Being from out of town and not knowing anyone, we were thankful for courteous service.Everyone was so helpful and Brandy was great. She took us back to our motel and picked us up when our car was ready.

We got the notion that the salesman we spoke to was just telling us what we wanted to hear. Every time I tried to speak he would interrupt me, however, he "friendly-listened" to my husband. I felt uneasy. I found the vehicle I want, however, I do not contemplate on getting it from Lasseter's. I will continue to get my current vehicle serviced there, but the salesman we spoke to made me feel uncomfortable.

Our Family Was Heading To ATL On A Planned Business/Personal Trip But Encountered Major Mechanical Issues With Our Vehicle Along The Way In Moultrie But The Service Advisor Vernon Ousley And Team Helped Us Tremendously Through The Ordeal And Also Our Vehicle Repairs Were Completed Successfully Under Warranty By The FAVOR Of GOD Therefore We Highly Recommend This Service Department Attitude With Results !

I asked when my vehicle will be ready after check in. The receptionist responded in a pleasant way to inform me it would take about an hour or an hour in a half. It only took about 55 minutes. That was very good service.Thanks

Had my car for 7 wks for brake problem. After replacing master cylinder twice then brake booster I still have no brakes. They did refund my original payment the 1st time I came up there and they called and said was better. Got in car and no difference after crying in parking lot for 20 mins went back in and said I can't drive it has NO brakes are you kidding me. After that the only communication was when I called every wk to see what was going on. They never once called me after that 1st initial time. That probably made me madder than anything!

I can t say enough good things about my experience with the service department at Lasseter, especially Vernon. Vernon took an extremely frustrating vehicle situation and addressed it, in every way, with the best customer service. He was patient and professional while dealing with several layers of the process and, along the way, treated me like I was not just a customer, but a friend. Thank you!

Lasseter motors has always taken care of me. The oil change service is a little slow but understandable for a smaller dealership. I ll definitely return for my vehicles and service.

!!!Update!!! Lassetter Service Department provides excellent customer serice!!! Joey and Brandi assisted and worked my vehicle in with a check engine light. Diagnosed as a sensor failed. Part ordered and replaced next morning. I had a trip planned and needed my truck to travel the following day. Service more than exceeded my expectations. Considering my past poor experiences with other dealership service departments. The Lasseter service department crew has renewed my faith in using a dealer for service and repairs. Thank you Joey, Brandi, and your technician for the fast & friendly service. Will continue to be a loyal customer. Very reasonable service charges. Staff always friendly and helpful. Thanks

The best ever mr henry is a super person no pressure actually a great experience buying a truck the service dept Vernon the service mgr is just as good had problems with truck still pleasant handling everything that needs to be done they stand behind what they say the whole group mr henry is awesome and like a brother to me the whole organization awesome highly recommend them to anyone

Wonderful experience here. Meredeth, the internet agent, was very responsive and helpful and flexible. They were friendly when we stopped in to make the purchase and made everything easy. No hard sell, no gimmicks. They helped us with some things after we had completed the purchase. And they sent a nice gift basket afterwards!

My salesman Henry was polite and patient. He answered all my questions and offered me several different options in regards to the purchase of our family vehicle. I didn t feel pressured into buying anything I didn t need and would definitely choose to purchase another vehicle with him/Lasseter motors in the future.

The sales manager, Lee , was extremely rude and hostile. A nasty person. I don t expect that he will be working there for very long. The Lasseter s have always been very good to us. I was very disappointed in the way Lee treated our group. He lost our respect. Maybe it was because of the Trump sticker on my Truck. It probably was.

We were greeted very well and in a professional manor by Henry. He listened to what we interested in and brought the vehicle up front for us to look at. Henry took time to go over the vehicle and explained and showed how things worked. After we were acquainted to the vehicle, he gave us the key and told us to take it for a drive to see how we liked it and if that was the vehicle that we were looking for. Upon our return he asked us did we like it and was that what we were looking for? We told him that we were interested in that vehicle and asked him to get us some numbers, which he did and we agreed on a price. At no time during his presentation did he pressure us into making our decision. After all the administrative stuff was done he took time help to connect with the My Chevrolet App, andOnStar, but due to being able to understand their agent and then asking for a card number we declined to subscribe until we had time to discuss it. since we weren't prepared for that. Henry even assisted us in transferring all of belongings from the trade in vehicle to the Traverse. He even followed us home to get the title and check since we weren't expecting to make a purchase today, and so we would not have to make a special trip back to bring the paper work. This vehicle purchase was one of the best experiences we have ever had and in the future we will come back.

My experience was good. The problem is a lack of communication between the service department and the customer. I had to call and see if the motor had come in for my vehicle and was told 11/22/23 that it was not there. So I then called the warranty company that has ordered and shipped the motor and they told me it was delivered on 11/20/23 and whom it was signed for by. I then called service/parts department back and gave this information and was put on hold for about 20 ish minutes and they then told me they found the engine. This was very aggravating. Need to work on this.

Lasseter Motors employs quality people. Very professional. From calling in to making the appointment, a reminder call to remind me of my appointment the day before. Vernon was great. I dropped my vehicle off to them, went to grab lunch and when I got back the vehicle was parked under the canopy out of the rain waiting on me. This has been my fourth service with my vehicles and every time great service.

I enjoyed dealing with the staff. I talked with the diesel mechanic about what was going on with my truck and he went right to work on it. I dropped the truck off on 7/17/23 and picked it up on 7/19/23. I m very pleased with everybody I talked to when dropping the truck off to be fixed.

I bought my truck from Lasseter about two weeks ago. It was a 2020 high country. There were a couple of minor issues and without even having to ask my sales representative, Meredith set up an appointment to get the issues resolved. I ended up making three visits to the dealership, and all three were wonderful. I really appreciate the customer service and the ability to negotiate the price of the vehicle. We most definitely plan on continuing business with Lasseter motor company in Moultrie Georgia.
