Don t take your car here. Had an awful experience. Took my car on my lunch break for a simple oil change. Halfway back to work I hear a loud scraping against the road. They didn t secure back the skid plate underneath my car. When I called and asked for the manager he acted completely indifferent to the situation. Eventually they sent an employee to zip tie it back to my car.I drove back to the shop and the first and only thing out of the manager s mouth was You beat him back? Referring to me arriving before the employee that came out to the meet me at my car on side of the road. I wasn t offered a refund, apology, explanation, nothing.I missed a meeting at work, wasted a lunch break, and got nothing but ticked off.I don t typically leave reviews for businesses, let alone negative ones, but this is unacceptable. If I treated a customer with this level of disregard I would be out of a job.Absolute trash of an operation.

My dad went to this place and the man told my Dad it would be 69.95 for an oil change during the oil change the man about put the wrong oil in the car and then after all said and done they made my dad pay 95.76 so don't ever come here unless you want to be over charged and the man said it's privately owned.no way to run a business!

The guys were nice enough but they never checked everything they said they checked like my tire pressure or wipers for what I paid those should have been checked

Haven't used the oil change service but by far my fav do-it-yourself car wash! Also has a debit card function! You can just turn it off when you're done instead of having to keep inserting quarters. Strong suction on car vacs as well!

I like this place because they are very quick. You drive and remain in your vehicle during the entire process. There were at least 3 people working on the vehicle simultaneously which really expedited what would normally be torture at Walmart. You spend a little more, but it is worth it to me.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very professional employees, they went out of thier way to help me even though they were closing for the day. Still checked my oil for me and put back a oil filter for me so I could get an oil change the next weekend. They are short on my filters can't get then in fast enough to stay stocked. They don't answer the phone for starters. Not overly friendly or helpful. The guy assumed he knew what I would need before even looking so he told me a price and then told me a different one. Didn't even try to price match so I'm not sure who everyone else on here dealt with but obviously not this guy. He was sitting outside on his phone or something of the sort when I came up so obviously they were not busy and probably won't stay that way with his lack of people skills.

Jeremy and his team are the best !! They are the living examples ....it simply doesn't take an hour to get your oil changed. I have never waited over 25 minutes.. .Fast and friendly service plus a free car wash. Keep up the good work guys

Walmart's service center turned me away claiming there would be a 3 to 4 hour wait, since I had 6 to 7 cars in front of me with only 2 techs working on them. I didn't even know the Shell Rapid Lube existed when my wife mentioned if as an alternative. I arrived at 5:28, 2 minutes before close. I noticed the business hours as I walked in, and I told the three man crew that I could just come back tomorrow if they were about to close. They were kind and completed the oil change with a smile, saying that it wasn't a problem and they would be happy to do it. After the oil change, they even told me about the complimentary car wash and took the time to show me where to pull around for it. The service was excellent, and the guys working there tonight earned a new customer. 10/10 service and speed, I would recommend them to anyone.

I only had a small amount of time to get my vehicle serviced but knew it needed it. everyone went right to work and we were out of there in 20 minutes and that included a free car wash! I highly recommend

They are knowledgeable, fast and courteous. I've been getting my oil change services here for a couple of years now and never once had a bad experience. Great place, great people and competitive pricing. Highly recommend using them for your automotive lube services!

I am giving only three stars Because they are not open on Saturday for the working people this is not good Why not take Sunday and Monday off ?

I use them for my oil change they are always fast and courteous. They take the time to answer any questions I have. Prices are in line with everyone else. They offer free cat wash with oil change and vacuum front floor of your vehicle.

I never see the manager there. I would go everyday to see if I could speak with him and he never seems to be there.manager doesn't look professional kinda looks like a homeless guy who doesn't own clippers. The wash bays always full of trash and hardly ever works. Y'all seem to go through alot of people witch I blame on the way the bussines is running. The bathroom looks horrible they stations always looks a mess. Safty doesn't look like a priority. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Too busy talking about personal stuff, and one was too busy trying to get out cause his girlfriend was there to take him to lunch. No one wore mask. Will never go there again to high price of poor serviceService: Oil changeService: Oil change

2 out of the 3 self serve car wash bays never work. Theres either no water pressure or the machine just eats your money. This is the 5th or 6th time its happened to me. Will not be using this service again
