I HIGHLY recommend this shop to everyone!!!!! The workers are nice, honest, and down to earth. They literally have the best prices out of everyone else that quoted my car( which is every shop in newnan). My corolla is a very weird color (gray changes to blue when the sun hits it) but that was no problem for Action Auto. The paint job looks exactly like the rest of my car. I want to thank Tommy, Bobby, Amanda, and the rest of the amazing Action Auto family for fixing my baby at the best price. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to do their business here...you won't regret it.

Action did a great job on my 2005 Honda Accord. Bought a used car with lots of rust and dings and now my car looks brand new! I didn't expect my car to look as good as it did for the price, but was I surprised. Great price and great work. Also got my car back in a few days. my family used this company for repairs on one of our vehicles after a wreck and after sending the car back twice still got it back in worse condition than before. They aren t honest people and are a complete rip off. Please don t give these people your money. I paid 5 Thousand dollars to them for a 2 stage paint job and received a single stage paint. Something that should have been 2 Thousand. When I initially dropped the car off they told me 2-3weeks, a highly quality job, and they d keep me updated. I received my car incompleted at 4 weeks because I got tired of their lies, nor did I receive updates, or the paint job I was promised. I have spots on the body panels where the paint didn t even touch. I read other bad reviews and still decided to give them a chance. I should ve went elsewhere. Lesson learned. I will be filling a lawsuit against them.Service: Painting

Other places wanted to schedule my repair 3 months out. 3 Months! Action took on the job and after getting parts only took one week to get my car fixed. Replaced the front right section, lights, and hood on my Honda CRV. There was a lot more involved, removing broken parts, adding new ones, color matching, painting, etc. You guys did a great job. Kept me informed and updated throughout. I would go back to these guys any time I need repairs.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

It s going to cost me more money to fix what they messed up and did not fix it properly they did not get over spray off it don t lineup it s a different color where they painted the fen I got another estimate to fix what they did not fix it was 3,200 where I got the estimate they told me I was not the first one they had to bring truck to get fixed over y all told me that you had to use Aftermarket parts and yall that was going to give money back because you can t fix it. But every one said I should have gone somewhere else they just lied about everything but karma will gets yall yall lying about I sign up to get yalls money before yall did any work if i did not yall would not got for it 800 dollars mirrow yall put 25 dollars crome on it charge 2200 dollars for bumper on but the insurance did not pay for finder yall mess up so i got them to pay where yall mess it up thanks for paying out of pocket to fix the first time if not i would a mess up truck the body said thats not the first one they fix where mess up

FANTASTIC! All I can say is WOW! We brought in a mechanically sound 1996 Camry that needed a lot of cosmetic TLC. After getting 3 estimates we decided on Action Auto Painting and are glad we did. Bobby and Tommy removed all the dings, dents, rust and chips and transformed our workhorse into factory fresh appearance. They even re-conditioned the headlamps which were so oxidized and faded. Now they look like new! They also sanded down and painted the rusty trailer hitch. Also reconditioned and painted the hubcaps which look great. To top it all off they applied a cool gold pinstripe to finish the cars beautiful appearance. All for a very competitive price. Give Action Auto Painting a try, you will be glad you did! BOBBY AND TOMMY ARE AWESOME!

Please do not trust this body shop! I'm not sure how the shop even has 4.2 's. The 2 brothers working here (Bobby and Tommy) are very crooked along with their daughter "handling the finances". You really have NO IDEA what's going on behind closed doors. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever seen!!! Bobby appraised the damage, wrote me an estimate, then took off on a 2 week drinking spree and left his brother struggling to handle the business. Tommy told me this out of his own mouth. I was originally told it would take one week to fix my car. IT SAT THERE FOR 3 WEEKS. I would periodically go check on my car, still to find no work to be done. There were mountain dew cans, Dr. Pepper cans, razor blades, and rolls of tape sat all on the vehicle. VERY DISAPPOINTED! They send over the highest estimate to the insurance company, but then go find cheaper parts to install on the vehicles. For instance: wrote on my estimate the bumper would cost $350 for the part, but then Tommy slipped up and said it only cost $80. At the VERY LEAST, the two guys could have done a satisfying job as they promised. My car looks horrible. The paint doesn't MATCH AT ALL, it's dripping down the entire car. When the sunlight beams on the car there are swirls all over, this is from inconsistent sanding. Thanks, but NO THANKS. PLEASE DON'T ALLOW THESE PHONYS TO FOOL YOU!Service: Painting

