Manager waited on me. She seemed confused about a gift card. Didn't think I'd be able to use it for a few minutes. They are usually pretty sharp at this store.

I am from Panama City and I was in Moultrie lastnight for a softball tournament. After the longest day on the field, I went to leave and my car wouldn t start. I got a jump and got to Auto Zone 10 minutes before closing. It was just me and my 5 year old. April went above and beyond for me. My battery was hard to get to and she had to take off other things to get to it but she told me there was no way she was letting me drive 3 hours with my baby, with a bad battery. I am SO thankful for her and all of her help. I don t know what we would have done without her lastnight. There still are good people in this world and April is absolutely one of them.

Very c***** experience , Russell and commercial is very disrespectful , You can't get a warranty Part to be warranted , with having an account there over 5 years would not recommend this company at all , with having an account there over 5 years would not recommend this company at all Russell's commercial manager has no idea how to even deal with commercial businesseshould be replaced

Very poor customer service I came in and was not greeted at all three people at the counters 2 of them standing around talking and when I got my wipers I asked for them to be put on he again denied me customer service and mind you this is the store manager we are talking about look if you don't like your job find another one don't take it out on ya customers

The employees are always attentive and polite. The service is usually prompt and they are very knowlegeable and helpful. Certainly better than some of the other chain stores that you could choose from.

I had an issue with my battery. Russell was very helpful and was able to get me the correct battery for truck. Great job at Moultrie, Georgia store.

I bought an alternator from you all last Saturday, and now I am having to replace said alternator because you sold me a faulty one. I broke down on the side of the road this morning with my toddler because the alternator killed my battery which is a brand new one! I am highly upset!!!

Manager would not assist shift manager who was super nice about trying to find our obsolete part. He ordered a part but it was wrong when it came in. Manager would not help him try to locate what we needed.

It helps with any parts store you go to to know exactly what parts are looking for and not always expect the worker to know they have some knowledge. AutoZone 95% of the time they've always had the part that I've needed

I was surprised they had what I was looking for but the did. The price was on the high end. The staff was very friendly and had a good knowledge of what the store had in stock.

The most expensive place to go to get stuff for your car! They don't tell you what you need to fix the problem right the first time. They are there to sale you something

The guy acted madder than I was that about them selling me a bad starter. And then he tried to accuse me of keeping hardware that didn't even come with the part!! It was the weird guy with glasses and receding hair line

Called for an AC fan. Had looked online and saw it was in stock but once I called they told me they didn t have and to buy it from Amazon instead. I went there and it was in stock. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Waited 4 days to get the wrong part after I was told it would be in the next day! Then they reordered the part only for it to be the wrong part again!!!
