where I dropped off passengers LOL but I actually did go here. The guy was very nice. My car failed emissions and he said it's your gas cap oh, you need a new gas cap and they're like $15 at the most. I went down to AutoZone, got the gas cap, went back up there because it's free the second time and it passed so he said there was only one other thing it could be but he was pretty sure it was just an old gas cap. So I was happy that it was nothing major. My mom helps me the year before and then my sister helps me in 2018 and both times I went here, I had a pleasant experience. In-N-Out and the attendant was knowledgeable and very nice

Quick and courteous. Gentleman answered a couple questions about getting my 2nd car to pass as it has a check engine light showing. I fixed the 2nd car and will bring it back Monday morning

Not knowing diesels are exempt from emissions and my dealer telling me to go get an emissions for my registration I show up to get an emissions test and am informed that I don t need an emissions test. Great. He adds that also my vehicle weighs over 8501 lbs. I said it grosses 11500 but right now weighs 7700lbs. He says no when it left the factory it weight 11500. I tried to explain that no that is with payload.He finished with I don t have time to argue with an idiot. Just thought I d share
