Great customer service !!! Omlia Zappata made sure we had everything we needed she went out her way to take care of us! There was 2 more employees there but they didn t offer any assistance! We waited patiently until she finished with another customer. We will look for her when we return again

I have served in the Military over 30 years and traveled all over the world and I just had the best customer service experience of my life in my hometown of Moultrie Ga by Dalton and the store manager Allen. They made my holiday visit a very delightful time at Home. Keep up the Great Work Guys!!

My water hose came off the van and it was running hot. A young man named Dalton came to my aid. I just pulled in at Advance auto and he became my Angel.He put the water hose back on put his own coolant in and then filled it with water. He had me up and going quickly. They'll get all my business and anyone else I can tell.

Lady working today was the very best help i have ever had in a parts store.I have managed a couple lubefasts throughout a 18 yr career. By far the best service ever.5 stars all the way.Great job Suzanne C.you guys now have all my business..thanks so much.

I wanted a 3/4' SAE 3/8" drive socket and a 6" long ( 3/8" drive) extensionPretty much standard in my statistically old mind, I thought but no, no got! As typical today either COVID or Trump caused the problem .

Stopped by to get a freon kit to get mya/c cooling down again- was hoping to get a little bit of help as i was seeing their ppl help others outside under the hood..Cashier gruffly told me that he didn't know how nor was he a certified a/c tech that i should go google it on YouTube and figure it out myself-- Not the answer i was looking for

I moved here 6 months ago and have Georgia licence and old copy of Maryland,I went in to exchange transmission fluid,the MANAGER screws the cap off so NOW it's unsealed!!I want to exchange it for a different type since it was bought by mistake (friends wife bought it) I didn't have receipt and they looked me up and it didn't show me in the system.I explained I just moved here and it most likely is under a phone number I know longer have,I said I have my MARYLAND LICIENCE and have bought from Advanced for over 30 years!!!The MANAGER (a KID) ACTED LIKE KING AUTHUR and was IGNORANT and said you aren't getting and EXCHANGE!!!So NOW I have a OPEN ITEM and STUCK with it!!!I had my OWN BUSINESS and if my EMPLOYEE did what the WORKERS did at this store they would have GOTTEN FIRED!!!Also I was going to BUY more items so the store LOST a sale for OVER $100 dollars!!!I also over a 30 yr period spent thousands of dollars at Advance!!!I will NEVER shop at ADVANCE again and will take my business to NAPA!!!

I needed information about parts for our two cars that were both broke down . These guys were helpful, friendly, and they know how to do their jobs very well. Within one hour we were in the store, picking up everything we needed, at a reasonable price, too. We are back on the road again, haha. We will definitely be using this location in the future, if we need anything else.

The old man that works here stole my credit card information. I was told they were taking curbside orders due to covid but when he came out to my car he said he needed to run my card inside. I had just opened the card out the mail that morning. I woke up on mother's day( a day or two later) to fraudulent charges. He tries to buy texas roadhouse gift cards and roses online . 100% it was this man because that was the only place I had ever used the card and again he insisted he take it inside the store to run it even though I thought they had already ran it over the phone. I had to cancel that card which then brought my credit score down that I had worked an entire year on. This place sucks and they hire untrustworthy trash.

Said they had a part, made the drive and they ended up not having it. The person on the phone hung up on me while I was talking. Very rude and don t recommend this place.

The staff are the most helpful I've found out of all the part stores. Very patient and efficient. Excellent customer service. Even take the time to thoroughly answer any and all questions.

Went to get a diagnostic on a code and they were rude. One guy at the register was backed up, but the other 4 in the back laughing and chatting. They should've helped him.

So my wife needed to have her battery replaced. Battery is still under warranty, so obviously there shouldn t be any issue with replacement as long as it s a problem with the battery and not the alternator. How about when they guy can t figure out how to hook the battery up correctly and finally does figure everything out, he asks my Hispanic American wife who speaks all English and zero Spanish that he needs to see her license or green card? This is Moultrie, GA at its finest. While not all their employees behave this way, it s clear to me they employ people with no couth or home training. In a time with clear racial tension in the U.S. I expect better.

They have just about everything for my car if not they can order it. Everyone is super nice, very polite, and always there to help you. I highly recommend auto zone and it will be my parts place.

Being an employee at AAP my opinion may seem alittle biased. However, their prices, availability of parts/timeliness and ability to obtain parts, and customer service is OUTSTANDING! And that's all that's needed to be said.

Advanced is always my first stop!!! Was in from out of town and check engine light came on, stopped in to have a quick check...was waiting out the rain, which seemed to very much irritate lady behind counter and when rain stopped she was very unpleasant and straight up rude about going out to my vehicle! Never experienced this type of employee before at ANY Advanced! Guess when in Moultrie Ga...go somewhere else, I will!

This is the Panama City Beach store not Moultriehad to go back 2 more times for part not fitting, even with all the cars info. This is the Panama City Beach store not Moultrie, Moultrie was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent service from the folks here. I always appreciate when I'm taken seriously and not made to feel like an idiot because I know very little about my automobiles. They have never made me feel like an idiot even though I sound like one!

I dont think anyone here knows anything about vehicles.I get frustrated everytime I go In and try to order anything.The best idea is to order off of the website and go pick it up bc it saves alot of aggravation.Just be ready to wait even though it says it will be ready in 30 minutes,bc they wait until you get there to get your order ready,no matter how long you wait to go pick it up.

Great store. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped put on windshield washer for me while I was replacing a tail light.
