Best body shop and the most up to date equipment in the area. Check out Robert Hutson Ford Lincoln the next time you are looking for a vehicle and be sure to ask for Trev Simmons. My experience was low pressure and high service. I never had to ask for anything twice. Even after the sale when paperwork needed to be corrected he was always available. My new truck was delivered to me over 150 miles away. I could not have had a better experience.

Trev Simmons has always taken great care of my family when we are looking for a vehicle. Plus, if you ever have an issue or just need to have your vehicle serviced, Bharat Patel and his team in the service department go to great lengths to take care of you quickly and professionally. Robert Hutson Ford, Trev Simmons, and the Hutson service department continue to provide me with excellent vehicles and service. They are always there for me, regardless of my need! Austin Crosby is by far the best car salesman I've ever had! I've purchased allot of vehicles in my life and this was the best experience ever. I purchased a 2019 Lincoln navigator, the buying experience at this dealership has been top notch! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you Austin for everything!

Mark Thomas was the best sales experience I have have had in decades. The entire transaction was worked out prior to taking the 150 mile drive from my home in Jacksonville Florida, to the town of Moultrie George, where I was able to locate the perfect truck via the web. Not only was the dealer more than fair on price and accurate description of the vehicle they were selling, they offered a small home town feel to the entire experience. My dad and I were able to meet the owners of the dealership, who have been selling Fords and other nameplates for decades, and they know how to treat customers. All the way around it was a very easy buying experience, it reminded me of the first time I bought a Mustang at smaller town dealership in Florida years ago. No hype, no pressure, just two people talking and working a deal. I am so glad I made the drive and met the staff here. If you want to buy a Ford or any other Make car or truck and live in driving distance of Robert Hutson Ford, or are tired of dealerships that want to play games with numbers and your sanity, I highly suggest you make the drive. Drove over 3 hours to get to these great folks. Salesmen Matthew Moody had our new ride ready and waiting for us. Sales manager Ricky Wood helped things go smoothly and addressed all of our concerns. Would definitely drive back to work with this dealership again.

On May 17, 2018 we purchased a motor vehicle from Robert Hutson in Moultrie GA dealership. Our sales rep Stacey sold us a 2002- Lexus SC430.In May of 2018, My husband and I were shopping around for a 2nd vehicle due to his previous vehicle breaking down. My husband was interested in a Lexus that he had seen online (Robert Hutson Ford Lincoln, Inc) and was selling for $8,500. After going back and fourth with the sales rep there (Stacey) and asking all kinds of questions about the vehicle (because we were located in NY and they were in GA) and really didn't have the time off of work to fly down and test drive it. Stacey reassured us that the ONLY thing wrong with the vehicle was the air conditioner wasn't working and the antenna would not extract. My husband was ok with this because he had some knowledge about fixing the antenna and really wasn't in need of a air conditioner just yet since we were in NY and it wasn't all that warm here yet. So we had some time to save money to eventually get the air conditioner fixed. Again, went back and fourth with Stacey about shipping the car to NY and signing paperwork. Once paperwork was signed we went ahead and scheduled for our Lexus to be shipped to NY. A couple of days later (May 26th 2018) we met the shipper in NJ and planned on driving back to NY from there. I must mention that we did notice before the vehicle was let off the shippers truck that the front of the vehicle looked "brand new" meaning new paint job and the back of the vehicle looked like it should have looked (a little rusty and discoloration being that it was a 2002) Again, this was never mentioned during our phone calls with Stacey. Once my husband set the vehicle up to drive (plates and paperwork) we began our journey back to NY. Unfortunately, 10 minutes into our drive my husband had to pull over due to the uncontrollable steering and shaking coming from the front of the vehicle. After a few minutes we decided to continue driving back home with the emergency lights on and really didn't have anymore money to tow the vehicle back due to spending the majority of our money on the purchase and the shipping fees. The next business day (May 29th) I called the dealership to advise the manager (Joey) of the situation. He explained to me that I should call back the following Monday and speak with to their other sales manager "Rickey". I agreed that I would do so but in the meantime I was brining the vehicle into the body shop to have it checked out. Fast forward to a few days after with a full ppi ( pre-purchase inspection =$200.00) we were told the vehicle had a major issue with the front end. I have listed below what the body shop found. Leaking oil Damaged catalytic converters Check engine, vdc and traction control indicators lit on the dashboard All four tires worn out Two front severely bent wheels that cause extreme vibration (making it unsafe and not drivable for my family to travel in) Front shocks leaking Suspension blown (making it difficult to control steering wheel) Loud thump coming from the back-driver s side convertible/window while driving Air conditioner/ antenna not working "We already knew about"..Well as you can imagine how upset and sad we were because we just spent all of this money on a vehicle that my husband really liked and trusted the sales rep (Stacey) with everything he told us. I again reached out to the managers, sales rep and owner to the dealership vis email and phone calls with no avail. As a matter of fact, Mr. Robert Hutson himself kept telling me how he took a "loss" for selling the vehicle for $8,500 to us when he could have sold for a lot more. I explained to him that may have been true but that's not the price you had on the website when you were selling it or what we agreed to. He was so adamant about not giving us any money back or taking back the vehicle the entire conversation. Long story, we eventually ended up barrowing money to pay for the repairs ($2871.31) and ONLY today (7/6/18)was my husband able to drive the vehicle. #sadcust

left my truck up there so they could give me a price on labor and part gave them the part number and just needed a price, I was told they would call after lunch the same day. 2 days later I call and nobody knew what was going on and had to hold for them to get up a price. I pickup my truck one afternoon and come back to get my key and was told I owed them $100. Long story short I will never do business with them and try to steer friends and family from doing any business with them

Great service department, very well mannered employees that actually check to make sure everything under your hood is properly working. That's the kind of mechanics I need, traveling with 5 kids and breaking down would be no good. Thanks for being great.

Traded my car in on a used one, I lost reverse before I got home and called my salesman to see what they would do about it. Long story short they stuck me with a bad transmission. They would not help me in any way. Horrible people to do business with.
