This advance branch is horrible. The staff is very rude and act like it is a chore to to help you. No one greets you, they just treat you like a nuisance here. Management needs help big time.

Lilly was not very helpful, tried to sell me an office tube for 47 dollar, insisting that was the correct product, when in reality, the part is only 2.34. She had no explanation as to why she insisted on selling me a part that was more than 10 times the price of factory equipment. Unacceptable. Will be taking my business to orilies.

Terrible service at this store. In urgent need of customer relations training. Person behind the counter was extremely rude and had zero interest in helping...I would buy my auto parts at one of the other stores.

Very unprofessional in this location. They were talking about fighting someone and getting locked up. I bought. 25$ tool that broke immediately when I used it. I tried to return it and they told me that they won t do returns on opened tools. I don t dislike advanced but I ll never shop at this one again. AutoZone has better employees that know what they are doing in this area.

Wonderful experience and stellar customer service! All the guys spent over an hour helping me install new (highly complicated) wiper blades, all while there was a thunderstorm pouring down on us. They wanted to make sure I was safe out on the roads and really went the extra mile to ensure I had the correct blades. 100% would recommend.

The manager refuses to take back parts that you tried to install. Long story short, they sold me the wrong battery with the wrong cranking Amp that was not meant to go to the car and now he refuses to return the money. Please avoid this parts store. Manager is rude and doesn't want to listen.

Absolute worst experience I ve ever had at this location in the 20 years I ve been using this location. Amazed at how horrible the customer service has changed. Went in for some Gorilla glue and two oil filters and oil for my UTV only to have the manager and another associate start to argue about if they had the oil filter I needed before I even gave them a part number. Then had the manager walk away from the register as if he didn t want to look up the parts. I happily left the items I intended to purchase on the counter and walked out so they could finish their dispute.Luckily AUTO ZONE at Thomas Crossroads has super friendly employees and was happy to help me find everything I needed. I swear 5 different guys asked me if I needed help with anything the 5 minutes I was in there. Never again will I go to Advanced Auto Parts at Thomas Crossroads.

Antonio, the GM of the store, refused to return items from another advanced auto parts. After speaking with another associate, Sam, Sam returned my parts with no problem. Antonio just didn't want to type a few numbers into the system for the return.... so he lied and told us we couldn't return it here at Thomas Crossroads. Antonio was very rude and I cannot believe he is the GM of the store. Not quite sure why Antonio is the GM.... Sam should be promoted.

The staff at this Advanced Auto is incredible. Antonio and Samuel were so friendly and helpful and went beyond all customer service expectations to help me. I would never go to another location after the incredible experience I had!!!

I like Advance. I'd rather go there than the other two auto places on the intersection. Folks are nice. They have a lot of parts. The only reason they get four stars not five is the marketing gimmick Corporate used. The day after I bought a premium battery for the car they emailed me a 20% off my next purchase of $50 or more. Duh! I needed that discount before I bought the battery! Next time I need a battery I will get it from the place next to Sam's club.

Antonio and Aaron from newnan AAP helped me with my Jeep Wrangler and were able to spot and correct the problem in minutes. They were extremely nice and even spotted me some jumper cables instead making me pay for them. This place is the best around!!

Been an advanced customer a long time. Guy doesn t know how to return a oil special to do an even swap for the correct oil filter. Wants to lose my business for $4.

LeeAnn is such a great customer service manager. She got us to the parts that we need for our car, short handed and all LeeAnn took care of us. A very good multitasking person very patient, and knows what she doing. Thanks so so very much LeeAnn! My Saturday ended up not stress.

While you can get most anything at Wal-Mart, if you need car or truck parts, I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts. They have a Hugh inventory, and anything I have needed has always been in stock.The best part of shopping here, is the staff of knowledgeable employees who can help you get the right parts for your repair.My wife has also shopped here for parts while I work on her car.Highly recommended.

My battery died unexpectedly. I got a boost, drove straight to Advance at Thomas Crossroads. I had a very important appt I needed to make it to. These guys looked up and found my battery, I paid, they installed my battery and had me on my way in a matter of about 15 minutes and I made my appt. This place is awesome. It's where we ALWAYS go! Thanks again guys!

This store has posted hours both on the front of the store & online that they are open until 9PM & after arriving at 6:05 PM they had a hand written note on the front door that they are closing at 6PM. The employees were about 15 feet from the door & when I knocked on the door none of the employees would turn around & acknowledge that anyone was at the door. If they can t staff a location they need to change their posted hours as not to waste everyone else s time driving to a closed store.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service. Avoid at all costs. My wife tried to get a new battery for her keyless entry key fob, and they said they couldn't help her, as they were, and I quote "scared to break it." And then she asked if they could at least look up which one it took so she could buy it and have me do it at home to which they replied "no, we cannot look it up either." Save yourself a trip and go to a REAL auto parts store O'REILLY Auto Parts!!!!!!

Easily the worst customer service of any AAP that I've ever been to. Always seem understaffed at peak times. Stood at register for 5 minutes and no one was inside the store that I could tell.
