Employee Dennis was so, so helpful! He was extremely knowledgeable. When asked if he liked working here, he said "yes, because I love helping people." Excellent customer service!

Darlene was very nice on the phone and in person. She helped in the sale and Manager Ken was very helpful in making me a satisfied customer. Will shop there again.

Windshield wiper that I bought from Advanced Auto came off my car because it was faulty. Was told by multiple employees that I could exchange it if I had the receipt or a piece of the wiper from the box. I had both. When my wife tried to exchange it the employee that day was going to do it but need to ask the manager how to put it into their system. The manager then proceeded to tell my wife he doesn't care what any of his employees said that he is the manager and his name is Darryl. My wife could have been seriously injured when that wiper came off. Darryl doesn't seem to care he didn't offer her an exchange. Lost a customer over a basic wiper exchange that we bought less than a week ago. In the end I called my credit card provider and canceled the payment. Looks like Darryl lost a customer and the money what a joke!

What can I say about Advance Auto ? It's on Temple Ave. and there are 3 other Auto part stores in a row. I'll say that Advance is clean and shelves are neat as well as organized.The employees seem to be over worked because there is never enough employees working. Also, only one employee knows what is going on so other employee has to wait to inquire what and where things are ?Look, Auto part stores are just that , Auto parts of every kind that the store can shove under a small building to accommodate every guy that thinks he or she is a mechanic.Give Advance a try before the other three and You too can be a know it all mechanic !?

I m not normally one to leave reviews, but my visit this evening was quite ridiculous. Walked in, walked exactly to where I knew the item I was looking should, could not find. Walked around to look a couple of other places, still could not find. I pull the item up on Advanced auto parts website to show the guy exactly what I am looking for and the part number, he barely looks up from his phone and says, should be in the help isle . I said I realize that, but unless I overlooked it, I didn t see it, at that point, I would at least expect him to offer to help, that did not happen! 5 more minutes is what I spent looking for it and then decided to just go check out. Still on his phone, I walked up to the counter, happened to look behind him where low behold, there s what I m looking for. I walked past the counter, grabbed the item, put it on the counter and said it was behind you this whole time in which his reply was is this all you need ? Yes I understand it was 30 minutes to close, however, what I don t understand is why choose a customer service job if your going to give poor customer service.

When I walked into the store, I was greeted by the three Associates who were working near the front entrance. Jacob offered to help me... and proceeded to take care of the details concerning my order that I had placed the evening before via the Advance Auto Parts website. I really like the order online and pick up in-store feature, because I can easily read the details and the features of each product and make an informed decision... plus online shopping is convenient while saving loads of time.Upon completion of my visit, I told Jacob that he made my experience great and pleasantly memorable.

I liked it so much I got a job here. I needed to fix my car and they were so helpful. I was watching you tube videos to try to fix my car. They helped me figure things out and select the right parts. Working here is challenging and I learn something new ever day. It can be very rewarding helping others.

Had our battery changed. Bought the battery online. Had our car jumped so that we can drive here which is close to home. Both guys in the store were very helpful. They noticed the corroded battery and cleaned it as much as they could to put in the new battery. We needed a part changed so they recommended a mechanic to us. The manager was personally working to help clean the part to take out the screw properly with no success since he doesn't have the tools mechanics have. But we really appreciate the effort. He did put in the new battery for us and gave us the part we needed to replace the part that was corroded. Great service and friendly people.

After leaving AAP on Bullsboro drive because the girl there would not even come out from behind the counter to help me find what I was looking for, I drove over to the Temple avenue location and I am so glad I did! I was looking for a pin for my hitch as we were heading out of town. I don't know if it was the manager but there was a man and a young lady there who both bent over backwards to help me. They even came outside and looked at my hitch to make sure the pins would work! And the man that was helping me, he may have been a manager, I'm not sure, but he crawled under my Jeep making sure that this pin he had would fit inside the hitch. They're great help at Temple Ave. store, unlike the Bullsboro one. I will def return to this location!

Didn t catch his name but he seemed like a manager. He Was very helpful and explained the specific return policy on the item I was buying because it was different than others.

Had to get my battery changed today. Walked into the Temple Avenue location and Jacob was happy to assist. He was very professional and sweet. He took the time to clean the terminals and put new grease on too. Super friendly guy and great service. thanks Jacob

Was super pleased with the great customer service I received at Advance Auto Parts on Temple Av in Newnan, GA.Trent put new batteries in my key fob which was a bit tricky. I had tried to but struggled to even open it. I left a happy customer and highly recommend this friendly store!!

Best store ever!!! Darrick is especially a big help. I needed some codes read from my engine and he was very specific and he didn't give me the run around like other stores leaving me clueless. Best thing ever, he saved me from spending way more money than what I needed!!!

I had to replace my battery. I know it says that they replace them, but I found out that it depends on what kind of car you have. Of course, mine is one that they aren't allowed to do because it has a battery "compartment" that the battery sits in. The guy didn't take it apart, but he offered guidance on what I needed to remove to give him access to the battery. So I removed everything, he replaced the battery and everybody was happy!

Guy was on the phone when I walked in, a lady was doing something with something. A line formed but no one was in any hurry to check us out. We all waited about 7-10 mins twiddling my thumbs before the guy ended the call and checked us out. It was a Friday afternoon.

Great place to go when you want to work on your own stuff. The staff is knowledgible and friendly. The prices are very competitive and their return policy is solid. For me it's the only place I go.

Just left AutoZone.. very frustrated I went in asking about a ball Towing kit the guy refused to help me told me to go over there and get what I need so I left and headed over to Advance Auto there was so pleasant I'm so very pleased with all the gentleman that was there today they were willing to show me the one I need to get as well as take the old one off and replace it we purchase one from U-Haul well the trailer that we just purchased required a 1 7/8 ball for Towing I just want to say thank you very much for your customer service the manager on Duty was Trent I hope I spelled his name correctly but awesome customer service

Found the part I was looking for, but couldn't get an employee to acknowledge me. Waited at the register for 2 minutes, still no acknowledgment, walked out. No customer service. Won't be back!

They never have what I need. Never. And also one time I requested help to read a code my check engine light came on. The said that doesn't have scanner, since long time ago. That's was his response. I never come back this place.
