I wish there was a negative 10 stars for this place!!! I have never had so much problems with a vehicle in all my life. I never should ve bought a vehicle with a check engine light on to begin with, so that s on me But oh We re going to fix it. Then, I finally found out now, that they did nothing to it except water. So all they did was lie. Now the thing they claimed to have changed along with 2 other things is costing me $2800 So this place had my car from July almost 3 months and still couldn t get it right

I cannot convey how awesome this place has been to us. My husband and I just purchased our 4th vehicle from them and are overjoyed with our new truck. They have treated us like family from the very first time we walked on their lot. The vehicles are immaculately clean and the staff are good folks who work extra hard to make sure their customers are satisfied. They work quick to get the deal done, and are willing to work with you to get things fixed that you didn't realize was wrong until after you pulled off the lot, even though they do not have to do that. I will never buy from another used dealership. Payne's have loyal customers in us!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dawn several years ago while working as a Financial Officer for a local Credit Union. Dawn and I quickly formed a working relationship since I was able to qualify members with a great rates on autos from her lot. Over the years I did probably 30 to 40 car loans per quarter for her and I ALWAYS had buyers love her and their cars!!! Many of the customers were repeat customers of hers and over time I know why...SHE IS FABULOUS!!! From the availability, quality, customer service. I highly recommend Dawn and her staff at Payne's!

Dawn was extremely polite, professional, and proficient. We had our vehicle financed in near record time without any hassles whatsoever. Her dad taught her the business and he taught her well. I would recommend Payne's Automart to anyone desiring a great vehicle at a very affordable price.

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER!! Unprofessional and rude staff. Be prepared if you want to have your car serviced, it will take WEEKS to get your car returned to you. Yes! so if you don't have an extra car to drive then you're out of luck until your car is done being held for service. This is no exaggeration. Don't expect ANY sympathy from these people. They DO NOT apologize for inconvenience or offer any assistance. I'm an extremely patient person, but this company has really pushed me to my limits. If this company has anything to say about this review, I want them to ask themselves would they have been as patient as I???? (I highly doubt it)

I fell in love with my Yukon Hybrid and the staff was so friendly and quick to get the process of what usually takes days to buy a vehicle. Unfortunately due to lack of professionalism and honor or representation, I can not drive at night because the headlights are not factory, there s bulbs in the headlights missing so I can only use my high beams and when in use, the truck will lock up after a few jolts and it cuts off with readings saying power steering locked or hybrid system locked. So after 2 tows, 1 visit to the actual GMC dealership, being pulled over twice, and the whole vehicle locking up about 7 times, I still have no answers, only broken promises and false words. What seemed like a dream is now a nightmare and I m praying this dealership can make this right and soon. Vehicle is paid in full so it would be nice to be taken care of in return. Hoping to hear something soon. We shall see.

I will never buy another vehicle from them. Once you buy a car they will tell you that they will fix anything on the car if needed. They will never call you back if you call them. I went there several times for them to fix my car and they will just say I'll call you I have to check my schedule and they never do. They will tell you one thing and lie to your face. DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!

Do not I repeat do not!!!! Purchase from this dealership!!! They are so unprofessional it's ridiculous if I could take my money back and purchase elsewhere I would!! I purchase march they were supposed to fix my car and no its august and I just got my car fixed no exaggeration!!! And they give ya car back nasty tear up pieces in ya car and don't replace them instead they lie and try to blame you! It literally took my recording our conversations to get my car fixed!!!!

Bought a car and it turned off in the middle of the road that same day, traded out for a different one now i m stuck with a car that needs a new transfer case! Don t buy from these people They supposedly will call you for an oil change but they don t ! Rude also!

The absolute worst place in moultrie to buy a car from I bought a 09 Gmc Acadia had problems since day one all they care about is getting cars off the lot not concerned with people. I had this car for a year and put nearly 2 grand in it until my mechanic told me it's a lemon cut your ties and trade it in so after talking to them they didn't care or want me to trade the car back...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER BUY A CAR FROM PAYNES AUTO
