ONE OF THEIR MECHANICS DID NOT DISCONNECT THE BATTERY BEFORE INSTALLING THE IGNITION INTERLOCK DEVICE AND BURNT OUT A PART THAT CAUSED MY CAR TO NO LONGER START. ONE OF THE OTHER MECHANICS SAID HE WAS LAZY AND DIDN'T WANT TO DO IT. THEY TOLD ME THIS AFTER I SAT THERE FOR 5 HOURS AND WHEN IT WAS TIME TO CLOSE THEY SAID OH WELL YOU NEED TO CALL A TOW..I WAS MAD AS HELL THEY MESSED UP MY CAR AND PUSHED ME OUT THE DOOR AT CLOSING TIME AND BASICALLY SAID DEAL WITH IT...i HAVE CONTACTED A LAWYER. THE OWNER IS JUST AS NASTY AS THE LAZY MECHANIC THAT TORE UP MY CAR. ONE OF THE DECENT MECHANICS SAID THAT IF HE WOULD HAVE DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY CABLE LIKE HE SHOULD HAVE THIS WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED. IT COST $750 TO FIX MY CAR!!!! JUST SPOKE WITH THE OWNER AND HE REFUSES TO REMIMBURSE ME!!! AWFUL PEOPLE!!!

This is the second day I have brought my car in to this shop I had two new tires put on yesterday that have caused my car to drive very bumpy ride. They will not accept that it was something they did. They added a weight to the tire. I truly believe they sold me a used tire. I will never use this company again. Bad service.I demand my money back for the bad tire.

Do not even trust your money or waste your time with these people..! Completely incompetent person answered the phone, told me he had the tire "no problem". Drove 30 miles, huge problem, no tire in stock..! Were you kidding or incompetent? The owner Blake was a rude and horrible man, zero customer service. The solution was to blame the misquote on me. Do yourself a favor, call Goodyear in Albany, wonderful service, no idiots.

I purchased a vehicle today and drove from North Carolina to get it. After purchasing the vehicle I brought it in to have the tires balanced on the newer car I just purchased and also the vehicle my buddy drove us down in. I m thankful i did this because the tires on the one vehicle needed to be replaced and we had no clue. These guys are honest and truly good people and I suggest bringing your vehicle in for which Blake and his father both have your best interest in mind and are not the type of people to try to sell you something you don t need.Thanks Thomas Tire Co.!

Thomas tires is family owned. You will usually see father and son working the front desk. They stand behind their products and services and are honest. I highly recommend them!

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff offering a wide variety of products from Goodyear tires, Traeger Grills and services including tires, brakes, alignments, oil changes, suspensions, and more. I got what I needed at a competitive price and have been treated like family.

I began doing business with Thomas Tire after moving to Moultrie a couple of years ago, having already done business with another Goodyear dealer in Albany.Thomas Tire is fair on pricing, and I always feel like my patronage is valued whether I am getting an oil change, having my tire pressure corrected, or getting a tire repair as part of my roadside assistance package.It was a good decision to do business with Thomas Tire. They are family operated and have good old fashioned service.

Very rude and unhelpful people. Called this morning to ask if they had a certain tire in stock....proceeded to to tell me I won't find it "anywhere south of Atlanta". What a bunch of numb nuts. The man on the phone didn't offer any replacements to the tire or any help in general. I was able to find one in Valdosta. Don't recommend this place at all

I got a very rude vibe when dealing with this company. Like they didn t have any to do any work with a black man. I know that s taboo. But it s honestly how they made me feel. So I took my business elsewhere

Man theses ppl are rude and so in professional i called and asked about some tires and both times I've called I've been told by the same person Donnie i couldn't find them damn tires if i was living in california i didnt ask for all that .know here is my review UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO THEY CUSTOMERS
