Had me drive an hour long just to meet him then tells me after I look at all the cars he's not interested in trading and said that he never wanted to tradeWhen I sent him the messages that clearly showed that he wanted to look at it and trade.He made up excuses on why he doesn't want to trade nowAbsolute waste of time and horrible customer service Don't trust these people

Asked the company explicitly if the engine made any knocking noises before we made a 5 hour round trip and he told us no. Had 2 mechanics listen to it and both said the engine cam was making the noise and would be at least $3000 to repair. AC also did not work and he said it did.

This is a small used car dealership. It seemed pretty sketchy to just wait in a gutted office building, and Saul tried to rush me with signing paperwork. All 4 tires were different sizes and brands, and the car had no spare. Most of the buttons on the drivers door didn t work, and 3 out of the 4 tire pressure sensors were inoperable, and the tires were all 10-12 pounds over pressure. Brought the car to be aligned today and found out that the left rear tire had broken cords sticking out of it. If you re going to shop here, be very careful about what you buy and sign.

This place is garbage! I bought a 2011 Buick LaCrosse from them and it did not run for 48 hours. When I called to tell the owner and his wife about the issue, they offered no assistance and were rude. I am now stuck trying to repair the car which is 2,000 after paying 6,000 for the car. A real slop shop

This is a small used car lot but they are good people and do what they say. They sold us a good car but that is not the only thing that makes them good. There was a problem with the tag arriving but they were on it!!! They made it happen!! Great customer service!!