WARNING!! Stay away if you value your vehicle. Dishonest owner and staff! Quoted to replace fender and bumper with materials for a price and simply repaired the fender and bumper. However, repair was horrible!!I went back and forth with them for three months and they kept giving me the run around about obtaining oem parts. They ordered incorrect parts multiple tomes and then stated they were having a hard time locating the correct part. I finally gave up on them and decided to share my experience with google reviews when they told me, "sorry there is nothing you can do pay us more and we will get you a different bumper with hardware"At current time the repaired bumper has paint peeling, the bumper caps have fallen off, and one of the corners of bumper has blue residue from the repair they did. I never asked for a repair!! I paid for a replacement. They will smile in your face and tell you they are working on fixing their dishonesty but they will not.Hope this saves someone else from hell on earth.God bless them!

They were so great!!! Affordable and the work done was impeccable. So happy with the work done at action. Will highly recommend to friends and family. Went to Abra before I went to action and they ripped me off and also stole parts from my car!!! Action worked with us to get the problem solved and I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much action auto, y'all are awesome!!!

These folks do excellent work for the money. They will give you a paint job on par with your budget. I've have several vehicles painted here with all results being above expectations that were set. They really try hard to execute great value!!

Quoted me a price that was 50% cheaper than any comparable quote I received to repaint my truck,fix a dent and replace my hood. Finished the work the same week and it looks great. I couldn t be happier.

Absolute worse experience I have ever had with a business. So unprofessional! Says one thing does the total opposite.. he doesn't have you sign any paperwork! Not to mention my car turned out horrible paint wasn't the same color. Bumper wasn't fixed. Headlight wasnt put in properly. Before I took my car there my key Fob was working. Once I picked it up! It was not. Only reason I'm giving one star cause I can't give 0. I would stay away from this business if you want good professional work!

I have an older Class B Roadtrax Camper that needed painting. I took the ole girl to a shop on US 29 and 34, and the owner quoted me a ridiculous $10,000 bill and three (3) months to paint. Also I was offered a camper wrap for $5,000. That was the kiss-off. Another shop on the Bypass said they only do collision, but referred me to Action Auto Painting. I drove down to Action, almost drove away for it was a dump, but I needed a paint-job. First, don't judge a book by the cover. I was not looking for an apartment, just a paint-job. Bobby and Tommy did not present themselves as professional businessmen, but man can they paint a camper. Second, professionals do what they do best. I wasn't looking for an accountant, just someone who could do a good job on my Roadtrax. I have an earned doctorate, state license, professional certification, but I can't paint a camper. Bobby and Tommy don't have their doctoral credentials, they can paint, and make your day with their quote (10 times cheaper than the first guy). I am happy driving my new-looking camper; men don't like ugly trucks. Thank you Bobby and Tommy, you made me smile.

These guys are not honest they don't speak the truth. I took them expensive clear to use on my they swapped my stuff for cheaper and kept mine. My car looked horrible I ended up repainting it myself and was pleased. Beware!!!!!!

Hey This family of brothers have been raised from kids in aoo body shop! The thing about this family is that they are going to do the job that you asked them to do! I Would test their painting knowledge against anyone! They have my 55 Chevrolet belair! It's a Color change! With the jam's painted and I would refer anyone, to this shop!!!!

This place is NOT TRUSTWORTHY !!! I would NOT recommend them!!! They also have a huge attitude problem with customers. Watched a man and woman ahead of us come out mad! I recommend you go somewhere else!!!

Half the price of Bypass body shop and only needs my vehicle 1 day as opposed to 5 at bypass. Doesn't look as fancy but don't judge a book by its cover

This place is ridiculous! I dropped my car off a month ago, they told me it would be ready that weekend I dropped it off. It s been a whole month now and I still don t have my car.
